Location was ideal. Facilities were new and modern. Efficient use of space. Room was clean. Maid service did a great job. Bed was comfortable.

Room was small. Had to keep luggage on floor. Had a difficult time regulating room temp. Refrigerator was full of drinks without information as to cost. Had to pull items out to make room for my items. No coffee maker in the room. No mention of ice machine. The tv is in the mirror, the picture never felt bright.

We loved the location, liked the happy hours, used and enjoyed the fitness room, liked the room which was a bit small, and felt breakfast was adequate.

The water wasn't always hot when taking showers, the sink was never cleaned well (it was a little gross) and not related to the hotel, the add-on fees were ridiculous.

Despite the location being right on time square, the rooms remained quiet at night. The staff was very eager to help. One staff member in particular guided us if the elevator was up or down and even pushed the room floor for us. This area is prime for folks who want to catch a Boardway show.

The building is facing another building so not much of a view. We were charged for holding our bags at the hotel after we checked out. The space is limited and I understand if it's there to deter folks from abusing it. But it was my first time ever being charged to hold bags. However it doesn't takeaway from the great experience I had with the staff and the room.

The location was excellent. Walkable to the Theater district, Times square, Radio City music Hall & 5th. Avenue. Also, breakfast at Serafina restaurant were excellent. We did not have lunch or dinner there, but the food looked great. We had cocktails one night, & they were great!!

The only thing that i did not like is the fact that we had the front desk hold our bags until checkout, & each room is allowed 2 free bags, & we had a suite, so they charged for the kids suitcases, & any shopping bags. It was only $2.00 per bag, but, it has always been complimentary at other hotels, plus tip!! Other than that, our stay was fantastic, we will definitely be back!!

Walking distance to most attractions and theatres. Complementary wine and cheese hour most day.

Breakfast was stale and very limited.

Staff was perfect: thank you so much to Darlene Roseau. She is so helpful, lovely and professional. Also thank you Dee and Andrew. Very good staff! My room was fantastic; it was a suite with a very nice view of Manhattan's buildings.

The hotel was exceptional, service at a very high level! Clean rooms and excellent location. I want to give special thanks to Dee. The hotel has a happy hour between 17:00 and 18:00 in which hotel guests enjoy free wine and cheese, we only drink kosher wine, so we could not drink the wine served. Dayai took care of us personally and the moment she heard about it she went to buy wine especially for us so that we could drink from it and she did it with great joy and willingness. We really appreciate it, it's not obvious. I wish all service providers were at her level! Thank you very much, we will definitely return to this hotel.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Location is right out side time square so if the hotel doesn't have what you need, then it's short walk to anything you need. Room is beautiful and spacious. You can store your bags if you arrive to early or require a place to store your bags before departure. Handicapped individuals will feel just at home in the hotel!

Some of the sockets need some fixing but there's enough to keep you going! The reception does tend to forget a request but that may be due to busyness so you'll have to call and remind them.

Very friendly staff. Especially at the reception. Bravo.

I have a concern: I provided my HYATT Rewards card, but it was not accepted because I made the booking through Booking.com. Is there any way you could assist me in crediting my HYATT Rewards loyalty card? I’ve missed out on a significant number of loyalty points, which is disappointing, especially since the room rate was extremely high due to the UN General Assembly, making the hotels very expensive during that time in New York.

Location: Perfect for visiting NYC for holidays! It’s near the metro subway, Times Square and broadway show theatres. There’re also lots of convenient stores, restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also relatively safe since there are many of people around. The only con I could think of is the noise from the streets, which I think is unavoidable anyway due to the location of the hotel being in the centre of the city. Room: We booked a deluxe king bedroom which was actually spacious. The room was very clean and modern. Loved the TV being behind the mirror! Also loved the quality of pillows and mattress which were soft and comfortable. There’s also a safety deposit box, iron with iron board and a hair dryer. They also provided hotel slippers, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste though so don’t forget to bring your own. In case you forget, the CVS Pharmacy is just near the hotel anyway so you could easily get one. Staff: Very accommodating and lovely! They allowed us to check in early and they even gave us a free bottle of wine for our honeymoon! Special thanks to Naida, Janitza and Dee! You guys are awesome. :) Overall, very happy with our stay here! It’s a good value for the money given the quality of service, the room and the location. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting New York! :)
