Hot tubs and sauna amazing . Well maintained and the fire to keep them warm is kept going all day by a staff member. Rooms very cosy. 5 minute cab ride to the slopes 20 lev the receptionist gives you the number . Don’t wait more than 10 minutes for a cab to arrive. Restaurant food was decent and plenty of drink options for a very reasonable price. Would 100% stay again.

If I’m being picky only slight issue is the WiFi. It’s pretty bad but your in the woods near the mountains and in Bulgaria so can’t be expecting the worlds fastest internet 🤣.

The villas and the jacuzzis were great. It's very peaceful and you can't really hear your neighbours at night.

The reception staff were a bit off putting. They had a soviet teacher vibe to them. There were only 2 bathrobes per villa for 4 people. When we asked for extra robes or towels, the reception staff were very reluctant to give us any. We got towels, but they got mad if we didn't return them the same day. Honestly, this whole petty towel situation was very odd. A nice addition to the villa park would be a ski room.

We were a large group of 64 people and the villas were perfect for us. They are clean and comfortable and housekeeping keep the place very tidy. We enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna immensely and the lady who works in reception is lovely. Check in and check out both very easy.

Forgot a pair of AirPods in one of the chalets. Have called and messaged multiple times to try to get them back but not gotten any response. Hoping this will be resolved soon. Also, we found that the timing of the shuttle bus is a little inconvenient, and sometimes it does not run at all.

The restaurant staff were very sweet and accommodating, as well as the support staff such as the guards and cleaning staff. We felt welcomed. The place is cozy and well kept, and at a perfect distance from everything around (mountain, ski lifts etc). We enjoyed also the hot tub and sauna, which we didn't expect! When we broke a water glass near the tub the staff were very understanding and helpful. Very warm and well heated for the winter months too. Thanks!

In our villa, Malina 12, our shower cabin door was not there (maybe broken from before?) so it would get quite watery around when we showered.

The cabins are super cute and cozy, great for couples, small families, and friend groups. The cabins are tight and have a definite mountain/ camping vibe, although they're perfectly warm and comfortable. Cozy is the keyword. The food in the restaurant was good, the service was friendly and I love that the whole place is animal-friendly.

It would be absolutely amazing if the jacuzzi were undercover - it's quite unpleasant having to track from your cabin/ be outside in the cold.

Relatively refurbished and with good equipment. Great views and peace and quiet. Enough space for four people. Warm.

Difficult to navigate heating system (over or under heating). Internet completely non functional. Very difficult to get to borovec in winter due to lack of taxis and roads being snowy

The hotel is located in a beautiful place in the forest. I liked wooden houses, and that each house has its own place to chill. But seems like houses are too close to each other. There is a boiler in the house, so you have hot water. We checked in almost at night, so we didn't use any other facilities except the restaurant. The dinner was really nice! Service was good and food was delicious.

In the morning, we just had time to eat breakfast and check out. So we waited to make an order for 15 min and then for 1 hour for our meals and when they brought food, it was cold. Seems like they just forgot to bring us food at a time and It was very sad to receive cold eggs and meat. So we quickly checked out in a bad mood.

All-wood cozy villa with a quiet location within the forest. Barbeque place next to each villa. Pool and jacuzzi (not used since weather got rainy and cold). A nice place for a relaxing, quiet vacation.

Bungalows are very well built, but the current maintenance could be better. Kitchen is not really well equipped; bed linen was not suitable (e.g. the double bedroom mattress had two single protectors and the sheet was too narrow); toilet had a small leak. With that accommodation price, such small flaws are not expected

The staff were really understanding. We got ourselves locked out in one of the villas and they offered us more key cards. After we informed them we'll be celebrating outside therefore be loud they were respectful and did not impose rude behaviour. The villas were cute and it was really nice and clean. Would reccomend the place and the people really try their best. It's worth your money.

° do be aware every step and word inside is heard of. The wood creaks and the whole house kind of shakes when somebody walks. so privacy is not in the picture. ° It's a bit far from the centre so you'll be dependant on your car throughout the stay but if you're fully packed and prepared nothing is to worry.

I like the whole idea of villas in the woods. Usually such villas are old and in bad condition, but I was pleasantly surprised by the new villas Yagoda. We booked a villa with private sauna, which was renovated, in a very good condition, with everything needed. It is also nice that there is a lot of green space between the villas.

We wanted to try the restaurant for lunch but we waited too long someone to notice us. So at the end we left and went to the nearby city by car. In the evening there was a private party at the restaurant. It would be good to be notified during check in for such things so that the guest could plan dinner outside of the property. On the next morning we sat in the restaurant for a coffee and breakfast and it was nice. It is a bit overpriced. But the place is very good so overall it’s worth it.
