No guests after 10 pm allowed and ID and vaccination card is required. No matter wether you book for one or too. A real hotel is more relaxed here. The Philippines still do not get it that COVID is over.. Maybe they will never find their way back to normal.

The room is very spacious and comes with induction stove, microwave, refrigerator and 2 TVs. They have smart TV installed unlike most hotels which have dated entertainment systems. Wi-Fi is fast and you can stream HD videos just fine on multiple devices. Location is near popular Makati jeepney routes so you can easily go around without taking Grab.

Breakfast buffet spread is limited. No tea available for breakfast and none provided inside the room as well. There were no dedicated foot towels/bath mats provided. The elevators are slow and some waiting time is always expected.

The service, from the security through the reception to housekeeping was unreal, amasing people and that is why you get the high score. Maybe it was not the best time for me to be there but there was a construction work going on next to the hotel and some main streets were closed. Area next to the hotel was also surrounded by unpleasant smell which was quite common in some parts of Manila. Room was good but looked better on the pictures. I could not watch my PRIME movies with TV provided, the aircondition was quite loud, but I was very happy with the size of the room and the bad was comfortable.

Spacious Room, Guests are allowed to stay until 10PM, lots of food choices nearby, Cheap Condotel style around Makati. Will be staying here again for sure!

Stains on Pillow cases, They did not give me my room choice! Although they upgraded It to a 2BR DELUXE, I still want the 1BR PREMIER! Why? 'coz we're COUPLE! Why do we need 2 rooms?! Duh! Despite of early booking (a month ago), Reservation is just a fomality here. The Elevator should be monitored from time to time! It stinks!

The property is clean and presentable. Size is excellent as we were also been upgraded to a 2 bedroom from 1 bedroom premiere. The location of the property is perfect as it is located at the middle of poblacion makati. Century mall is few minutes walk as well, there is a laundry shop at the side of the hotel.

The tap in the master's bedroom was semi blocked and the toilet bowl in the second bathroom was also completely blocked ending up water overflowed from the bowl. Staff came in to have everything fixed anyway.

The most overwhelming memory was the help i received from JJ at the front desk..He took it upon himself to help save me a lot of time and money to repair my error prior to arrival..He was gracious enough to solve my issue at no cost to me on his day off..Employees who take care of their clients like that are to be cherished as they bring back repeat customers..The hotel was clean and the rest of the staff was helpful as well..

Service good. Clean hotel. Staff great. I love this hotel Service.

Now hotel use entrance for basement parking. This is really hard.

1) The rooms are big and VERY comfortable. The pictures are accurate: what you see, is what you get! The hotel is not cheap but I consider it value for money. You get what you pay for. 2) You can cook there which is nice. 3) There is a good fitness. 4) It's neighbourhood is nice. Very clean and luxurious for Manila standards. I wanted to stay in that bubble and not come out. 5) Century mall is closeby. In the basement there is a bakery called 'Lartizan' which is not cheap but offers the best crossaints, bread and cappuccino in the Philippines! The Powerplant mall also is closeby and nice. In the malls there are more than enough restaurants. 6) The staff is very friendly. All in all I really liked the hotel and I kept on extending my stay. I stayed there a lot longer than planned. Very, very highly recommended! So far, my favourite hotel in Manila.

1) It seemed I always had to ask to have my room cleaned. One day the cleaning staff arrived at 18:30 which I really considered too late. 2) I only went to the restaurant twice. The food is nice but they seem to have the same buffet in the morning and the evening which quickly bored me. 2) The pool is really small. Smaller than it looks on the pictures. 3) The hotel looks so nice, new, luxurious and comfortable but there always seems to break down something: in the first room there was a problem with the toilet, the curtain fell down when my girlfriend very gently closed it so we decided not to open it, a chair broke down which we missed two days for reparation.

The staff is nice and very approachable. In all fairness to the room it was very clean I was amazed because I am a fan of black and white theme.

I prefer a scented room and have a rag in the bathroom. Dishwashing liquid and sponge in the kitchen. Both the comfort room and lavatory in the kitchen have their own hand soap. No worries about everything that I am asking it was optional and I understand.

I was upgraded & upgraded again to a 1 bedroom premier so cannot complain! The apartment was great. Easy to find, serviced location, nice gym with views, beautiful lobby.

Cleaners never leave the entire towel set (2 big 1 small 1 shower mat). Bad smell from bathroom (and this is in every room I have been). Some rooms have big issues (e.g. first one had a wardrobe filled with heavy mould smell), and others on the constructions work side of the hotel can be loud.
