Convenient to both Upper and Lower Manhattan, close to all subway lines. The room was fully renovated. The temperature in the room was perfect. Very clean. No bugs.

I wish I had been aware of the cost when I was booking; apparently, taxes and fees depend on the day and time of the year, which may change daily. The price was double what my expectation was.

It was quiet and clean.

There was no coffee in the morning, nor was there a coffee maker in the room.

The Location was just perfect, 5 min from time square and Broadway. The hotel was very secure and the door close after midnight. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed as well

When we arrived, the toilet was not well cleaned, so we were really disappointed but the hotel sent someone to clean it immediately. The room is really small and there s no kettle or cafe machine, not only in the room but also in all the hotel.

Surprisingly quiet considering the location. The rooms are small but totally adequate and comfortable.

I had difficulty connecting to streaming on the room TV. When I called the front desk, they gave me the 800 number to call the company to troubleshoot. In my opinion, that's the job of the hotel staff to fix.

Location! Location! Location! The hotel is right in the middle of the theater district and half a block from Times Square. Surrounded by subway stations you can go anywhere in Manhattan and beyond! Room and bathroom were extremely clean during our whole stay. We were on the "second" floor with the ground floor being "first", so we did not have great views but did not really care. Over all great place to stay if you are visiting the city.

I am 6'4" and weigh 250lbs, so for me the room was on the small side, not much space to move, but again, this is not a hotel to stay all day long in the room. I'm pretty sure that for my wife it was sufficient (she is 5'6" and 152Lbs), LOL! A bit disappointed that they don't have a place to eat, but its not like there is no place to eat around the hotel. Elevator kind of small so if you travel with a lot of luggage be prepared to do several trips to get them to your room, now the elevator works flawlessly, or at least did while we were there even though we only used it the day we arrived and the day we left.

Location was excellent. Right in the heart of Time Square. Very convenient!

Room was extremely small. Suggest you ask the size of your room before booking. Not enough room to open a suitcase in a ‘double room’. Expected a small bed though the room was particularly tiny.

Super well located, friendly staff and very clean. I will go back for sure!

Check out is at 11am and they charge 2$ to leave the luggage at the hotel. I think most people count on being able either to have late check out (they don’t) or leave luggage for free.

Bath, safety, cleanliness , bed very comfortable, great location, easy and simple access , not a complicated layout.

A fold up chair would be nice if kept in closet. We needed a place to sit beside the bed, commode and hassock . All else was great. Vending , soda machine would be nice too .

Staff were fantastic, room was modern with a high ceiling, comfy bed and fridge. No breakfast meant we explored the many excellent brunch spots in the area. Outstanding location. Times square is steps away, but the room was quiet. Perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about.

Small things but bathroom had a 'knack' where it would lock without anyone in, but easily overcome. If you have a couple of big bags, the room can get tricky to navigate because of space. Tea and coffee in the room would have been good, but there was a very wide range of teabags and coffee in the lobby 24/7).
