Great staff, food was excellent, property is also stunning. The room is spacious and attention to detail is commendable. The pillows and beds are just right. We had an amazing stay and will highly recommend

The resort is smaller than what I expected. The only complaint I have is the showers in the room are extreme. There is extreme hot water or extreme cold. No in between. Even if you get the temperature at the right setting after 30 seconds of some peace it would automatically change to burning scorching hot, hot enough to give you 3rd degree burn.

The place is very aesthetically pleasing. It is very clean and the staff is very accomodating and friendly. The breakfast is really nice and had varieties. The rooms are spacious and clean. The sea view room with balcony was definitely the best.

We had to wait 1.5 hours for the luggage to be delivered to the room, after calling 3 times and physically going to the reception. This caused a delay in our plans for the day. The swimming pool could have a covered area for summers.

Friendly staff, very clean room and good facilities

Lack of sunbeds on the beach - we stayed for 7 nights but elected not to get out of bed at 7am to snatch a bed. Consequently, we never managed to spend 1 day on the beach or at the pool, which was very disappointing.

The hotel staff were excellent. Very well trained, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely wanted to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Hotel has only been open 2months (as per staff info) everything is new, tastefully decorated and high end finishing. This was from check-in to chect-out throughout our stay.

There was a private function on Saturday of 40-50 people where they essentially had a pool party and dominated the entire pool area. They were loud and inconsiderate of any other guests. This disrupted other guests experience and could almost not use the pool as it was packed and noisy. My suggestion would be to not have this type of function unless a specific area can be provided to them that does not interfere with regular guests / small families experience. This we felt was not a good image for the hotel this type of event.

Best Birthday Celebration. A highly recommended hotel if you are planning to visit Fujairah. The Hotel is beautiful and is beach front. We had a beautiful time during our stay in this hotel as when we arrived the Valet are so welcoming as soon as we came down the Car. Helped us with the luggage and brought us to the front desk. Rosell was amazing and made our check in so smoothly. They offered us welcome towels and drinks too! Rosell assisted us to our room and wished me a happy birthday as soon as she saw our booking. She also assisted us to the lifts and offered to bring us to the room. I don’t remember when was the last time I had such kind of experience. So professional and very detailed. Our room was set up so beautifully and I was so happy to see a Happy Birthday setup done by the Housekeeping team. I wish I met the housekeeper that made all these! A moment made into a memory! Kudos to the housekeeper! We enjoyed the pool and had a great time at the beach! Enjoyed the happy hour and met Ismail and Nandana. The team was so lovely and they took care of us so well. Cocktails are yummy! Can’t remember how many we had! They Helped with our towels and always greets us every time we are around as we stayed for a couple of days. These people are amazing! Our breakfast was lovely with amazing food and Htet welcomes us so warmly and got the best service from Thelma everytime we come for breakfast. Brings our preferred coffee and eggs, I was impressed that she has remembered them since day one. Amazing and lovely stay overall! We will definitely go back to this beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and the service is impeccable!!!!

Nothing. It was amazing hotel!

The hotel is brand new. Not crowded. Big and empty beach. Great facilities. The staff is amazing and is doing its best for the guests to be happy. Food is of good quality, although not super exciting (which is ok).

There's literally nothing to do outside the hotel. We expected that if the hotel is in the city, there will be some outside restaurants, proper embarkment. This was wrong hope.The territory is not big. If one is to stay for more than 2-3 days, it may be boring, especially as the hotel 's restaurant menu is not that long. The pool has no areas deaper than 1.4 meters, which is strange. No normal taxi system in the city (Uber does not work there as well as any other apps) The sofa bed in the second room wasn't comfortable and hard to sleep. The mosque is near and the morning prey may wake you up earlier than 6am if you are a light sleeper.

Overall happy with the short weekend stay at the property. We had booked five rooms and were given a room upgrade to pool view which was appreciated. The chef and waiting staff in the Asian restaurant were very accommodating, and the pool bar staff mixed up some good drinks. The breakfast selection was good.

It is summer, but that notwithstanding, would the pool to be a bit cooler. Too little shaded areas around the pool for this time of year. Whilst service staff was friendly and accommodating, some staff members appeared to lack training or experience.

The escape from everyday life at this hotel was amazing. Everything was perfect! But of course the hair rubber band in the bathrooms struck me in the heart. Cleanliness is above all expectations, cleaned 2 times a day. The soundproof walls are of course a huge plus. Despite the fact that our neighbors were toddlers, we didn't hear them at all. The staff is maximally friendly and always and in everything ready to help. We will definitely come again!!!!

For dinner, I would prefer grilled meat or fish. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any.
