Our stay at the accommodation was truly delightful, as the accommodations were modern and the beds incredibly comfortable. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a wide variety to choose from. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was greatly appreciated. What made our experience even more enjoyable was the heated swimming pool, which our children (and we) thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, as everything we wanted to visit on the island was easily accessible within a 20-minute drive (thanks to the convenience of having a rented car). We greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hostess Maria, who was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Lastly, a special shoutout and thank you to Jack, whose travel tips were invaluable in helping us explore the island to the fullest. Overall, our experience at this accommodation was nothing short of amazing, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

First of all, I would like to give a big thanks to Maria, she was the one that kept our place clean and the breakfast that she made was absolutely amazing. Every morning, she would bring a full basket of items that we pre ordered for breakfast, and she would always be so positive and happy and nothing seems to be a problem for her. The suite itself was keep in pristine condition. Spacious place with lots of space to relax and enjoy. Comfortable beds and very spacious showers. A/C was keeping us cooled in summer heat and nice refreshing pool kept us relaxed when we weren't relaxing on the beach. The suite is in a nice location well connected within 10 minutes with car, and in a very quiet area with no tourists at all which meant peace and good time to relax.

There wasn't any major problems that caused our discomfort. Only thing is we like to sleep in a very dark room but since the master bedroom faced east we did have some morning light. The suite have big thick curtains which help to keep most of the light away but as I mentioned we just prefer lot's of dark. Not an actual problem just a preference. To keep in mind.

Everything!!! it was well designed, Christina, Maria and Phanos was amazing they took care and catered to us without any issues.

We had a great stay in 585 and 999, both Marias were so kind, we felt very well looked after. Breakfast was fantastic and always delivered on time, the apartments themselves looked just like the pictures and were cleaned to a very good standard by Maria and she even arranged for a birthday treat for me which was much appreciated. The location of Karat Suites was good for us, in a quiet area and not far from all the things we wanted to see in Santorini and Maria (concierge Maria) was very good with recommendations of things to do and helped us arrange taxis and car hire as needed.

Our hostess Maria was amazing. She responded our every single question. Arranged car rental and boat trip for us. Recommended great restaurant. Also Breakfast was delicious and always on time. Beds were comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday.

The location is far from most popular places in the island. It could be good if you want a calm stay like us but if you want to be at the center all the time this place is not for you.

The staff are lovely. Maria, who is the young lady in charge of the reservations was very quick to respond by WhatsApp and Maria, the lady who takes care of the villas and making breakfast and many more was adorable. The Villa is recently built, beautifully designed and fully equipped.

Santorini is a vast island and we had to take taxi to go to anywhere. Basically this is how the island is and no negative point for the facility.

The property was clean and inviting. Everything was to our expectations. It’s off the path of the hustle and bustle of tourist. Its nestled in the quant village of Vothonas. Less than 10 minutes from the Airport. My sister and I were there in May so it was in the 60’s and breezy most days. Our pool was heated, private and relaxing. From the moment of arrival we were greeted at the Front gate and our bags were taken to our room. We met Maria first! Her smile is infectious. We then met Christina who was amazing! We felt like we had our personal concierge…. she gave us such great advice on key spots to visit along with a map, info on the local bus, taxi’s, private tours and sunset cruises. Maria brought us breakfast every morning, so delicious!! We felt pampered. She even brought us fruit and juice the night before our departure which was 4:30am! Our suite had everything we needed and some! our beds were comfortable, robes and slippers provided. There was a microwave, small fridge, plates and utensils. Christina made our taxi and cruise reservations! The Sunset Cruise was 5 hours long, they picked us up right out front of Karat Suites. We had a wonderful time, dinner and drinks included along with a wealth of history. We will definitely stay at Karat’s again!!

It’s difficult to find anything we didn’t like… The towels were huge but rough… I know that was picky. All to say we had an amazing memorable time.

Maria was amazing with breakfast and the housekeeping of our villa. Christina was excellent in planning trips for us and explaining everything there is to know. More personalised than what you would expect of a standard hotel or neighbouring hotels (from what people we met have told us). It's quiet and serene but only about 10 mins drive from main parts of town. We preferred the quietness and space instead of the hussle and bustle of the main parts of the island. We will be booking again and bringing friends early next year :) We got the spa room as it was getting colder in Santorini, but Warmer months we would opt for the pool.

Taxis can get a little costly going back and forth, especially after 10pm. Car service is actually cheaper than getting taxis in town. But not to worry, Christina will book everything for you.

It’s new, quiet and it’s 5mins away from the bus metro also from restaurants and supermarkets It’s modern with a luxury feel but reasonably priced. Staff members are just Amazing and all 3 well spoken.

On your short cancellation policy: May you kindly be more patient with time to your clients requiring Visas for visiting Greece. It takes a long time to complete the process and in my case we were supposed to visit in April but the visa appointments couldn’t be scheduled. We had to change our flight tickets for August travel and our appointment only took place around 25 July. So paying for a hotel booking before Visa allocation is a tricky situation. But once I got my visa I paid promptly before arriving showing that I was committed to staying with Karat Suites regardless of the visa status.

first of all the location of the hotel. the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. everything was easy to reach and maria had made a map for us with all the hotspots of the island. secondly maria who made our breakfast and cleaned our room. she was super sweet and took care of our food every day on time and cleaned our room well. we had a great time and thank maria and maria for this beautiful and fun week.
