Amazing location in the heart of Korea town. Rooms were clean and the personnel very welcoming. We could leave our bags at the custody free of charge on our last day before taking the train back home.

Our room was close to the ice dispenser which was incredibly noisy. Almost no natural light.

This is a very good hotel. Its location is excellent, the room is surprisingly large, I really did not expect that. The bathroom has everything you need. Only, when you use up a little hair shampoo, you won't get another one. The staff is very friendly (except for one, but that is not the rule, but the exception). The others were all very kind. I am very satisfied with my entire stay in New York, where this hotel was my home for 12 days.

Room size fine but bathroom a little cramped. Housekeeping seemed just fine. We felt very safe, and our room was an oasis of serenity in a very lively late night neighborhood.

Coffee tasted cheap and the paper cups made it worse. We missed having a fridge or microwave, and the TV could have been bigger.

It’s one of the cheapest alternatives in Manhattan. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Excellent location in Koreatown, just next to Empire State. It’s a walking distance to Times Square and even to SoHo if you’re a good walker.

It’s a bit old and outdated if you mind it. As it is super centrally located, it could be noisy till 12:00am outside.

Amazing, brilliant, fantastic location, in the heart of New York, but away from the chaos!!! I cannot highlight that more! Right next to 5th avenue and the Empire State Building. Great cleaners who cleaned every day and changed towels. At the basement, cold water, hot water and coffees and teas were complimentary from 7-11am. Vending machines are available too. On the 14th floor, there was a lovely rooftop bar with great views and a friendly bartender.

On the 8th floor, there was no view whatsoever which was such a shame, considering it was in a great location and we came as a family. Also no restaurant/food in the hotel, so a few appliances (eg microwave or fridge) would've been helpful, especially when staying with a toddler where reheating food was a must! It also would've been great if the complimentary drinks were served all day. Although the rooftop bar was magical, the drinks were absurdly overpriced ($15+), which contributed to the fact that not many people visited it frequently.

Lots of space. Good location in Korea Town. 20 minutes walk to many of the Broadway theaters and 1 min walk away from the nearest metro station. Good amount of storage. Rooftop bar - drinks are nothing special but cool area to hang out with a view of the Empire State Building. Bag storage is available but we were able to check in an hour early, which was convenient.

No attempt at sound proofing so could hear street noise 7 stories up. Bring ear plugs especially for Fri and Sat nights! The A/C unit was also noisy so didn't want to sleep with it on. Pillows were pretty thin and only a thin blanket provided. We needed to ask for extra blankets. No breakfast provided.

Just nothing pretty, room was quite small but it was great to just sleep in, quiet too.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to everything you want to see in Manhattan. It is also a minute walk to the subway station and CitiBike that can take you further to other neighborhoods. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, and amenities covered everything we needed. The room was clean, with showers in the right water pressure and working temperature, the mattress itself was very comfortable and everything else was working (e.g., AC, television, lights, etc).

The hotel is a little bit dated with the rooms, although they renovated the lobby. I hope that the rest of the hotel will be renovated soon. Finding a room without too noise from nearby AC machines is a bit of challenge, but the staff was able to find something suitable for us and we're greatly appreciative of that.

Great location for tourism. Next to metro entrance, 7 minutes walk front times sq, with own bar on 14th floor and perfect restaurant for breakfast around the corner.

It was prohibited to open the window which is weird. Airco is way too loud.
