The hotel foyer was decorated lovely had a really modern feel to it. The bar and restaurant were also great, nice modern look. Food at Nanny Kelly’s bar was unbelievable we will be going back for another meal! The staff were polite and helpful. We stayed for NYE and there was live music and the bar handed out champagne for the countdown it was great

The rooms were very basic, could use some decor and updating to match the interior of the rest of the hotel. Maybe they are in the process of updating the rooms as the room we stayed in looked different than the pictures. Still was a decent room though

Clean and comfortable with a welcoming bar area serving good food and drink . Televisions showing sport 👍 Pleasant friendly staff. Good location for exploring the local areas whether it be mountain or coastal. Great local brewery - Wicklow Wolf 🐺 open to the public with a tap bar serving locally brewed beer which is also served in the hotel bar Justine who was one of the breakfast staff gave us a good tip to explore Cobh down.near Cork which was on our trip... Thanks Justine, we went and it was lovely.

Desk and room staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, fresh and warm with plenty of hot water. In the centre of town but two minutes walk away from the countryside. Great atmosphere in the bar.

Cooked breakfast portion was a little too large! I struggled to eat it and I hate wasting food - maybe offer 'go large' option at no extra cost for hungry diners. Housekeeping: Toilet flush in room a little slow. Mirrors and glass in breakfast room and bar could do with a refurb.

Wonderful staff so helpful so nice. Everywhere including the room was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and room so warm 10/10 . Breakfast was very good again staff so nice. Overall would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again great value for money only slight negative I had was no fridge in room but used the outside balcony to store cans of drinks that kept them cold. Otherwise couldn't fault my stay there

Great menu choices for both breakfast and dinner. Food quality above and beyond expectations. Lovely outdoor facilities for my mom to relax and enjoy a cigarette with out feeling like an outcast.

We chose a room with facilities for a frail 89 year old. The shower was great with the chair for her, but the soap dispenser was too hard for her to use unassisted. So, too, was the flushing mechanism for the toilet. My suggestion is to review these for the weak and frail guests.

We attended an Irish dancing feis here and decided to stay overnight as a treat. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The food was very good (both evening meal and breakfast). Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was very hot, but the noise outside prevented us from keeping the window open. However, we had an early breakfast and the dining room was quite chilly.

The breakfast was delicious nice and fresh 😋, the hotel itself was more than we expected, it was very up to date, clean fresh public toilets were very well maintained, I've paid a lot more to stay in worse hotels, it was great value for money, and a great choice on the menu ,check in was a breeze, staff were very helpful, including the house keeping staff, i would highly recommend your hotel, 👏👍

Comfy bed, clean and tidy with all the facilities you need in a room like iron and hair dryer

The shower was a little naff and the only ventilation was to open the French door, no window or a/c. Also no complimentary toiletries which you would expect at this price apart from refill bottles fixed to the wall and tea and coffee as not re stocked each day. No sockets next to the beds either.

Room was big and quite quiet. Decent shower and bath facility. Clean and the downstairs bar was good. Breakfast in the main restaurant was nice as opposed to the included breakfast, really get options and very tasty. To be fair we were only staying here to visit the Wicklow Wolf brewery and do the tour. I would recommend this highly.

There wasn't a whole lot to dislike. We enjoyed our stay, only criticism was when we went for breakfast and sat down, the girl asked us to move from the main breakfast room as we hadn't got breakfast included in our room so we have to move to the bar. Seemed odd to do this and then it took much longer for us to be served.

The hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was quite nice too.

There were no television stations, no RTE 1, 2 virgin media etc. So, if you haven't got a netflix account that you can sign into, there was nothing to look at on the television. I enjoy the television before sleep usually.
