The staff are real credit to this hotel. Check in and check out were real quick. Special thanks to Shaheen at the reception for being super helpful with late check-in and Abu Tayyab in housekeeping department for room cleaning. There are restaurants close by for food and Masjid e Haram is at 4mins walk. Hotel is located behind clock tower on Ajyad street so location is ideal. Overall my whole family loved their stay. We will always prefer this hotel over others in Makkah whenever we come back again. And I will always recommend them highly. Well done to their whole team!!

The cleanliness of toilets were real issue (even on my previous stay) but the housekeeping staff were real good at rectifying it after I mentioned to them the next day.

Everything was great particularly the location and hospitality of staff. My flight came in early and the staff was super helpful in terms of allowing us early check-in at 6am in the morning without any extra charges. And we got inter-connecting quadruple rooms which we had requested at booking. I was so pleased with the hospitality of staff in the next few days that I decided to stay here again after my return from Madina Munawarrah for another 3 nights and left some of my luggage with them too. Thanks to everyone including the staff at the reception, bell boys and house service. Everyone was super helpful and professional.

The toilet had a constant bad smell despite good cleaning. There might be a sewer pipe issue in toilets which really needs to be looked at! Furniture in rooms need to be refurbished.

Very close to Kaaba very helpful staff especially sister WADAA & SUMIA at the reception always willing to help you with any issue the room boy ABU TAYAB cleaned the room everyday had smile all the time we appreciate all you guys for you did thanks again inshallah whenever we come back to Makkah we will stay again in this hotel

The card use to stop working to open the door but not an issue they give you new card straightaway

Clean rooms with excellent customer desk service . Location is relatively near to Haram . You could get Taxi service easly in front of the hotel at any time. Recommended for young people who can walk in crowd for 10-20 min to Haram.

Need to walk 500 meters to Haram that takes arround 12 minitues due to crowd. Bed size is small beside the triple room is too small for three persons. Not suitable for big families with kids as baby beds are not available. Extra bed facility is not available. You need to cross buzy main road thus not suitable for people with disabilities or on wheel chair. Most of the floors are smooking floors that is totally not suitable for non smookers. You need to go to Haram 20 min before pray time in order to be able to get in the Haram as the road get blocked from crowded people closer to Azan time. No bus service is available

Location was only about 8 minutes walking which was great and comfortable. The staff were nice and special thanks to Eisa and Sumaia

the property was clean and staff were welcoming, we had to wait a while during check in as rooms were not ready but overall it was a comfortable experience. Staff members Faruk, Jamal were our housekeepers who were very helpful and would come everyday to make up the room and top up the amenities and water

I arrived with my family and we checked in around 9 am without incurring any extra fees, thanks to, I believe, the night manager. Mr. Ahmed, the front office manager, was incredibly helpful, and we were even upgraded to a better room. The room itself was impeccably clean, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to شجيب (Sajib) and فرقان (Fourqan), the housekeeping team, for their excellent service. The location was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, as it's only a 4-minute walk to the holy mosque of Mecca. We found the hotel to be excellent value for money, and I'm confident that we'll return again in the future. Thank you, Elaf, for a wonderful experience.

Nothing compares to the location of the hotel and the view of the Haram; it easily outweighs any minor drawbacks.

The check-in process and professionalism of the whole staff of Elaf Al Mashaer hotel was exceptional! The location of the hotel within walking distance to Haram mosque was great. The hotel also provided a separate area to perform prayers with jammat. The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked with necessary supplies for the guests. I loved the breakfast buffet! There were many options such as mediterranean and continental breakfast. My family enjoyed our Umrah stay and would highly recommend Elaf Al Mashaer hotel to our friends and families. I would book this hotel again for my next visit.
