The location is perfect and the rooms very very comfy and clean.

I would rate it 10, but what I didn’t like was that I reserved a room for 2 adults and two kids, breakfast included. In the confirmation said 2 adults so I though ok I guess the kids come free. But when we arrived at the hotel, they said I chose a room for two adults only, which is not true. I chose a room for 2 adults and two kids with two queen beds. So they said, we had right only for 2 breakfasts. I felt it was a rip off, especially that the confirmation didn’t say breakfast only for the adults !? We travel all around the world and this never happened to us in booking. Besides that, the fridge didn’t close properly and it was not cooling, but that was a very minor issue.

I loved the location. The beds were super comfortable. The employees at the market were exceptional. The concierge, Yosef, was very nice and helpful.

I paid for and requested twice a city view. The front desk employee, Alyssa, put us in what seemed to be the Worse room withOUT a view. We looked at another building and rooftops. 1802 has terrible view!! Was told I could pay more for higher room. Geesh I just wanted some kind of city view. This was the ONLY negative of my whole trip! Oh and there is no kitchen like breakfast. You get a credit pet day to eat from the on-site market.

We were greeted extremely friendly. We had two rooms which were very close to each other, even though booked completely independent from each other. During our stay it rained. It was great to get umbrellas supplied. The availability of a car from the hotel to the airport was much appreciated. Compared to a comparable hotel where we stayed the night before, it was much appreciated, that WiFi was not charge separately.

We would have preferred to have breakfast every morning at the T45 restaurant, but staff was very unfriendly and food was rather pricy, so we only went there once.

We liked the hotel stuff very much: very helpful and trying to accommodate our needs, and it was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Very limited breakfast options and the products were expensive. Noisy room because of sounds outside the hotel, but I guess this is a general Manhattan issue. Low water pressure for showering.

Amazing central location in the heart of times square and all the major landmarks in midtown. Housekeeping staff were great, very kind and accomodating!

Disposable cups in plastic covers at the coffee/tea station and in the bathroom (for rinsing after you brush your teeth). Please consider shifting to reusable glassware to minimise generating even more trash on this planet.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. All of them, not just one or two.

NY City is the city that never sleeps, but there was no food available late night at the hotel. The fresh food that was available earlier in the day was 5 days old, so we didn’t get any food there at all.

it is an excellent location on the Time Sqaure, you just take right walk a few steps and you are on the main street. it is 24/7 busy area and never sleeps. the hotel has a coffee/ grocery on site and there is plenty of food just outside the hotel, especially halal food. i upgraded my room to the suite (by paying) on the 52 floor on the advice of receptionist cuz if you live on Time Square it is better to be on higher floor for noise reduction and view. the suite had living area and bedroom, the sofa could convert into double bed which was super because i travelled with my son and we both had our privacy. stylish decor and comfortable bed, both living, bedroom was equipped with large size tv (I loved it). a glass wall for a great view of New York skyscrapers (you don't need to visit the observatory) go two floors above on the 54 floor and it is bar with view (reservations required).

early check in at 11:00am, i had to extend it until 2:00pm by paying USD 50.

The hotel view was great. Rooms were clean and spacious

The hotel view was great but it costed $25 to upgrade where price difference between tickets with and without city were only $10. One of the staff was not happy when we only wanted to pay for parking.

Great stay! We took my daughter and family to NYC for her 21st bday! Hyatt Centric Times Square had the perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere! We walked to Rockefeller center several times, went to the Rockettes show, Top of Rock, and Bryant Park! Highly recommend all! Lots of places to eat, shop, and sight see. We recommend John's Pizza, Bobby Van's (literally across the street), venture up to Bar 54 (need reservation), The Porch (Bryant Park), and the dining below Rockefeller center. Our room was bigger than expected, we had a 2 queen bed with city view. Great service, updated, and clean. The view was great. We could see times square. The room was equipped with black out curtains. We used them half way. Some noise (21st Floor) but nothing terrible. We will definitely stay again. Shout out to Emily at the front desk storing our many bags because we were early for our check in.

There are not a lot of taxis that frequent the hotel location. We ended up hiring the hotel car/driver for our departure, we were told by the bellman it was 50$ but once seated the driver told us 55$. Seemed confusing.
