I stayed in the hotel during low temperatures in NYC and I was glad that the room was really warm. The location is really great for tourists. many attractions are in walking distance and subway station is minutes away. For those who need to get to JFK, Penn station with LIRR is very close also. The breakfast is ok, if you like oatmeal porridge as much as I do. They also offer some fruits, yogurt, and bagels with some spreads. I really appreciated the coffee machine and selection of coffee tastes. Bed was comfortable and sheets were super clean. For dinner, if you feel tired, you can eat out in one of korean places nearby.

Check-in starts at 3pm, which is a bit later than usual. In my case, window view was a wall view, but it was not critical to me because I was out in the city the whole time.

The hotel is in a super convenient location, in the most touristic part of Manhattan. It is really easy to reach the most touristic attractions like Empire State, Time Square and so on. The room was quiet even if it was facing the street. It was also big, clean and comfy. The staff was friendly

The breakfast was terrible. I don't know if this is the standard of NY, but we get: white and wheat bread and beagle from the plastic bag, one jam, honey, cheese and peanut butter. One type of cereal, bananas and yogurts. House-like coffee machine and hot water for tea. Also a small remark on the shower: it was only possible to calibrate the temperature, but not the jet intensity.

Excellent service at the entrance, from the doorman to the receptionist. Excellent decor hotel, very clean and very comfortable. We got an extra apartment and we are very satisfied. The street is right in the center of events, but still quiet for a night's rest. The beds are comfortable, fantastic. Small complaint about the breakfast, but ok if you consider that it is just the start for a tour through NY and Manhattan.

Breakfest

Great location close to Penn Station and Broadway. Quiet room (7th floor), pleasant breakfast/lounge room on 2nd floor. Bathroom quite roomy. Reasonably comfortable (twin) beds

like much of NYC, windows faced immediately to brick wall of next-door building, so room had essentially no natural light. Most evenings I could smell cigarette smoke from somewhere in the building.

Great location - close by Macys and the subway station! Spacious rooms and clean but are a bit dated. Doors are not soundproof and there curtains without blinds for the windows. Friendly staff. Our room had a fridge which is a plus

Breakfast is literally zero. Dry bagels, jam and corn flakes with milk and a couple bananas and apples. Would expect a variety of cereal, juice, bread, fruit and sandwiches.

Location, perfect if you want to stay in mid town, staff so friendly and complimentary breakfast provided which was also perfect to set you up for the day. We got an upgrade so our room was really nice and big especially for NYC. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

no access to wifi during our entire stay - apparently a streetwide issue but wish this was communicated to us beforehand

It was perfect. Great location. Accessible to subway and great local attractions. Bonus: offered discounts to local restaurants. Great lounge for evening bevies, eating take out or just lounging. Surprise complementary breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
