Perfect location is the biggest advantage - the hotel is right next to the Times Square and the most famous Broadway theathres that can be all reached on foot, as well as in a walking distance from many other places such as the Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Empire State Building, Central Park or the 5th Avenue! Moreover good size of the rooms, nice bathroom, multiple windows with a view, helpful staff.

The decor is a bit overwhelming with four to five different patterns in each space. The cleaning was very superficial. The room had no place to hang the coats and a weird bed layout with a bench around it that you have to climb.

I loved the location and the staff.

As someone who has disabilities like bum knee and messed up back (I won’t bore u w the details) having a king size bed on a platform that you can’t walk around was brutal. I asked if all the rooms were like that & was told “that’s the type of room you booked” so king size bed. I have zero clue how the individuals who change the sheets do it. There no room between the wall and bed on three sizes & the side of the bed… you have to climb over a bench. Nightmare. (But as a kid it would be a dream).

The manager needs a raise immediately 🙌 👏 👌. The manager was AWESOME! She made me feel right at home 🏡 😌. I didn't want to leave. Her response was impeccable. Top tier service. My baby doll room was a perfect fit!!! I have stayed at the M Social, the Pearl, The Manhattan, Candlewood, Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel, and more! 45 Times Square is at the top of my list. I was actually there on a study of Manhattan hotels for some , pretty important people. Having said that, the manager and staff are AMAZING 👏. THEY ALL DESERVE RAISES!!! ❤️ 💙 💜

One young lady came to my room and barely cleaned. She did not refresh my room. The manager was outraged and responded promptly with towels, tissue, coffee, and tea. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. She is AMAZING.

The location was in perfect walking distance of everything my partner and I wanted to do. We got to check in early, and the bell hop was on top of making sure our luggage would be held for us til the actual check-in time. The check-in process was super smooth. The staff was super helpful with any problems we had.. which there were only 2 small issues, nothing of major complaint. Check out was also as smooth as check-in, and again, we were able to leave or luggage so we could explore the city some more before heading home. Despite being so close to timesquare we were able to sleep soudly as the noise wasnt too bad, however we are both from another busy city so we're used to loud environments. But even with that in mind, it was pretty quiet.

The only issues we had were solved quickly by the staff which they were nothing major, just our original room keys not working at first and we had a sink plug issue that was fixed within minutes. However, I will say the smell/air in the hotel was definitely.. not the most enjoyable as it smelled like someone had been smoking on our floor and the air was very dry.. Room are definitely small and if you're not comfortable with who you're rooming with.. this hotel may not be for you..

I love the location. It’s really just around the corner from Times Square. The front desk are very helpful and friendly. When I entered my room, it was very clean and I was welcomed with some sweets and a lovely note. That was a really pleasant surprise!

The AC can get a bit loud. It didn’t bother me, I guess it was like white noise that helped me sleep. But I think it’s worth mentioning.

They forgot restock the bottle of waters everyday, even after we had ask for it two days in a row, however they were very receptive and gave us the water at the lobby when we asked for it. More light in the hallways would be great.

Location is amazing!! Right by time square and short walking distance to many hot spots. We also found the beds comfy and room had all the essential amenities.

Seemed wasteful they reset the rooms daily, water bottles that were half drank replaced and toilet roll not finished changed to a new one. It’s amazing how attentive they are just seems wasteful.

We opted for the bunk bed room (Family of 4) knowing we would not spend much time in the space and simply needed a place to land and explore. Fantastic and very fun for adults and kids. Beds were super comfortable, clean, large shower, plenty of towels and nice amenities for all to include a refrigerator with included water and a little gifts with treats. Very nicely done. The front staff were adorable, no matter what time of day. BRAVO!!! Also, the soundproofing in the room is exceptional. Like a tomb. It was a worry thinking we were going into a very active city with lots of sound, horns and sirens...heard NOTHING from inside the room.

There are a few places in the hotel that could use a pain touch up - no big deal but it shows the hotel is frequented and active. The breakfast seemed very expensive for what was offered, so we chose to eat in a fun diner nearby with more options.

Perfect location, very comfortable beds and super clean and fresh and stylish interior, great quality shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at reception. Suggestions for better use of the room: - to add a small rail on wall next to sink to keep hand towels and a couple.of hooks by door to hang a wet jacket - change the round table to a square one. The round table is very inconvenient for beat utilisation of space - cannot make coffee, and read / write / plan the days activities without having to put stuff in th floor/bed. Had to move phone on the floor as in the way.

Very thin walls to next door guest and hallway so easily woken up if people return late and chat in room. One lift broken out of 2 and a looong wait as cleaners used same lift. Better knowledge on the city for European visitors needed for reception. Such as various types of places to eat, areas to visit, best guided tours, local dos and don'ts. Sustainability Wastage of changing towels way too often. An idea would be to add a sign seen in other hotels about "be kind to environment" and if guests need towels changed to leave on floor in bathroom when needing room cleaned.

This was a GREAT place! Just far enough away from Times Square to get away from the crowds but close enough to be right in the middle of all the action within seconds! It's literally a 30-second walk to Times Square and Broadway. Virtually everything is within walking distance. We walked up to Central Park, down to Macy's, Herald Square, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Plaza, Empire State Building, and all points in between. Hop on the subway at 42nd Street and you're just a few stops away from Battery Park, the Statue of Liberty, and Ground Zero. I can't say enough!!!

The rooms are quite small...but that didn't bother us. All we needed was a bed and shower because we were on the go and experiencing the city if we weren't sleeping or cleaning up.
