A beautiful slice of heaven, The pool is a very nice way to cool down after a day of exploring, Can walk to the bioluminescence lagoon, Out of the main town so you avoid the noise, it is about a 15min into town but you have a beautiful beach to walk along to get to town, no complaints about that. Staff were so lovely. We’ll come back here next time!!

…. Nothing, place is beautiful!! Suggestions (nothing to do with the accommodation), avoid walking to or from town in the peak of the heat, beach has very little shade. Get the taxi drivers number, make him/her a deal that if you call them for a ride, they’ll give you a deal ($150mxd)

Loved the decor & the customer service and the location on the island. Michelle was very responsive and always polite and kind. The tranquility on this side of the island is Fantastic. We didn't mind the walk to and from the centre downtown. The place has everything you need and the rooms are well equipped. The shower pressure on hot water is a bit weak. We moved rooms from the ground floor to the top during our stay and that was much much better as the ground floor room was dark and a bit damp.

The infrastructure in Holbox is not good, the streets flood with murky muddy water so it makes walking to and from the hotel more difficult. In addition the stagnant water attracts mosquitoes so beware - wear long sleeves during the evening and bring ALOT of bug repellent. Nothing the hotel can do to help this but be ware because you are 15-20 mins from the centre.

Great big room, good AC and fan, fantastic shower, lovely facilities. Really nice (if small) pool area with lounge chairs for when the beach is too windy. Genuinely a very nice place to stay, quiet, calm, comfortable, if you are OK with a bit of a walk in and out of town/beach.

Location is a bit remote/removed. Honestly, it was kind of a relaxed and fine 10-15 minute into the heart of the restaurants and cafes and most beaches, but there were some excellent restaurants/cafes even closer (5-8min away). So you have to be OK with some walking.

Everything. This place is great the suite with balcony and kitchenette has everything you could want and had beautiful views of the sea. The pool area is nice to relax in a shade and roof terrace with hammocks is perfect for chilling and excellent for both sunrise and sunset views. The bed is amazingly comfortable with great pillows and the shower was very good too. The easy check in and great communication was appreciated. And mega bonus was drinking water available in room and lobby for fill up. If returning to Holbox I wouldnt mind staying here again it's a wonderful base in excellent location.

It's more of a suggestion and we had great time without. A little hose at the entrance would be nice to wash off sand. The room could have 1 sharp knife and a small table on balcony would make it perfect.

Great hotel outside the city center (15-minutes walk) and close to the beach. Very nice rooftop and pool to chill after our daily activities. Staff is also very friendly, available 24/7 and very reactive on What's App. They also helped us to arrange a taxi for our way back. Perfect if you are looking for some calm during your vacations! Few restaurants are also available close by so you do not need to walk to the city center every time.

We had an electricity shutdown in our room during the second day. The staff handled the situation very well and offered us a new room immediately. As most comments says, the hotel is far from the city center (a good 15 minutes walk if it hasn't rained the days before). The road to go to the city center is quite muddy (main road) or smelly (via the beach with all the algae)... That being said we appreciated being outside the noise and the activity from the city center and the beach around the hotel are much nicer than the one close to the center!

The vibe here is amazing! You walk through the doors and instantly feel zen. The open air spaces are perfect for relaxing the morning. The rooms are clean and spacious which was perfect for two people. They are super communicative!

I would have loved a small dresser in the bedroom - I lived out of my suitcase but a place to organize would have been appreciated. I also thought the pool was on the roof, which I think is a missed opportunity on the terrace, but overall it didn't affect my stay.

Big spacious rooms & super clean. Really friendly staff who communicated via whatsapp and were really helpful with logistics / suggestions / recommendations etc. Nice pool area & rooftop with hammocks to relax in and a super quite location away from the main buzz.

Location is outside of the main area - so it's about a 15 minute walk along the beach or a short taxi. Because of the lack of roads in Holbox, it makes for quite a bumpy journey via taxi, but all part of the experience!

The apartment was very nice! The aircondition worked very well and the place was very clean. The outdoor area with the pool and the roof top was also very nice. The apartment is walking distance from the city center, but since Isla Holbox was filled with water when we were there we had to cross more than 1m deep water many many times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good hotel and good value for the money.

The location. The streets to the hotel were very muddy and also partialy flooded. This was unfortunatelly a big problem for us, because we wanted to walk. But this problem has the whole Holbox island, not just this part of the island… :(

The property is lovely and clean and exactly how described. It's very close to the beach and a few restaurants. Our host Michelle was superb and very helpful. She's suggested places to visit and tours to take and even organised taxis for us to take us to the ferry.
