Loved the decoration, the cleanliness of the bedding, quality and size of the towels and the size of the room. We asked if we could have twin beds and you provided them 😀.

The door of shower cubicle did not close properly and the seal was missing from the bottom of the fixed panel so the water leaked onto the floor (room 303). The shelf under the sink where the towels were stored was loose so could not be used to store any toiletries. More shelf space would be helpful in the bathroom and a mirror and better light above the desk area.

I arrived around 01.15hrs in the morning after a very exhausting day. I felt immediately at home with a very helpful smiling gentleman behind reception who was very efficient with my registration to sign and key waiting. ( comparing this to many other hotel chains I stay at, this was so refreshing hence wishing to complete your survey) It continued when I asked for food and drink where he immediately considered my tiredness and hunger and though the room service had stopped, he found me some food to eat. Again. Lateral thinking these days are so unusual, I was so impressed. I cannot thank you enough. Please pass on my thanks to the staff but also the management who obviously ensure the staff are trained etc.

If I had to put anything negative here. I would put that some sort of over night food. ( not snacks) could be considered.

Stayed 1 night as a base for a gig I attended at the o2 arena. This hotel is a 20 minute walk from the arena, or 15 if you go at a brisk pace. The walk isn't ideal with a few back roads and alleys but I found the route to be so busy with other people walking to and from the concert I felt safe enough. Room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. Fridge was useful as was the coffee machine. Managed to screencast Disney+ on the television from my phone.

My room was on the third floor and was exceptionally warm. There was a thermostat in the room which said it was set to 17c but not once did I feel the aircon actually come on. I opted to leaving the windows open all night which with some earplugs for the noise did the trick well enough.

The hotel is modern and clean

We used the hotel as a base for the 02. It really isn’t suitable to walk back and forth, the roads around the hotel are quite dangerous with heavy traffic and due to major road works a lot of the footpaths are closed off leaving you walking at the side of the road. It is also about a 30 minute walk, we found getting Ubers to be easier. The air con in our room was not the best, might just be the room we were in as the air con in the reception was very good.

It was clean, air con, good facilities like a safe iron , interesting decor. I got parking from JustPark that was extremely close (search for tunnel avenue). There’s a bar and free water.

It is a bit further from the O2 / North Greenwich tube than I thought it was. My fault however as they do provide an address and I could have checked. There is a bus available to the o2 , 24/7 check tfl.gov.uk. you need an oyster or one contactless payment card per passenger £1.75 per journey. If there’s a few of you use an Uber. There’s plenty around. Or it’s a 15 minute walk. The site is surrounded by busy roads and it’s very much in the hinterland of the docklands / Blackwall tunnel / east London overflow infrastructure. It’s in a functional and not a romantic location. It’s safe enough area in my opinion.

Ideal location and good value for money in Greenwich and London as a whole. Good transport links to central London. We were seeing Doja Cat at the O2 and with the location made it perfect to not have to attempt to use the underground as the queues were massive, we were able to nip back to the hotel and get a good nights rest ready to explore London the next day. Good checkout time too, not too early! Hotel was clean and immaculate. Staff were friendly, polite, and hospitable - top class.

Smell from drains in the bathroom on arrival - the smell dissipated after the first day but was a shock when opening bathroom door. Shower door not great with how powerful the shower head is - I nearly flooded the bathroom trying to wash my hair.

The hotel is freshly builded or renovated, but some spots are already worn out, for example elevator, restrooms on ground floor or furniture at the room. The bed was comfy, the room is big enough, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, doing everything to comfort us upon our early arrival - thank you very much!

We had consistently lack of towels, two days in a row - just 1 big towel for two people.. We needed to ask reception for that. As well we missed 1 cup on the second evening - again, it was brought to us in a moment after request at the reception.

I stayed at this hotel for a night before moving into a rental apartment nearby. It was raining heavily that day and I arrived sopping wet, carrying a heap of stuff, exhausted and a bit grumpy. The young lady who was working at reception was brilliant - she realised immediately that I was very tired and she told me to take a seat and then proceeded to come over to ME to do the check-in while I stayed sitting down (I've never had a hotel do that before!) She offered me water too and was just generally very tuned in to what might make things easier for me. Wish I could remember her name because her thoughtfulness was much appreciated. The room was really nice - I love the little touches of style, such as the bright red old-fashioned phone. The shower was great - consistent temperature and good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

The location would suit anyone going to anything at the O2, where you can also easily get tube into central London or elsewhere. But there wasn't really anywhere within 10-minutes' walk for dinner. You can catch a bus or walk to the O2 (about 15 minutes) but nowhere within strolling distance (that I found anyway). That's the only criticism I have.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you're going to an event at the 02 arena, drinks are a reasonable price considering it's London, the food at the hotel is amazing, the Sri Lankan veg curry is to die for 👌 We stayed on the 1st floor and was right next to the road/building works but with the window closed we couldn't here a thing! We really liked staying here and will definitely stay again

The only issue we had and it's minor...is the fact we wasn't made aware of what time breakfast was, we could have checked online but assumed it was until 10am, it's on until 9:30 so we missed it even though we'd paid for it. I think an information pack in each room would be good for things like that. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. There is shampoo and conditioner though.

Comfortable bed, clean room with good facilities.

Breakfast needs to be improved. Wasn’t particularly busy when we were there for breakfast but had run out of things. 3 hot items out for breakfast: we put beans and scrambled egg on the plate, opened the next one expecting sausage and bacon and it was empty, told it would be 10 minutes, so the rest ended up cold, and to be honest the sausages were vile and not worth the wait anyway. They should be keeping an eye on those things and keep it topped up. Edges of the bread was stale.
