My room was cosy and clean. The decoration was a bit eclectic but it was fun! There was a small desk with a mirror which was nice. The bathroom was clean and there was lots of hot water which is very important for Sapa in the winter. The air con had a heat function which worked well to warm the room up. The duvet on the bed was thick so was warm enough when sleeping. The reception team were really helpful and friendly, they checked about the weather at the summit of Fansipan which was so useful and booked the cable car ticket for me.

A small thing but the main route into the middle of the town is via a road that is quite steep and a bit darker at night.

We had a night bus getting into Sapa at 4am, so booked that night at the hotel so we could come straight to our room for a few hours rest to make the most of the day. We double checked that the 24hr reception meant we would be able to check in at this time and were reassured that would be fine. When we arrived the night staff had not been trained properly and told us we had to wait for the receptionist to arrive. Unfortunately we had to wait until 6am to check in which was very disappointing since we had paid for the whole night. We did receive apologies and were compensated with complimentary breakfasts.

Our stay of 8 nights at the Sapa Praha Hotel was a wonderful experience from the first to the last minute. The location with views of the mountains, is outstanding. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast has a broad selection of offerings and the meals from the menu we had at lunch and dinner were very high quality. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional and helped make our stay perfect. We hope to return soon. Ramon and Mita

The staff is so friendly and always offering help. They even offering us shower room before departing at night with sleeper bus. They also give us some meal to take along the way. Overall the stay was awesome. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

The bathroom. Tbh it is a bit old and the hot water did not run properly which is important as we are staying with a quite cold temperature.

The hotel was one of the best we had in whole Vietnam. The staff is like a small family and incredibly friendly and helpful in any situation. Location is perfect for Sa Pa as it is not located in the noisy centre. However, it only takes five walking minutes to get into the city centre with bars and restaurants. Also the location is perfect for walks in the rice fields. When we took the bight bus from Sa Pa they even gave us water and fruits for our trip.

Mountain view from room balcony even though it was foggy during our stay. But it was still magnificent scenery.

The hotel location was near town and Sa Pa funicular station by walking distance. However there was steep slope uphill walking from hotel to town. Very challenging for elderly and kids especially it was slippery during raining. But you can always book transport pick up and drop off easily with reasonable price from hotel to town.

Just like in the pictures, very nice and cozy hotel, the bed was really comfortable and the staff were always attentive and kind. They even gave us water and a snack for our trip back to Hanoi. It's located 10 minutes away from the town.

There was a mini fridge but it was not connected to electricity and it was very strange because there was also no electrical outlet to connect it to so maybe it was just for decoration.

I did not have the breakfast but I like that they offered us hot cinnamon tea or cold fruit juice at the lobby. The manager was very friendly and warm. Hoan from the front desk was especially helpful and went out of his way to help us with our bus tickets. Thank you, Sapa Praha Hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel 🤩

The bathroom floor would be quite wet every time we showered.

Spacious connecting rooms for a family of 5. Very kind staff, they always offer us with tea every time we came back from tour. We were very grateful to be allowed to check in hours early. 🙏

Although the hotel is not in the center of the city, but it is only a matter of walking distance to anywhere.

Clean , spacious room, beautiful Mountain View, staff are exceptionally nice, while I was sitting outside waiting for an early ride ( before they served breakfast) they brought me tea , fruit and some food for my trip -good people! I also like that it’s down a bit from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare
