Location excellent, views excellent, cleanliness excellent, staff excellent. Its a stylish hotel just close enough to all the action. I would return again but theres a but please see what I didnt like just for your information and consideration when selecting this property/room size

Room was small, tiny but to be expected, a good level of agility required to get out of bed as one side is on the window. Room had nowhere to hang anything or place to leave toiletries or belongings, literally u are living out of your suitcase.There was a sofa/bench built into the bed which served no purpose and took up valuable closet space imo. Im only highlighting as i missed this when reading reviews and while we managed many might find this difficult.

I only had breakfast at the hotel once, it was lovely but a bit too expensive. I really liked the hotel and the location was perfect for what I needed.

It would be nice to have a wardrobe in the room, even a small one to hang trousers and dresses. I only had a drawer and had to put the dresses under the bed in the space for the suitcase.

The hotel is in a relatively calm area and within walking distance of Times Square. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean but a little cramped. The hotel has a very pleasant bar and also a rooftop with a beautiful urban view

The location is perfect for theatre, restaurants and sight seeing. The staff have a lovely chill vibe and were helpful and always welcoming. The “cozy queen” rooms are very cozy, very small but well thought out with great attention to detail and afford a spectacular city view from the full length windows. Don’t miss out on the second floor cocktail lounge, it’s beautiful and a perfect spot for a night cap.

Great location, staff are helpful and polite. The room was clean and although it was small and cosy it had ample storage space and really did the job. The WiFi was free and very quick all day round. There is also a secure bag room you can use after you've checked out which is handy. Would recommend 100%

Charming, tiny rooms with nice city views. Someone paid attention to the furnishings, which are a little more luxurious and interesting than the typical minimalist and/or business hotel look. Convenient to the theater district, trains, bus, and subway, and a million restaurants.

You can't look out the window from the bed very easily, and there's no good place to sit and do office work on a laptop. Otherwise, it's all good.

The staff was really friendly, the jazz nights, the location was perfect.

The shower does not have a door so the bathroom can get really wet when showering, and if I used the floor towel then it was full of water,having a door will make it easier.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous, but the staff are amazing! So helpful, friendly and so considerate. The best recommendations I’ve got are from the staff and they really do personalise each recommendation. They’re super accommodating and always have a friendly smile regardless of the time of day/night! The location is amazing, walking distances from all the monuments and tourist attractions along with been in close proximity of residential area with lots of fab coffee shops, restaurants and peaceful suburbs. Over all stunning! The rooms are exactly what you want and the shower is glorious with fab products too if you forget yours!

The location was the best part. It’s so central yet you don’t step immediately out on to the chaos. Super close to Times Square / Rockefeller, so could walk to all the main spots. Staff were very friendly on all interactions we had. They had security late at night which was reassuring. The size of the room is made clear and they have designed well to try and think of everything to maximise the space, eg. suitcase space under the bed. The bathroom was a good size and toiletries provided were nice. Didn’t try the breakfast (given the price it didn’t seem worth it) so can’t comment on, but we would just grab a coffee and pastry at a lovely little coffee shop on 47th.

The room is really small but you’re aware of that before you book and is same with most NY hotels, just check the sq foot so you’re prepared. The bathroom doors are sliding doors (space saving) but always felt like they were going to come off the rails. The lifts (/elevators) had a bit of a wait but again seems to be the case in a lot of NY hotels. No coffee making facilities, but we were aware as not advertised (just something we like in the room if can get).

The location is perfect! Was able to walk to majority of the places we wanted to visit, close to Times Square, Central Park, Madison Square Garden etc! All near lots of restaurants

There’s was nothing not to like, more so just to be mindful if booking the cosy room as it is what it says cosy! It would have been fine but we had big bags as New York was our first stop of our holiday and had to pack lots of warm clothes which took up a lot of space and not many places to put things! But otherwise it was a lovely room and very comfy bed!
