One of the most incredible hotels that I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic with plenty of easy access to a whole world of sights, sounds and flavours. The staff are exceptional in every way that you can imagine. Breakfast is a must experience feast. Dinner at the restaurant felt like a fine dining experience. The rooms are so stylish and you will feel like are walking through a colourful dream. The head chef is supremely talented, an absolute gentleman and chatted with us as if we were his old friends coming to visit him. Their entire team will make you feel like royalty. You will leave with a heavy heart because you couldn’t stay longer but will still manage a smile because you gifted yourself this experience.

There was nothing to fault, the staff were so welcoming and attentive from reception through to the Bar/Restaurant. Food was excellent and it is by far one of if not the best hotels we have stayed in.

The location was fabulous, and staff went above and beyond for us... It was the small details that made the experience enjoyable. Everyday there was a new handwritten note thanking us for choosing the Art Legacy Hotel and asking if there was anything more they could do for us, they couldn't everything was perfect. Their wine selection at the hotel bar/restaurant was fabulous and made a lovely back drop to the area.

From arrival the hotels team were exceptional in their attention to detail from check in, introduction to hotel and location to include your room. Meals prepared in the restaurant (breakfast/dinner) were excellent prepared to your taste by the team both chefs/front of house...... The personalized walking tour provided by duty managers of the rich history of Lisbon and locations within 1km radius of hotel was outstanding as an introduction to the city and its rich history. The attention of duty teams each day in lobby, restaurant, bar, waiters & porters was superb and the unseen cleaning team in preparation of facilities ensured no details were left unchecked at any time. A little more space in room may be appreciated, but not a lot the duty teams can do about layout

We stayed 8 nights and would highly recommend this place in Lisbon! The hotel , design, details and especially staff are awesome! I think it was the best hotel money / quality we ever stayed. Location is great ! Cocktails are great !

We had some concerns about the food in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) what we addressed to the team, I’m sure that all necessary steps will be taken, so it’s a minor critics :)

Great great location - centrally located in the heart of the city. A minute walk to a metro station and a minute walk to Rua Augusta (plethora of restaurants, cafe and pastry shops and shopping). Excellent hotel to stay (square footage could have been bigger) and the staff were highly professional and awesome to deal with. Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in by far. Why? Because each and every worker were the most polite, funny and accommodating people ever! They are a credit to the hotel company and management and they are a credit to Portugal. We celebrated our wedding the week before and it was my birthday the day we checked in and they made me and my wife feel so special. Thanks again to all the staff for making it the best hotel stays of our lives.

Spotless and different color scheme by floor, very interesting. Great staff. Great location. Jennifer at the bar is an artist. Marta is great as is Erick.

Have to load/unload car in bus lane due to on street location but staff is super helpful and efficient so a small price to pay for a good location.

I loved all of it. Design, location and above all else the service levels from the staff were exceptional. I will be back again in late January when I have my dates finalised.
