Nice rooms with all necessities inside the bedroom and personal bathroom. Got fresh towels and sheets regularly. AC in the summer heat was great! We were also very happy we could leave our luggage in a locked room after checking out, as our flight was very late at night. The location was perfect and close to the metro.

Can be a bit pricey if staying for more than a week. However, as it is NYC, it is to be expected. We were a bit confused about some of the policies of the hotel, for example paying a safety deposit (75USD)that we were not explained about, or a 15USD upkeeping fee we had to pay for each day.

The room is really spacious and clean, lighting is bright enough, also helps store the luggage after I checked out. Staff is very friendly and helps me figure out my questions despite hectic crowds rushing in to check in

I stayed in room 201. The room is right next to their cleaning room, and the wall is on the thin side, so sadly my room becomes very noisy at all times. I get woken up at around 6am everyday. Also due to the location, there are always numerous carts lining right outside my room, makes it very difficult and unpleasant to get to my room everyday.

Position is perfect to reach metro stops and the area Is quite good/safe surrounded by places to have food/supermarkets. Staff is super nice and I was happy to approach them. I did not have any specific request but ladies were always smiling. Room was warm, bed is super comfortable and pillows as well. Room was cleaned every day and I had fresh towels. The place is perfect for people who are just walking and visiting all day the city. Clearly there is not a big reception to seat and read or have a coffee but despite the other (negative) reviews that I cannot compare with my experience I would like to stay here again during my next trip to NY!

The hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The air conditioner worked well and the Wi-Fi was adequate. The terrace was a very useful addition to the room, with a table and chairs. The daily cleaning was also impeccable. The staff did their job politely. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Two smaller separate quilts would be more practical on the double beds than one huge one, although we still slept excellently.

Staff was awesome. Good room in a good area. They give 2 water bottles for free a day, plus breakfast and sometimes had some snacks out in the evening. Everyone was friendly and helpful Would stay again

Had issues with the door getting in, then the hair dryer was missing, then the hair dryer they brought me sounded on its death bed and smelt like a fire hazard. They replaced it no problem. Hotel is a little dated and needs some work but was fine for the money. Wasn't expecting perfection.

The King Room has a beautiful large balcony with a nice couch and chairs. We were blessed with wonderful weather, so we spent a good deal of time out there. Lovely!

The heating was not working in the room, or I couldn't figure out how to work it as there were 2 heating/cooling apparatuses. I turned on the heat and a foul, burning smell came out of the radiator, so I turned it off. Then, I tried the more modernized heating dial but it didn't do anything. This was very late as we had been out seeing a show, so I was unable to ask for help. I went back to the radiator and tried again but cold air was coming out. It never really worked well. The mattress really needs to be replaced. There is no excuse these days not to buy a foam mattress that fits to the body, instead of having a mattress in which you feel the springs.

I liked the location as it was in right in the center of Manhattan and was a 2 minutes' walk to my training venue. I liked the room as it was spacious and even had a bathtub.

The heating and aircon system kept playing up so when it got kind of chilly I couldn't get the room warm enough and the blanket didn't help. The comforter on the bed was small in size and was more suited to be on a single bed.

It was close to places and right in the middle of the city. There was no breakfast in the option that I choose and there was no bar fridge. The King standard room was small but ok since it was only me. Other than that, everything was ok.

Comfyness, cleanliness. Location is good, walking distance to all the sights in downtown Manhattan. It took about 20-25 minutes to get from this place to midtown by subway. Taxi (Lyft) from midtown to hotel cost about 35$ in the evening

View form the window wasn't the best, but the whole stay was good and great value for money

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Anytime I had a question or concern they were very responsive.

The AC broke in our room on day 2. They came up immediately to check it, and we had to move rooms. I wish the lobby was just a bit bigger.
