-breakfast is awesome and brought to room daily -pool isnt too cold which i loved and very clean -they give fresh towels for pool/beach -free spa treatments daily (that were amazing) -they allow and enjoy pets -security always there -right across from 7/11 -insane view from penthouse top floor for sunrise

-maybe a shade outside to sit outside during the day as it gets very hot but that is seasonal -booking . com says you can pay at property but their policy is to charge the card ahead of time so that would be nice to know

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel! The service was truly incredible—every single staff member was always smiling and incredibly kind. Every day, our room was not just cleaned but deep cleaned. Everything sparkled—from under the bed to above it—there wasn’t a single speck of dust or a spiderweb in sight. It was flawless. We stayed in the penthouse, and even our outdoor tub and the entire balcony were meticulously cleaned every day. The attention to detail was amazing, and the cleanliness was beyond impressive. The spa was absolutely incredible! The workers were so skilled, gentle, and attentive—they always asked if everything was all right and if we were enjoying the experience. They used such high-quality products, and you could really tell. After every massage, our skin looked radiant and felt amazing. Even though we had massages almost every day during our stay, our skin never felt anything but nourished and glowing. Now that we’re back home, our skin is still glowing, and we can’t stop thinking about how wonderful and perfect the treatments were. The people working at the hotel were genuinely wonderful, as I already mentioned. The food was another highlight—absolutely incredible. We had the chance to meet the owners, Martin and his wife Nokie, and they were both such warm and welcoming people. As well as the cute cat family, oh i miss waking up to a cat on my balcony. Over the 15 days we stayed there, we got to know them well, and we had some great conversations. Martin told us he was a chef for a long time, and it shows! Every meal was a masterpiece—literally gourmet-level. The food was perfection every single time—delicious, thoughtful, and beautifully prepared. Even the breakfast was amazing, offering so much variety that we could mix it up every day. It was clear how much thought went into every detail, and it truly made our stay feel special.

Loved Everything! It's truly a paradise spot! ✨️ The room is so spacious, clean and convenient, wow! Spa for the first day after the long flight was so rewarding! The pool is amazing, and the whole area around. The breakfasts were outstanding - directly to our room. The stuff was just so friendly and sincere. We have spent several nights and days without living the hotel as we wanted to fully enjoy it amazing! 🥰

Absolutely everything was a perfection

absolutely everything.. the hotel itself is absolutely stunning and you feel like you are staying in Europe, the rooms are gorgeous beds are comfortable and the owners.. what a lovely couple they have both gone above and beyond to make our stay memorable. from delicious breakfasts being delivered to our room every morning to a birthday cake even being made for me I couldn’t wish for a better stay I would 100% recommend this property and I will be returning for longer this time! thank you

The place is beautiful. Great pool. Great views out to see. Spacious room with comfy bed, outdoor shower & bath. Nice cosmetics. The owner has experience in managing hotels and it shows - little touches that make the difference. Far enough out of the chaos of Lamai, but just couple of minutes walk to the Muslim village with multiple restaurants and shops (closer & better than when we stayed in the 'center' of Lamai). Breakfast brought to your room for a 'private dining' experience.

it is close to the busy road so quite a lot of traffic noise during the day - but it dies down in the evening. For some it is a bit far from the bustle of Lamai (for us that was a bonus)

The room was big, comfortable, and airy. Bath and shower were amazing, as were the views. Breakfast served to your room was a lovely touch with multiple choices available.

Unfortunately, there was maintenance work being undertaken to the villa above ours during our stay. This did distract from the peace and tranquillity we were seeking after travelling north of Thailand. There was noise from a sanding machine for one of the days we stayed at the villas and then banging until gone 8pm on our last evening which was annoying. The owners did, however, offer us both complimentary spa treatments, but this was not until our last morning, and we had already planned a day out. Unfortunately when we returned at about 5.30 pm we were told it was too late for that day and we were then leaving early the next day to catch the ferry so we did not benefit from this.

the lady owner is super nice and friendly; the villa has a pool and it’s more like a niche BNB so inside the villa it’s quiet.

the location… alert for those who has light sleep my room is located close to the main road, where I heard all the noise from the road, days and nights. also, the curtain cannot cover the lights very well. if you have light sleep like me, it’s kind of a nightmare due to the noise and the light.

I really liked this place. I love small boutique hotels and this was one of the best. I really liked that breakfast was brought to the room, once they even brought it to me in the pool simply because at the appointed time I was in the pool and not in the room. The owners of the place are very nice people. They helped me with car rental and other tips about the island. In general, the whole atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly. There are also bicycles for guests use free of charge.

The hotel is located practically on the road. You can hear the noise of cars. The beach is not entirely suitable for swimming; you need to go to another one.

Room fabulous with amazing sea views. Very clean with breakfast served to room each morning. Excellent breakfast with good variety. Possibilty to have lunch or coffees in hotel. Fridge re-filled each day with water. Massage treatments incuded with stay every second day. Really good. Nice pool well maintained. Our sea view deluxe had wraparound balcony with sofa and table with chairs so option of shade or sun. Taxis possible to order from hotel to nearby restaurants/resorts.

Beach area just up from hotel major litter problem. It seems debris comes in from the sea. Lots of plastic bottles etc washed up...shocking! (Beach area in front of hotel well maintained). Ruins the look of the beach which should be beautiful as stunning views of sea. No evening dining option at hotel and as road outside is very busy and beach is pitch black at night only option really is taxi to restaurants which you can order from hotel.
