Fantastic location. Great price. Good-sized rooms for NYC. Wonderfully comfortable bed, linens and mattress. New, fresh towels. Starbucks coffee-maker in the room. Far enough away from Times Square to be quiet, yet close to the theater district and 5th Avenue.

I have stayed in this hotel for about 10 years. The decor needs an updating as the rooms feel a bit tired (walls, tile in bath). They used to provide robes and discontinued. They used to have an in-room fridge and took them out (one can likely request one, however). Housekeeping was rather hit or miss with respect to efficiency -- one day, the house keeper forgot to replace the shampoo and body wash (an unpleasant morning surprise mid-shower) and forgot to restock the coffee.

The location was perfect for our plans. The theatre where we had our show tickets was in the lobby! We ate ate a restaurant across the street for dinner (Virgil's) and breakfast and lunch three doors down (Une, Deux, Trois Café) on the same side of the street. The bathtub and separate shower were wonderful. Plenty of hot water even on the 14th floor where we were.

This hotel used to have a free cocktail hour but no longer. The one-hour free cocktail time, 5-6 pm nightly, of wine or water with lemon was a great benefit and socially appealing as well. The breakfast used to be much more elaborate and the space to eat was more accommodating with tables and chairs. Now, all the food, though tasty, is wrapped in plastic and you have to take your breakfast to your room to eat. The room is still there where the tables and chairs were_ but it's empty. Also, no stopper for the bathtub drain even when I called down to the desk. Wound up putting a wash cloth in the tub drain to keeo the water in the tub.

The location of this property is divine. Times Square is less than 1 min walk. A convenience store is right infront of this hotel. The room was rather small but perfect. Initially refrigerator wasn't available in room but was made available as soon as I requested it (within minutes). I have mixed feelings about the breakfast. Breakfast was average and menu was very limited.

Breakfast is grab and go. The menu was very limited with identical items everyday. I was expecting buffet breakfast but I was let down. Breakfast wasn't worth the money I paid for it. You can buy the same products from a convenience store nearby for breakfast.

Location and great view

Breakfast was spartan. Croissant with no butter or jam of any kind. Apples and oranges that few ate, while bananas were only seen once in eight days. No hot food of any description. No microwave to heat a muffin or croissant.

The location, and how quiet it was. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable. A refrigerator was brought to our room for our requesting it. The accessibility to our room was very convenient.

The amount of outlets in the room was problematic. The lights only went on at certain spots. One light didn’t work at all. Our tv never worked either. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast it was grab and go. That should be posted on your site. As while booking one would know this information. When one says breakfast is included one is looking for cooked hot food. Also you served stuff that needed to be heated to enjoy but there was nothing to heat it at?

Excellent location just next to (or in walking distance to) many main attractions, it was also very easy to travel by metro to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, big room, big bathroom, comfortable bed. Also breakfast was nice – I could just take whatever I need from the buffet (fruit, juice, muffins, cheese, bagels, coffee/tea etc.) and bring it with me to eat outside. WiFi was great, it worked without problems also for Zoom meetings, downloading files etc.

I stayed in the 6th floor so the views were not that stunning, but that is just a small detail. Overall I was really happy with the hotel.

We liked the location but other people may not, as being right in Times Square, it was quite noisy. Bed was comfortable. Room was a sufficient size for 2 people. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Room needs updating, worn carpet, cracked tiles, drawers not closing etc. A fridge in the room would be handy. No seating for breakfast. Items placed in bags and taken back to room. No information in rooms or foyer about tours etc. No info on internet connection in room. Had to log in to internet each night.

Very close to everything, Broadway, Times Square, high end street, room is daily cleaned and friendly staff. Secured location.

Breakfast is boring. No options. Please serve hot foods like eggs and hotdogs. Grab and go is okay with me despite being used to sitting breakfast in Europe and UK destination but there should be variety for breakfast.

Very easy and straightforward, well-maintained, room was huge and comfortable. Value and location for price was amazing, especially for a same-day booking on a Friday night. Would stay there again without second thought!

It's a little tricky to find the correct front desk as there is a shared lobby. Room didn't have a hairdryer (though I'm sure I could have asked for one, I only stayed one night). Couldn't find a way to control the lights next to the bed without also turning on some ceiling lights.

The staff, the room, the location. The elevators are super fast.

We arrived at 11:00 am after disembarking a cruise ship. An early check-in was refused. We had to wait till 3:00pm. They put our luggage in storage, so that was good. The lighting in the room was strange. One switch by the bed controlled the two nightstand lights as well as the foyer light. Quite strange. As well, upon reserving, we asked for a fridge in the room. Didn’t get one after all.
