Location is great, close to times square, rockerfeller center and central park. Plays, restaurants, everything really. Room was pretty spacious for nyc hotel. Bathroom and showers were nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful when I needed something. They do store luggage and can get your a car service to airport if needed. Liked that a lot.

Elevators seemed like they needed work. I saw one that didn't stop level when stepping in. I didn't use it and saw elevator repairmen the next day. Also it was unseasonably warm and a/c in room wasn't cold enough. Bearable, didn't want the hassle of moving rooms so I lived with it.

The guy at the check-in was terrific - I think his name was Daniel. He upgraded me to the nicest room possible, which was a super kind offer by him (without me asking). Also, I must say, the shower in the room was one of the best I encountered in a hotel room! The WIFI is also fantastic if you need to take Zoom meetings from your room.

I would love to have tea or coffee stand as a default in my room (also, I found out only at the check out that free tea and coffee are offered in the lobby). The media system on the TV is not the best I've seen.

Location was excellent, on a quiet street just off of Times Square. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Modern decor. No wait for elevators.

No food or restaurant on site. No microwave on site to heat up leftovers. No view of city from hotel room. Resort fee seems unjustified.

Location is perfect. Close to most everything we visited.

Overall it is great. Staff super friendly. Noticed just a few updates needed in the room, but minimal. For the most part, everything was great. Shower was amazing. No restaurant or food available in the hotel, that’s the only draw back. However there is a convenience store next door and tons of restaurants and fast food around.

Our concierge, Daniel, was exceptional. He made us feel completely at ease, even tho we arrived late and exhausted.

I was under the impression that the restaurant service inside the hotel would be open and convenient. It was not open as it was being remodeled. The only thing offered instead was a morning brewed coffee service, and fresh apples. Had I known this in advance I probably would have chosen somewhere else to stay.

Great location, big room, friendly and helpful staff, clean, and just overall nice feel to it. Would recommend, especially to first timers as right on Times Square.

Central location. Close to everywhere. Two steps from Times square. Clean and comfortable.

No nice bar to have a sit in the evening.

Large, clean rooms, great location, friendly staff, rooms were very quiet which excellent since we had young children.

No food on premises, but lots of options nearby!

Reserved room for 4 people but every time I’ve stayed here, I’ve had less towels than the number of people on the reservation

The location was great, so close to Times Square and Broadway and the church across the street was beautiful!! The room was way bigger than I expected for a New York hotel. It was perfect for 4 people.

Definitely need a coffee maker in the rooms!! I never wanted to walk over to the shop a few doors down first thing in the morning. I hope with all the remodeling and construction there will be a restaurant or at least a little convenience shop to purchase drinks and snacks in the future because otherwise the stay was great!
