We had a great stay at the Tribeca Hotel! It’s right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient. It was just a short walk to the gallery we needed to visit for work, and the 9/11 Memorial was also within walking distance. The location couldn’t have been better, with plenty of other attractions and spots nearby as well. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a central and convenient place to stay in the city!

While the Tribeca Hotel had a fantastic location and was very convenient for our stay, I was disappointed to find extra charges on my bank account after I got home. There was some confusion with the billing, and I had to contact the hotel to get it resolved. Thankfully, the issue was eventually sorted out, but it was an inconvenience that I hadn't expected.

Room’s decoration was very stylish , bed was very comfortable but had limited spare room for our two luggages even in King Premium Room. The closet in the room was very tiny that we had to keep most of our clothes in our luggages. Reception Staff and housekeeping was wonderful. They were extremely helpful. Breakfast was limited and repetitive but still okay. Meat, egg and cheese options could have been changed daily. Bagels would also have been a nice option. Complimentary bottles of water were very thoughtful. Location is excellent, subway is just in front of the hotel. It has a nice lounge bar and delicious Serafina is in the same building where the breakfast is also being served. Starbucks and Sweet Green are the other neighbors. There are many nice cafes and restaurants around. Overall a very nice option your for NYC travel.

New York truly is a major metropolis, and this is especially evident to residents of countries with low currency exchange rates. This can be clearly seen in the comparison of hotel prices between weekdays and weekends. The various exorbitant taxes and fees in New York make it impossible for those with average economic means to sustain themselves in this city. Even just two weeks here will quickly expose you to the hypocrisy, indifference, and cruelty of people. The dark-haired woman at the hotel front desk was extremely snobbish and rude. Before offering a warm greeting and a glass of water to European or white guests, she rudely ignored an Asian customer—me. She repeatedly mispronounced my name, as if having an English name like Jasmine or Jessica somehow justified her behavior. I raised this issue with the hotel’s customer service manager. As a result, the manager waived the so-called “facility fee” for one night, citing “a strange noise from the toilet” as the reason. However, I stayed for four nights, and they cleverly split the charges into different prices for each night, then used the cheapest night’s rate to deduct about 7% of the total fee. Seeing these details on the invoice made me feel that the arrogance displayed by the front desk woman was utterly unbecoming of the hotel. It was truly a baffling stay, which squandered the hotel’s design and attention to detail. They call themselves a “Small Luxury Hotel,” but I believe they are far from being luxury until they replace all the staff who have no understanding of what “service” really means.

Amazing location and staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The rooms in front of the elevators are extremely small. Hotel should advice that these rooms are not recommended if traveling with suitcases. I found it really hard to fit a suitcase (normal size 23kg checked luggage) in the room, as there isn’t any space in the room where it could comfortably fit. The space between the bed and the wall is too narrow to fit a suitcase, and the only other option is in front of the bathroom or entrance door, but then you have to jump around the suit case to open the door or exit the room. My window had a view to a very old and abandoned building, it looked like something you’d see in a horror movie. If I were the owner of the hotel, I seriously consider to would invest in putting some art or greenery to cover that building

WE loved our stay and the staff was in general very nice with us. Early check-in was not possible but we were able to leave our bags on the locker. Location is great, not far from the Freedom tower and walking distance from the Chelsea. But the best form us was to stay far away of the time square area and enjoy the Tribeca new yorker style. Great deal!

Breakfast is free but not great. Fair if you just want to have some scramble eggs and some fruits. Nothing very special.

The guy who made my check in was the rudest person on earth. I came in clearly crying, not feeling well, and he still was the rudest person ever. I booked through booking and choose the option “pay now”, so I would pay through the website. The guy insisted and said it wasn’t possible. In resume, completely ignored how I was in the moment, if wasn’t for Omar (the assistant to the lobby) who was VERY KIND and polite, I would have left the hotel. It was my second time there, but definitely the first been treated like that. RUDE, unprofessional and totally lacking empathy! Horrible

cozy bedroom with a nice bathroom, nice staff, great location with a subway right next to the hotel so easy to access any location in town. 24/7 supermarkets nearby.

Breakfast was included in our room but it did not look very good so we decided to eat out.

Great location in Tribeca, with an MTA station right outside the front, others close by. Room was nice, bed very comfortable, bathroom very good. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff were awesome, free Prosecco in the evening (and late one night). Excellent lounge in the hotel and restaurant attached. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, and plenty of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, etc. close by. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the parks along the Hudson river, Ferry terminals, and similar distance to the entire World Trade Center area.

Many of the rooms must have street views, including One World Center, but our room window looked out on another hotel or apartment room window and didn't provide much natural light. The included continental breakfast was serviceable but not memorable. Excellent coffee though.

I liked my stay at the Frederic. The stay was fine and cozy and I had direct access to the subway. Also, the housekeeper was extremely nice and gave us extra towels. The hotel is very chic and clean.

but one thing I will say is that the room was extremely small. The location was good but not perfect because we were very far away from the main tourist attractions in Manhattan. The staff were pleasant but very serious. When I asked the staff a question it seemed they were a bit annoyed by me asking certain things. I also was told I would receive a call when my room was ready and I didn't receive any message and had to call myself.

I knew the room was going to be small and also not sure how they would be able to fix that? But yeah, this is to let you know that their standard room is small. Breakfast can be improved. While it was not a bad breakfast, it was the same EVERYDAY. Egg, sausage, ham, potatoes. There are toasts of course and cereals but you Can get really sick of it. Maybe switch to bacon maybe. Would still stay here next time tho.
