I stayed in a private room with an amazing view of Brighton pier and the sea! Huge room with enough space and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub. Bed linen and towels were immaculate. Everything was great, friendly staff, very helpful, very good breakfast at a reasonable price. The location is 10 and it is a beautiful historic building! Highly recommended!
The building is a historic site and has a (modern) elevator that had a technical problem and I was on the third floor and went down one night to a shared room on the first floor with a heavy suitcase. However, they were very efficient and resolved the elevator issue the next day and it was truly a relief.

1- In front of the beach ! 2- Beautiful & comfortable lobby with part has sofas the another tables & chairs in front of the bar & they have many games and kids corner. 3- They have a toilet in the ground floor 4- Very quiet place 5- Very nice staff especially the black man. Except the tall blonde woman 6- clean & not a very old building 7- amazing price! 8- have a bar and sells coffee 9- some rooms has a bath 🥰 10- you can check out late and pay 11.50 for it! 11- I liked their security system: nobody can enter the building after 8:00 pm without having the key.
1- They don't have a wardrobe which is not suitable for long trips. I think will be perfect if they put it in all rooms an will earn more money !! 2- They only have one kind of chips in the bar & don’t sell a lot of drinks & nothing special in there coffee I would not order it again 3- check out is too early 10:00 pm 4- they didn’t clarify all their policies to me like: I have to pay before 10 morning if would like to check out late. 5- breakfast is expensive. 6- double rooms has a TV but without a remote control, when I asked them for one they gave me a wrong one it wasn’t working 😅 7- they forgot to put a shampoo in my room.

For the money the hotel was incredible value. Great location, luggage storage while we waited, suprisingly comfy bed. The room was really large and the bathroom and bedroom both absolutely spotless we were impressed.
Our room directly faced the nightclub outside, with the smoking area and queue right outside the window. Obviously not much to be done about this but my suggestion would be take ear plugs!! Only other downside was that as checkout was stated as 10am I paid for late checkout but turns out on Sunday checkout is 11am so we didn't need to use it.

We booked a private room and it was super spacious which was awesome. Like crazy spacious though. Dance parties, yoga routines, you name it that room could do it. Staff were friendly and it was as comfy as you'd expect hostel beds to be, and it was clean! And secure! Felt good.
Price hurt a bit. $160AUD for a Youth Hostel is a lot of money for one night (everything is expensive in the UK these days though) We also stayed on a night where Brighton Fringe was happening and because of the event we had a dance club in our room. It was very loud and we slept terribly. Nothing YHA can do about that though. Oh and the bathroom shower drain gurgled in a really funny way. I guess it was having its own small dance party!

The conditions of the room had seriously exceeded my expectations for the price I paid for. The bathroom felt really modern, and the room I was in was very spacious and comfortable. I also liked how safe it felt considering that I had to scan my card thrice just to enter my room! Highly recommended for any budget/youth travellers.
Considering that the building is near a main junction, I highly recommend you to bring some ear plugs for sleeping. The noise of the traffic can be quite unbearable because of its location. Otherwise, the building was very safe and welcoming for me.

The female only dorm was perfect for my solo travel. I was able to feel safe and relax comfortably. I was happy to have a shower and bathroom within the private room. I also able to use the conference room for some privacy for a professional ZOOM meeting. It was nice to be able to storage my luggage for free prior to check as long as I was comfortable with the risk of leaving it in a general locked room.
Wifi for me was terrible unless in the main cafe area. There was a broken window in the girls dorm covered with a piece of plywood that was not the same size of the pane and thereby allowed a chilly draft.

The room was unbelievably quiet, which was amazing. The bathroom setup was great for a dorm room, with plenty of space to bring stuff inside while you shower. Having the kitchenette available was beyond my expectations, and the lounges were nicer than others I've seen. Plus, the staff member who checked me in was delightful!
I honestly don't have any complaints at all. It's a hostel, obviously, and a dorm room within a hostel - but it was £15 and the quiet hours were religiously observed, so it's frankly amazing.

As a middle-aged female traveller I do not stay at hostels very often. But right next to this place there is the stop for National Express to go to the airport/London, so really convenient. Staff was extremely helpful even at 5am. Free WiFi, lovely kitchen, clean sheets and toilet,, even board games and bottle refiller is avaliable to use.
No USB charger available in the room, need to have a plug adapter which I did not have, I was really worried that my phone will die and will have no boarding card for the plane

Brilliant stay, location, staff, facilities. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend.
The beds aren't assigned, and people don't strip them as they leave. My bed was stripped and my stuff was taken down to reception, and someone else had claimed my bed. I found this very inconvenient, the next day it happened to somebody else. So it would be better to give guests tags or beds numbers and assign beds to stop this from happening.

All the people in the room minded their own business which resulted in a very quite room despite being full :) They all respected each others privacy. Since I got up early I was able to use the facilities in the room without any waiting time.
Am not sure if you can do anything about this i.e. snoring! Once the night gets deeper the snoring (of some people) gets louder. Probably you can consider distributing ear plugs while checking in :) Also, since your property is at a key location there is lot of noise from the weekend revellers especially if it is a Friday or Saturday night. Again, I guess there is not much you can do.
