Very friendly staff very professional, hotel is spacious and clean will all amenities I required. I will stay here again and look forward to the experience again.

The location is not great, but it would not stop me staying again. the turkish restaurant attached to the hotel was very authentic and the food was better that i have eaten in Turkey! however the waiting staff were not good, it seemed the patrons were more of an inconvenience to their social chatting! unfortunate really!

Lovely hotel within 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Comfortable, quiet room so we slept well. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Despite limited choice of breakfast it was good quality, enjoyable food. Next time we visit Peterborough, we will book at this hotel again.

Only negative was no breakfast room so if you're someone who likes a full English breakfast in the morning, this was not available.However, for us we were happy with the selection on the breakfast menu and there was scrambled eggs, omelette and baked beans available.

Location was easy to find, and the staff were more than welcoming and were even helpful in providing me an iron & ironing board so I could sort some clothes out. Everything was well explained to me in regards to how the breakfast service worked & the hotel has even helped me with the necessary steps of sending an item that I left there to me.

I did find that one of the lights in the room didn't work as well as the sound on the TV didn't work below 15, which was too loud to watch in the evening as I didn't want the other guests to be disturbed or awoken.

Very clean and comfortable. Very nice modern en-suite bathroom with large easily accessible shower. All tiled.Breakfast ordered night before and brought to the room at a time slot chosen by guest, Good variety on menu. Well situated near city centre as I was attending a funeral in the cathedral the next day. Plenty of parking outside the hotel on site. Receptionist polite, welcoming and helpful.

There was a Turkish restaurant next door but I was unfortunately unable to use it as it was closed that evening. However found somewhere to eat nearby and the receptionist offered to order a take away to be delivered. There was somebody doing a little DIY in a nearby room at around 7.30pm with some hammering and drilling going on but this only lasted for about half an hour fortunately.I was a little surprised at this.

It had a modern feel and was close to the town centre with an amazing Turkish restaurant attached❤️ it also had ample parking which meant we could leave the car and walking into town with no extra parking costs!

There was a very poor Wi-Fi signal in the room which I imagine would be difficult for business travellers. The mobile signal in the room was also poor which meant that we couldn’t even use our network and so getting online was quite a challenge. The TV was pixelated due to poor signal but Access to all the smart TV functions were perfect and so there was ready access to the BBC ITVX on Netflix as well as others that we didn’t use.. the TV itself was large and a really good size fir the room!

Room pretty wide, especially very neat and tidy + awesome design. Breakfast gets even brought to your room and all the staff was super nice. In the evening have had a great conversation and laugh with Jakir; many greetings to him personally.

The really only small thing I disliked was the quantity of light getting in the room in the morning.

The room was newly decorated & had a beautiful bathroom with spacious shower. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast was brought to the room which was a nice treat, as they have no dining area. The receptionist was really lovely & friendly ( sorry forgotten her name). The location is a very short distance to the town & a Wetherspoons. Also next door to the hotel is a Morrocan/Turkish restaurant.

We had a room down the hall from reception & we could here music till about 2am. Not sure where it was coming from, but it did keep us awake.

The accomodation is less than 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and pleased us with a room upgrade. The room was huge (there was really no problem finding a storage space) and it was equipped with almost everything except a fridge and a microwave. The bed was also huge and amazingly comfortable, the bathroom had lovely hot water. There is also a restaurant right next to the hotel, which we highly recommend!

Very old windows that don't fit. The room was cold at night (but the blanket is warm) and the windows sometimes rattle during the wind.

The staff were truly exceptional, polite, friendly and constantly going the extra mile. They are such a credit to this hotel Comfortable bed; fresh flowers, lovely room for great value. Cute-looking room with nice LEDs

The attic rooms don’t really work, the tiny doors; the sloping ceiling, steps into the bathroom. I can’t count how many times we hit our head, I can’t imagine it with alcohol or someone tall. Someone will get seriously hurt There was no light to do makeup and there was no blind on the velux window, the road was noisy too No vegan breakfast despite website saying they do. No herbal teas.
