The hotel location suited us perfectly. Loved our proximity to the water. The nearest Metro Station - Fulton Street - had a great choice of Metro lines for easy access to all of Manhatten. The large hotel room was appreciated - plenty of room for four adults to share. The room also had a sink, large fridge, small freezer and a microwave. The staff were friendly. Checking in and out was very speedy & efficient. We were very happy with the breakfast - plenty of choice. We were definitely full heading out each morning. Our luggage was stored for us - free of charge - on the day of departure.

Very clean and quiet, had everything we needed in the king studio room including a kitchenette with everything you might need (even dishes) which we highly appreciated! Staff is amazing, friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. They easily stored our bags for the day after check out. We felt like they got us covered and we didn't have to worry about a thing.

We used the sofa bed and it wasn't comfortable. They're doing some construction work so the breakfast area was a bit small and we had to wait a few minutes for a table but it wasn't too bad at all

The location is really great. The WTC and Wall Street are both literally just behind the corner. And the subway station is only a few meters (or feet) away from the main entrance. A spacious room included a large comfortable bed, a TV with many channels, and a small kitchen corner (fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). Room service was extraordinary. There was also a nice small gym in the hotel available for free.

Breakfast consisted of various food packed in plastics which is neither eco-friendly nor healthy. But I guess that's typical American. We missed fresh vegetables but there was always some fresh fruit available. They also charged my debit card twice - first the full amount including a deposit and then the final price after we left. The first payment was later reverted but I didn't have the money available for a few days which caused me some trouble. We had to turn off the fridge and the AC every night because they were both very noisy.

The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast staff were so friendly. It was nice to have breakfast included and the hotel was close to the WTC museum and the financial district. It was also close to many subway stations so it was easy to navigate through NYC (about 25 minutes to Times Square). The area isn’t overcrowded like Times Square, so it was more of what we were looking for.

The hotel was perfect. First of all, they allowed us to do an early check-in around 8 am, so we didn't have to wait for the original check-in time (4 pm). By getting a room earlier than expected, we were able to take a shower and get some rest after almost 24h traveling. When we got in the room, we were very happy to see a really modern-looking, comfortable and clean room with a good view of the city. Everything was working as expected: shower, hot water, air conditioner, microwave, fridge, and TV. Over the next few days, we were not disappointed by the first impression we had of the hotel. The breakfast was simple but enough to get us ready to experience the city. There were also Starbucks coffee machines available 24h. They allowed us to take the food and coffee to go, which was great for our really busy days. The comfort of the room and bed was perfect for us to relax after long hours of walking and subway riding. The hot shower seemed to renew our energies after an exhausting day. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. Besides the early check-in, they were also very informative and patient when answering our questions about the hotel and the city. We would really hope to come back here next time we'd visit New York.

The reception wasn't on the first floor, which confused us a bit when we got there. However, a staff member quickly informed us that it was on the L floor and helped us get there.

The laundry machines were replaced during the stay and they required guests to pay when prior to checking in they were free. The advertisement on Booking.com said they were free. Additionally, you had to operate laundry machines from an app on your smart phone instead of inserting coins. Also, the advertisement on Booking.com said there was a dining area in the room. The kitchen utensils were very limited for cooking. There were only two plastic stirring spoons and two pans. There was plenty of silverware, dishes, cups, bowls and mugs. The bar hand soap for the bathroom was not replenished daily, but was big enough to get us through the stay. The breakfasts were great. The pearl sugar Belgian waffles were delicious. There was plenty of food that filled you up all day.

Great value, excellent staff, and convenient location. Close attractions include the One World Observatory, the 911 Museum and Memorial, Wall Street bull and Fearless Girl, NYSE, and the Oculus shopping center and transportation hub.

Great sized corner suite with ample room for our family including a handy fridge, microwave & hob. Very quiet and comfortable at night, walls are very thick. Excellent location for downtown Manhattan

Current renovations are impeding the breakfast area, there are not enough seats for guests and we had to take breakfast back to our rooms in take-away boxes a couple of times. The lift area is very congested at breakfast as a result. It felt very chaotic.

I like the fact that the staff was very professional and kind. It was a great location!

I didn't like the fact on our 2nd day the fire alarm went off and we didn't know whether is was false are not! Communication could've been better! I've eaten breakfast at many RI's and this was the worst. Send a rep. to Atlanta on Peachtree Street to observe there operation. Their breakfast is awesome! And the coffee was free all day!

We loved our stay at this hotel, it was me and my husband and two of our children, 8 and 10 years old. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was nice. The room could have been a little warmer because it was cold outsite. The breakfast was nice, we would like to have seen some bacon and baked beans and mayby nutella, but overall it was good. We really liked our stay at the hotel. Jane in the reception was really nice and helpfull.
