Hotel was ok but definetely not as elegant and splendid as on photos on booking. The colours of painting on the wall are faded and just not making the effect you see on photos. Generally this hotel needs some renovation to look like on the photos:) Staff was amazing! Very helpful! Thank you for that! But generally Valetta citizen are very very nice!

The hotel does not look a nice as on the photos. I felt a bit dissapointed. Breakfast were ok but every single day hotel serves the same. My suggeston: instead of these colorfull donuts bought in supermarket I sugest you prepare pancakes:) I did not like also mold in bathroom. Hotel should do sth about it as ist is not good for health. Dear Hotel- I hope you dont mind my sincerity:) Feedback for you to imporve:)

All personnel we spoke to were delightful. The location was within walking distance of all sites and amenities and plenty of restaurants. The showers are great and the beds comfortable. The rooms are clean and bottles of water supplied daily

It's a city hotel so we expected some level of noise but if you're a light sleeper you'll probably struggle. The front doors beautiful. But very heavy. Guests are thoughtless so doors banging shut at 1.30 in the morning and guests clattering and laughing in the stairway after midnight. Days start early for working people in Malta because of the heat so if you're at the front of the hotel it's quite noisy from just after 6am.

We arrived late and a notice was placed on the front door to call the sister property to come and check us in even they had given us a code to enter and left our room keys at the reception desk. Unexpected personalised service! The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast was very good with everything from cooked to continental items on the buffet. The hairdryer in the room did not work but when reported the problem resolution was very good and quickly responded to. Some rooms have street view, not sure about other views from the side or back rooms. Lovely staff and can highly recommend this property for a stay in Valetta.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Valletta within easy walking distance of all the sites. Reception kindly let us check in early as our flight arrived quite early in the morning. Not a huge selection at breakfast but some good options from fried/scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh bread, juices, fruit, tea and coffee (instant machine). Bed was super comfortable - we wish we could have taken it along on our travels! Service during the day was excellent as they refilled all our amenities (toilet paper, towels etc) and we received 2 x bottles of water daily. Lovely quiet room with hardly any street noise and very dark once the curtains were drawn.

All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Both receptionists went out of their way to answer our questions. We were a group of 5, the two rooms we had were very comfortable and spotless, the sofa bed was nearly the size of a single bed and was very comfortable. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and plenty of it. The hotel was in a very central location of Valletta, close to the main areas of Merchent street and Republic Street, however the surrounding area is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

The arrangement in the breakfast room made it impossible for our group to sit at the one table.

The ladies at the reception are very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel so much. The location is great, very at the centre of Valetta. we could easily walk anywhere downtown. We booked the suite with jacuzzi so we got to enjoy our own private balcony. We love to spend time there so much.

Since the location is pretty in the very centre. it can be busy at some point of time, it could be challenging for a light sleeper.

The hotel is so pretty, still very 'Palazzo-y" in decor. Location is good - about 6 mins walk from the bus terminal, very close to the outdoor restaurants and the excellent supermarket. The area is old and faded - just as it should be - and very attractive. The breakfast room in the basement is like a catacomb, very atmospheric, and the breakfasts were excellent. Our room had every amenity needed, and the bathroom had been modernised and had an excellent shower.

Our only minus point was street noise - somebody (dustcart?)came past every night, with some clanging. Bring ear plugs for that. We slept with the windows open, so maybe if you had them closed and the air con on this wouldn't be a problem.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of Valletta. We had the top terrace room. 4th floor. Very large room with equally large bathroom. Lovely roof terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and seating, and not overlooked. Great for afternoon sunbathing and relaxing after a hard day's sightseeing. Only Breakfast is available here and was in the basement and could be a bit busy if you timed it wrong. 9am seemed to be 'rush hour'. Reasonable selection for British and Continental tastes. I had eggs, bacon, sausage and toast every morning with pastries to follow. Saw me through the day no problem. Someone is on reception until 10pm when the front door is locked. You are given a code to enter after that time. And lastly, the wifi is very good. As for sightseeing, the area is surrounded by attractions and history. Co-Cathedral is a must but visit in afternoon as queues will shorten if cruise ships are in. It's a 10 min walk to the bus station for trips to Mdina and Mosta. Cheap travel too. Download the app for routes, times and stops. we bought a £5 pass from the ticket machine which can give upto 12 single journeys depending on route. Best shopping is over in Sliema, a short ferry ride, for clothes etc. Eating and drinking establishments are endless, especially in Valletta.. Enjoy your visit. we did.

Our only dislike was the coffee. The milk in the machines was sweet so not to our taste. Both in the room and breakfast area. So picked a black coffee and used the fresh milk for the cereals. Minor details though. We are not fans of Nespresso type machines. Plenty of coffee shops nearby to make amends !!

Beautiful and quiet place in center of Valletta. Spotlessly maintained. All conveniences in room to make your stay super comfortable. Coffee and tea regularly refilled and complementary water provided every day. Excellent breakfast to suit all tastes. Considerate, courteous and helpful front desk staff. All one can hope for in a boutique hotel, without the noise and bustle of larger properties. Near to central spots for tour pickups and drop offs. One of our best hotel experiences.

All was great!

The Hotel looked like it had been converted ( very well) from 2 old buildings. Decoration was very tastefully done. Our room was at the front with a typical Maltese balcony over looking the street. I did request this, as some reviews mentioned that they had a view of a plain wall. Room was bigger than most, with a very comfy (big)bed. Air con worked well and all was ultra clean. We had a kettle, plus an espresso machine along with a small fridge and safe. Breakfast was in the lower ground floor with vaulted ceilings. Location could not have been better. One restaurant was just over the road others within 5 mins walk.

The hotel signage could have been a lot better. The taxi driver had to go round 3 times before we spotted it. No flags or illuminated name. Entrance is by an unassuming door. We had to find the place by looking out for house numbers. Hotel is no:101 by the way. Although breakfast was good I would have like to have seen more fruit, apart from that it was perfect.
