Hotel location is excellent and our room was very quiet especially considering where it it. Loved the fact that it was a boutique hotel - perfect size for us and no issues with waiting for the elevator. Great complimentary 'bag storage' upon arrival and departure. Room was plenty big enough, very modern and clean. Great toiletries and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic: plenty of selection, well stocked and replenished regularly. 'Wine Hour' was a great touch and a most appreciated gesture. The Pearl is a great hotel - we definitely recommend it.

Not much really ..... the use of plastic plates and cutlery at breakfast isn't very environmentally friendly. If it was recycled or re-used this would be better.

The free breakfast is really very good. There are many choices & plenty of tables & seats. The hotel staff is friendly & helpful & go out of their way to make sure the hotel guests are comfortable. The location can’t be beat.

Unfortunately all the rooms are in bad need of a general renewal. The carpeting is dirty & the furniture is shabby. Come on Pearl….please refurbish the rooms; after 14 years it’s time! Under these circumstances I would probably not return.

A beautiful little boutique hotel located in the heart of the Theatre District. It is within easy walking distance to Times Square, Broadway Theatres, Restaurant Row, Carnegie Hall, Central Park. The staff are attentive, personable, and friendly, and are always willing to assist whether it is arranging transportation, recommending restaurants/clubs or suggesting tours/sights worth seeing. Although the nearby streets can be busy the hotel atmosphere is quiet and welcoming.

Great location - easy walk to Times Square. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Happy hour every evening was wonderful! Lovely to come back to a (free) glass of wine at the end of a long day sight-seeing. The free snacks were also fantastic.

Breakfast was ok - could have been a bit better. Good selection of breads etc but only 1 type of eggs each day (boiled).

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, microwave/fridge was great!, large room, balcony/patio, and valet parking was convenient.

Pricy but on par with other hotels nearby in December/near Christmas. Breakfast was only cold items- pastries, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal packets, OJ, and coffee.

The staff were amazing. All of our needs were anticipated and met. They were friendly and helpful and gave good advice on getting around the city and good activities. The hotel was clean and spacious. The full closet in the room was amazing. The breakfast was good. The location of The Pearl is truly unbeatable. Only blocks away from Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, all major Broadway shows, multiple subway stations for getting around, etc. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future. This was a family trip, but I will return for girls' trips, couples' getaway, and to take my mom to a show. The wine hour each day was a pleasant surprise, and the free snack area made my kids weekend.

I honestly loved literally everything. The only thing I would say, and it isn't a big thing, but more variety from day to day in the breakfast would be welcome, but the breakfast was awesome as is.

The room was fantastic--clean, pretty, & large. Loved that our room included both a fridge & microwave! Breakfast & all-day snacks were appreciated. Location was perfect for walking to theaters for shows & nearby restaurants. All staff we encountered were friendly & went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed--especially the bellmen. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

the location of this property was perfect - so close to everything! 5 min walk to Times Square, all theatres close by, and a half hr walk to the Empire State. the staff were very friendly and helpful there were lovely touches - snacks and coffee all day, happy hr in the evening the room size was amazing for New York, we were in a deluxe queen suite for 5 of us and it felt spacious even with the sofa bed used as a bed. I would definitely go back to this hotel, and I would recommend it

the only down side to this hotel is the breakfast. for such a luxurious hotel, the breakfast is poor - pastries, fruit and yoghurt only. paper cups for coffee and plastic cutlery all felt cheap compared to the rest of the facilities. I would have preferred breakfast cereals at least to be on offer, if not a hot breakfast, as I have had in other nearby hotels before arriving, I had asked the hotel if gluten free breakfast would be on offer, and was told yes, but actually, this meant I could only have fruit, which was a little disappointing. this wouldn't put me off coming back, but I think is something that could be improved.

Awesome location! Close to everything we needed within walking distance. Love that this hotel had room for the 5 of us to stay together! Very luxurious feel!
