Exceptional, respectful and courteous staff, especially the lady at the reception (I did not manage to ge the name). We arrived much earlier than the check in time but she was very kind to allow us to check in early to rest. There was a miscommunication regarding my advanced booking for breakfast at the hotel and she handled the matter professionally. It was a national holiday when we arrived and despite the extra busyness, she maintained her composure. Instead of a mountain-view room which I booked, we were given a room with view of the hill behind the hotel but it was ok as the room was quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free wifi was good and smooth. The breakfast was adequate, the food was warm and delicious. The hotel is located at a busy junction of the Sapa town, but we liked it as it was walking distance to the points of interests like Moana Sapa, the Sapa town centre, the Sin Chai village, and the Cat2 village.

We almost missed our bus back to Hanoi as the transportation booked via the hotel did not arrive at all! We had to make our own arrangements to get to the bus station and managed to get on the bus within minutes before the bus left! We were scolded by the bus driver for being late. The manager, Mr Quyet, later apologized profusely for the trouble and refunded the money paid. Mr Quyet is very resourceful and responsive. He helped me retrieved an expensive item left behind on the bus and had it delivered to my hotel in Hanoi. I am very grateful for the service.

The room is clean and spacious, offering views of the mountains and tram line. Additionally, it is conveniently located just about 1 km from Cat Cat Village and a 700-meter walk to Sun Plaza Station. The hotel provides a delicious buffet breakfast. We also took advantage of the massage and laundry services, both of which were excellent. The staff, particularly Toan, are incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing responsive and attentive service.

We are a group of 7 people from Thailand 🇹🇭, we really enjoyed our stay at Sapa Vista Hotel, All staff very friendly and helpful, They helped us to arrange the transportation of booking the sleeping train and taxi from Hanoi to the hotel and everything was smoothly. We stayed for 2 nights, and we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day. The food was amazing, especially a hot pot with salmon 😋 so delicious. The location was perfect. The views of the mountains are just in front of our balcony, but unlucky the weather is not so good too much foggy we couldn't see any view. Staff of Hotel recommended that the best time to visit is on September and October the weather is clearer. The town is just behind the hotel you can walk to shop, bars and restaurants. We will definitely come back again, Vietnamese people are very kind and friendly, and even their English is not good, but everyone still tries to help .On the way back home I have forgotten my passport and my wallet on the train. Staff from the train and from the hotel tried to contact me to come back and get it, so I got all my stuff back and can fry home on time, This is impressive to me so much 😀. Thank you so much, and see you again 😊 🙏

The location of the hotel was good. We walked to the Sapa Station to go to the Fansipan. Even to explore the Sapa City was like 7 min walking distance. The personal at the hotel were so kind. She welcomed us so kindly and gave us recommendations for our trip to Fansipan. On our way back to the bus station she organised us a tuk tuk because we couldn’t get a taxi. We had a room with a balcony and mountain view. The view was amazing!

Staff were very lovely. We checked in around 1.30am after a long travel day and really appreciated how there was a staff member there to help check us in. Room was clean and spacious with a good view.

Just a minor issue but the lighting in the bathroom was very dark. Also not the hotels fault but lots of construction around the hotel so it's very noisy and we kept our blinds closed majority of the time due to all the workers outside the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The views from the room are great!

The motorbikes they gave us were less than average. They’re charging resort prices and giving run-down local bikes (e.g. for one bike, the back brake, left mirror, fuel gauge and speedometer were all broken, second bike stopped working after a few hours cause the battery died).

The staff were wonderful and very cooperative. They booked a trekking tour which was the best part of the trip and also a bus ticket to Hanoi. Great value for the price.

I would love to stay at upper floors than level 2 and some interior needs to be renovated/modernised. However, none of these were any major issue.

WOW WOW WOW.... No need to get up early and search sunrise, the best sunrise is right on you balcony. but let me preface this with..... I had booked 2nights with a mountain view. I booked quite late and when I arrived the room was not available. Reception made a deal that I would take a cheaper room 'without' a mountain view for the first night and for the second night I would get the top floor deluxe room. I had no problems as I had arrived quite late the first night and was ready for sleep. What a deal, the 2nd night deluxe mountain view room was UNREAL. The room is enormous, has a huge empty space that use at least a couch. There is no bath but the view, WOW. It was just incredible, I can only recommend, especially if you get it at a good price/deal like I did. As a solo traveller, it was amazing. Any hotel on that side of town on the top floor will have the same view. Staff also helped me rent a moped from a neighbouring business and they were at a great price and perfect for good quality.

There is road works/bridge works right outside. Not the hotels fault but it only stops at midnight, so as long as you have earplugs or a deep sleeper..... its manageable. The TV's no screen mirror option, and the digital tv didnt work (in both rooms), was just static..... for the price of the rooms tv should at least work. Deluxe room is so big with such empty space, it needs at minimum a couch.

The location was perfect. Overlooking the valley. Just outside of the town center but within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars. The staff was amazing and friendly and so helpful. Very knowledgeable of the area. Good breakfast buffet as well.

It was just a little dated but everything else outweighed that.

The mountain view was fantastic.

The staff didn't want to check us in at 11.15am despite the room was ready. They should have told me no early check in is allowed when they asked for my arrival time, a day prior to my arrival when I inquired about a tour. The staff eventually gave me the room when I reason with them. And expected, half an hour extension for check out is not allowed. Breakfast is very limited without any juice. I gave a 3 star due to the price paid, otherwise, it would be a 2 star.
