The rooms are a very reasonable size, the breakfast is very good and has had choices particularly if you went early. Sadly some products were not as good as the breakfast was available for 4hrs.Location is also good with plenty of other bars and resautants and a good atmosphere.Would also recommend the porto card for discounts at museums, cable car, douro boat trips etc and also shops and restaurants.if transport included metro trains and all buses included go wherever ,whenever you wanted only €27 perday for two adults, longer periods available up to 72hrs.

The hot drink making supplies in bed room were not plentiful enough and had to ask reception for milk too.Only sachets coffee 1 decaf coffe and one tea!

Great hotel in Porto old town in central area and near to all main attractions by foot. Hotel also accessible by car, considering this is located in old town with narrow streets. Modern rooms and facilities, has elevators. It has a 24x7 reception and check-in/check-out worked seamlessly. Reception staff was kind, polite, helpful (e.g., in booking a taxi to the airport, or for booking tours/excursions). Room was clean, big, spacious and nicely designed. Plenty of storage space. Amenities (Smart TV, chairs, AC and heater, small fridge, safe, desk, mirrors, closets, charging sockets and reading lights on both sides of the bed, good lighting, free Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, toiletries from Rituals, etc.). Separate blankets were provided for double bed, as requested. Bathroom was clean and had a shower. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options and fresh fruit. Hotel bar was nice, good ambiance and fair prices for drinks and snacks. Plenty of great restaurants, bars and cafes in the vicinity. Really good price / value overall for this hotel.

The beds / mattresses could have been more comfortable for my taste (I do not recommend it if you have back problems). The Wi-Fi speed is very slow. The fruit juices in the breakfast could have been better / freshly pressed, and in one instance, the fruit salad was smelling bad (fermented) - but after telling the waiter, it was replaced instantly.

The staff was so nice and friendly, especially with my dog. The rooms were surprisingly comfortable (especially the beds) and well designed for an older building. You're in a really good location – away from all of the tourist foot traffic but in a neat area with many charming boutique shops. Easily walkable to the main tourist attractions.

There were some homeless people lingering in the parking lot outside – trying to direct you into a parking spot and then get paid in return. They weren't aggressive, but it was uncomfortable when we came/went. Our car was broken into overnight even though nothing was stored in our car. If you do stay here and have a car, I would suggest avoiding this area and parking underground somewhere.

Despite my room being a single (my choice) there was a double bed which was very comfortable. A very powerful shower completed my most important “wants”. The room was clean all be it small. Again no problem. There was a fridge and safe also. Overall a very good room. I chose to breakfast out but what I saw looked a very good choice of food on offer. The bar area in the lobby was clean and staff attentive. A great location to walk the old town of Porto.

I couldn’t find any fault with the property

Ther location of Casual Inca was fine, around 15 minutes walk from Porto-Sao Bento station, admittedly confusing due to the upheaval being caused by building a new metro line or station, and uphill, but it was fine once we sussed it out, and going to the station, and down to the river, was downhill all the way. The area the hotel is in has a number of bars and restaurants close by, and the hotel is in fact closer to Porto-Trindade metro station, which can be reached from Porto-Campanha station. However, one wouldn't want to miss the lovely tiles at Porto-Sao Bento station. Our room was fine, reception were friendly and helpful, and gave me good instructions on how to get to the football ground of Boavista FC. We had breakfast on our first morning, but I would just describe it as ok. We ate out on our second morning, and the 3rd and final morning we had to leave for an early train, before breakfast started anyway. Room was fine.

As above re breakfast.

Good location, 25min walk to the river area. Main areas of Hotel and rooms clean and tidy. Toiletries in large bottles attached to the wall which is great for the environment.

Thin walls and unfortunately we had neighbours who were noisey late at night, not the hotels fault. Breakfast was very busy until 9am and sometimes a wait fir a table or for additional food to be brought out. Choice was quite basic compared to some hotels but Stair area stained and scruffy

I liked the location of the hotel, close to cafes and restaurants with a 12 minute walk to Downtown Porto. The room was of a good size with a comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. Lovely bar area to relax with a glass of wine or a snack.

Unfortunately the walls between the two rooms were not insulated and you could hear the people next door talking. I was disappointed that for a 4 star hotel there was only a hanging rail for cloths and also the cups for tea/coffee were of a plastic nature.

First room had very bad view, some old disgusting buildings outside... in the room bad smell and mold on the walls. I asked reception to change room, it was better but still mold on the ceiling.... breakfasts, Im not demanding person but really could be better. Good location(Center of the city) but I wouldnt stay in this hotel once again.

This was my second time visiting Porto, and i choose the same hotel. I had to make quick reservation as my flights were changes and it was very easy to make after short check by WhatsApp with the hotel. Everything was fine, hotel is in perfect and quiet location facing small square, very close to bars and restaurants nearby and metro station Trindade. If I'll be back next time to Porto, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Very satisfied.

Bed was great. The room was clean, toiletries provided, albeit in small bottles. It was mostly quiet but see below. Blackout curtains were effective and made for a decent night's sleep. Shower was good and clean. All staff were very good. Breakfast was nice, fresh fruit and breads, etc. plenty of choice. Food replenished regularly. Hotel was a good walk from the metro, I recommend getting an Uber from either the the bus garage or the metro. It's uphill, (like most things in Porto) to the hotel; carrying luggage is no fun on cobbled streets.

Soundproofing was poor, lots to loo noises from room above. Not much of a view from the widows, mostly rooftops from the 4th floor; not a problem for us, we planned a one-night stay. Telephone in room did not work. Bar seemed a bit of an after thought, its being part of a small reception, its hard for it to lend itself to a social atmosphere, very few seats and located near the entrance door and Reception desk. MTV was relied upon to create background ambience both at the bar and in the breakfast room: nice, if you like that sort of thing. Limited cocktails (2) for Happy Hour, no Pisco Sour. (In a hotel with 'Inca' in the name?) Boo! Dinner snacks, pizza and lasagne we were told were available but we saw no menu and hadn't realised that food was on offer.
