The manager was very accommodating of my changes to my arrival time and prompt in replying to my messages when I missed my connecting flight and arrived a day late. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked as it should, including the A/C. Any issues I had were resolved without any fuss. The setting around the pool is very nice. My room door was only metres from the pool, and there are chairs outside each room and super comfortable sunlounges around the pool. The pool was very clean and I used it many times despite not being a pool user normally. I rented one of the scooters from the villa, it was reasonably priced and almost new. The process was very low friction and the scooter was a great way to get around and see the island. Even the helmet was good! The beach is about a five minute walk, and there are 4 restaurants within 100m. There is also a decent sized minimart about 400m away (Gecko Mini Mart) which sells everything you would expect and more. The manager speaks good English and was able to answer all my questions and guide me in what to do and how to get there. The other staff were very friendly and attentative and they keep the pool and the grounds in great shape.

Nothing really, it was all good. Be aware they don't serve breakfast, so you can either go to the cafe 100m away or just get some supplies from a minimart and store them in the fridge.

A wonderful 4 nights stay at Fuuka Vila , the property was lovely with lots of nice plants outside and the pool area was fantastic. The rooms very very spacious with coMfortable beds. Each room had it own outside patio are with table and chairs which was great. A short walking distance to pantai Cenang and lots of restaurants close by. The owner was extremely helpful and very friendly, lovely to have a chat with!

The tv unfortunately was not working due to the heavy rainfall. We weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t much of an issue

Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fuuka Villa. It felt like home. Comfy beds and couches, great shower, relaxing pool and equipped kitchen. Villa is nestled in quiet backstreet easy walking distance to a range of restaurants and day spas in Pantai Tengah as well as the main strip of Pantai Cenang. Easy parking for our hire car. The small complex of villas is secure, private, very clean and well maintained. Inside the villa itself as well as the pool and gardens were immaculate. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

No laundry on site but there are cheap laundromats close by where you can self service or get full service very cheaply.

Lovely and clean villa. Friendly and helpful manager and staff. Bottled water in villa and we can easily fill our flasks with filtered water from machine located near reception. Many restaurants and cafes within a short working distance. Short walking distance to a nice beach.

The whole bathroom gets wet when we use the shower and toilet folding door noisy to open and close. Although we did not cook, there was only a frypan and a saucepan without a lid to discourage people cooking. Although not that dirty, the sofa cover could benefit with a clean if it is possible.

Perfect location. It’s a bit away from the center which makes it quite and cosy. At the same time the nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk from the villa and all the needed spots like shops, restaurants, spa are quite nearby. Perfect and helpful staff. I had a late flight and manager allowed me to stay in the apartment a bit longer for a reasonable price. There’re 6 villas on the territory but everyone has its own space and you have a feeling of solitude. Wonderful clean and green territory with a clean pool. If I visit Langkawi once again, I’d definitely choose Fuuka Villa again

Shower didn’t work properly but it was not a big deal

Wonderful small place, only 8 rooms/bungslows. Perfectly situated just 100 m from mainroad, it takes around 5 min walking to beach Tengah and bar Hidden if you want to go there. The place is very well maintained, beutiful swimmingpool to take dip. The rooms are perfectly cleaned. kettle and fridge. Wifi in our room (102) was strong and workt perfect. Rented scooters that looked very new. All people working in this place are really nice and helpful. If comming to Langkawi again we will definately stay here again. ( No food on premesis but next door there is a small local restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Also close to other restaurants, massageplaces, duty free shop and other things you need).

The location was close to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to feel like you were close to nature and the natural beauty of Langkawi. The host was fantastic and always on hand with advice and allowed us to use the facilities after check out and store our suitcases. It was just great - we will definately be back. The pool was clean and great to use after a day out on a trip to cool off and relax.

One of the pool beds could do with replacing but this did NOT spoil our stay - we always managed to get a bed or a chair round the pool when needed.

Fuuka Villa is a very quiet series of 6 bungalows and two larger families bungalows pretty much set around this pool. It’s probably about 15 min walking to the main shopping strip of Jalan Pantai Chenang. We loved the peaceful setting of our bungalow well away from the noise. Our bungalow was very clean, the king size bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, The staff were very friendly and Ilman the manger was so very lovely and helpful, we spent six wonderful nights there and and have no hesitation in recommending Fuuka Villa we will definitely return.

We honestly liked everything about our stay.

- close to the best breakfast - close to shops - 5min walk to the pantai tengah - clean - nice - clean swimming pool (the snakes are not poisonous for people) - to keep it clear - general impression is positive

- plenty of noise in the night ( a) from some insects (there is a kind of a pond just behind the house) b) from the rain in the night ). I gave the rate 8 because of that. If not the noise it would be at least 9 - beds are super, but pillows were not the best for us - it looks a bit dark as on the photos

Great place to stay with family, couple or friends. It is a calm place, one block away from restaurants and cool and cheap massage place. All the workers at Fuka Villa were very nice and help us with all our questions and request. The owners are super friendly and help us in all possible ways: directions, info and they even help me driving to a nice local restaurant. Also we are happy because we got all the souvenirs at thw hotel store ..fair and good price for original things. We can recomend this place 100%
