The facilities are complete. I booked a junior suite and I can even cook simple dishes for breakfast like scrambled eggs. The air-conditioning is cold and the room is very clean and the furniture is new. Bedsheet is clean and very comfortable.

The location is slightly far from Al-haram. Getting to Al Haram one way is around SAR10 by taxi. And if you want to take the bus, it's free. You cake take bus no. 5 at the bus station opposite the road in front of the hotel.

I had the pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful especially Anas. It has a bus shuttle to the Haram and back. I recommend it!

Booked Triple bedroom for the family for 4 days. Also requested a baby cot and it was provided to us after check in. We checked at midnight and it was easy and took very less time. The room and the washroom was good and clean. The service was friendly and on time.

We went in Ramadan last 10 days so it was busy and not easy to travel to Masjid Al Haram at any time from the hotel. I am not sure if the shuttle service continue to run after Ramadan. Room carpet was bit dirty.

Everything is close by walking distance but no shuttle u book a taxi on front of hotel have main road 24 hrs taxi avaiable.

I was looking for a budget friendly hotel which has a washer, also clean and organized. Thank you Al Joud hotel. You met our expectations! I recommend their junior suite to any family looking for a washer. It has a bedroom, a kitchen and small living room. MashaAllah we love this place!

The only thing I could complain about this hotel is whatever that thing is called around the windows that hurt the pigeons around their windows. I see that a lot of hotels in Makkah and Madina have them. 😔 I’m afraid pigeons are complaining to Allah about this in His sacred land 😔 Everything else is amazing!

The location was perfect since I came here to get some work done and do Omrah. Clean room and great service by the staff. I would highly recommend.

Very Spacious and well maintained room, bathroom, lobby and Coffee shop, King bed was really huge and comfy. Bus service from Hotel to Haram and from Kudi to Hotel was on time as stated in teh schedule displayed in lobby, Bus was clean, new and the driver was an excellant friendly man from pakistan (Mr. Afridi, thank you for your welcoming gesture and smile) Hotel staff and security was well dressed and polite, breakfast in restaurant was well mainained with high standard of cleanliness and provided both Arabic and western food. Will surely stay here again and always whenever I visit Makkah. You can try it and will never complain.

I think the restaurant can provide lunch and dinner, maybe they do in season (Ramadan and Hajj), I think they need to advertise a little more for customers to know them.

All is perfect

It is nice and decent place, breakfast buffet was super and full of all choices. It's neat and clean place and worth of staying.

Staff was good except Lady on reception bcz she refused to extend complementary (1 hour) after Zuhar prayer which is normal from all other Hotels so me and my family have to checkout in hurry. 2nd, the transportation is just for 2 minutes to Kudi parking from where another bus to Haram which is hectic and not worth of using this facility. The return back after Umrah the Taxi charges are 50-60 SAR.
