Great rural location - less than an hour from Cambridge and just over an hour to the coast. Great stay, comfortable and clean. Ready to make breakfast items were perfect- plenty of choice of cereals and bread/ croissants with fresh milk and orange juice each day. The Red Lion pub in Great Sampford is definitely worth a visit- the food was delicious. Also the nice walk down the road and round the byway by the fields was a great evening stroll. Thanks for a lovely stay.
It was all great.

This is a fantastic find and one that we will definitely return to. Its in the middle of no where but the views in the morning/evening are fabulous and its very peaceful. Emma our host, met us on arrival and was very chatty and helpful. Its clear that she takes pride in offering her little cottages to guests. Continental Breakfast had been provided and was just as expected. The little cottage was very clean and perfectly fitted out. We had number 3 and it is just one L shaped living space with kitchen sofa table/chairs and very comfortable double bed all in the one space. There is a little entrance porch, with shower room and toilet off it. Then door into the living/ sleeping space. Beautifully fitted out and every inch has been thought about. Even a little welcome sign on the door to show you which is yours and a parking space, so cute.
Nothing. It was perfect. The heating sensor light will activate if you get up in the night, but it goes off immediately. Also the bathroom extractor fan stays on and can be heard, but it went off after five minutes. Just thought Id mention incase others are sensitive... it didn't spoil our stay.

Excellent, very rural ,quiet chalet-type BnB presented to a very high standard. Super fittings, bed, shower etc and immaculately clean. The owner Emma came over to say hello and seemed lovely. Breakfast was a small sachet oof Alpen ,a croissant, some bread to toast, a small selection of jams-might have been nice to have had 6 eggs, some fruit too, as breakfast felt a bit slim. Very quiet there for us though there are adjacent chalets , unoccupied at the time of our visit and if all were filled I imagine it might get a bit noisy.
Nothing really

The solitude, peace and quiet, the outlook. The spotlessly clean kitchen equipment , bathroom facilities and living area. The host was very helpful. The proximity to a very good Italian restaurant {booking recommended}
As we were required to strip beds we couldn't help notice the mattress, under the topper, was stained rather badly. Although surroundings were perfect, the small garden area was not private and very close to the other rental properties.

Lovely, quiet location. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Very welcoming host who provided food for us to prepare our own breakfasts.
Unfortunately we were there in the middle of the September heatwave and the property was very hot. It was great to have a fan provided, much appreciated. There are 2 radiators in the property so imagine it would be warm and cosy in the cooler months. Only one taxi firm go out that far.

A really nice B&B run by lovely people for whom nothing is too much trouble. Their advertisements clearly state that breakfast is supplied but you cook it yourself. This is fine as long as you know.
We are from the Netherlands, one of the tallest races in the world and for us, we could have done with a slightly larger bed, but it's not a complaint.

Cleanliness. Quite self-contained studio, great shower, breakfast with selection of cereals, decent bread for toasting, croissants, fresh butter and multi choice of jams etc, fresh milk and orange juice in fridge, abundance of hot water, Taylor’s coffee bags, Yorkshire tea bags, ample parking

Cosy and comfortable accommodation. Excellent continental breakfast very unusual to have that in a self catering stay. Emma was lovely not at all intrusive but available if we needed anything. Lovely quiet location and near enough to restaurants and shops. We visited Audley End House which was beautiful and also went to Duxford air museum which is an excellent day out. We would highly recommend eating at The Crown in Little Walden best chicken and leek pie ever! Would definitely stay here again.
Maybe could have been a bigger bed.

Peaceful, rural location. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Very helpful host!
Breakfast could be a bit more interesting. Bread and croissants were not so good. Put some eggs in the fridge, perhaps? A proper coffee machine would be good too.
