Staff were excellent. Room very clean when cleaned during stay. Great location. Bed was good size and comfortable. Shower was amazing. Good quality AC.

We paid $1600 for a king room for 1 week - I wouldn't have paid anymore than this. Room hadn't been fully cleaned on arrival, found multiple hairs in shower on arrival Door between bathroom area and bedroom area didn't close fully nor was there any lock. Insufficient space for clothing/items. Toiletries were irritating to skin. Curtains didn't close fully. Lighting was poor, especially given lack of natural light.

I was worried when I read other reviews prior to arriving in the hotel, but honestly I don't know what the complaints are about. The receptionists were very polite. The room size is decent, especially when you will only be sleeping there. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean and cleaned again every day! The hotel is not huge but still very cute and the rooftop is amazing! Close by Bryant Park too so all in all, I would visit again!

The rooftop bar was only open on certain days - Fri/Sat. but we still managed to enjoy it. Just good to know for others.

Lighting in the room wasn’t adequate. Long wait for elevator during peak times (morning & late afternoon).

The room was a decent size with nice closet space.

The shower floor was extremely slippery and the little shelf to hold your shampoo etc sucked. The room could have been a little cleaner. The corners were full of dust. We found a random pill and chapstick near the edge of the bed. The street traffic was a little loud at times. We were told when we booked the room we’d get free coffee, juice, and pastry each morning, but when we went to get coffee we were told we needed a ticket. When we asked about a ticket they said it wasn’t included. Wasn’t a huge loss, but I could have booked a cheaper room that I knew for a fact didn’t include breakfast.

We really liked the location and the staff was very friendly. They had good coffee downstairs.

The door didnt keep the noise away so we could everyone on the hallway.

Friendly staff as we arrived for the check in. The room was very modern and very luxurious. At check out they even offered to look after our bags for free so we could explore New York until we had our flight. If you want to be right on the centre of Manhattan this is the place for you. Very happy with our stay!

To be expected as its a big centre city, but there was lots of rubbish bags right outside the hotel. As we were outside having dinner we could smell it while we were eating which was off putting. But obviously not the hotels fault you could just eat inside. The bed was a bit squeaky when.... And the room was a little dark even with all the lights on and the curtains open.

rooms are comfortable but a bit too dark overall. Bathroom needs more lighting for sure. and my view was of a stairwell. there was some interesting explanations regarding available rooms and our guest level. my friends were told they couldn’t stay above floor 3 bc of their level, I was able to get to floor 8 but had a bad interior view…and this was both our second stay. meanwhile, our friends who were there for their first time had floor 17 with an Empire State view. made no sense except they may be trying to entice new guests while giving repeat guests worse rooms.

The most comfortable soft bed, decent size room (it’s NYC) perfect for 1 or 2, big marble bathroom with walk in shower and great water pressure. Great location, close to Broadway/ Times Square without being in the thick of it. Train station super close, only 2 short blocks away, amazing coffee across the road at culture espresso (best I had in NYC). Walkable to all of mid town if you like walking otherwise subway is close. Great view of empire state from the rooftop bar - perfect for happy hour sunset drinks!! Food at Isla was really good and they had live music!

As most reviews say - the room was dark and I think they should address this. That said, the bathroom lovely and light so at least doing makeup was fine!! I left my luggage for the day and although it was there when I went back I wasn’t comfortable with it just going behind a curtain and not locked away.

The location was great, the hotel and the room were well designed if a little small (but they utilized the square footage well!) Comfortable bed. We realized the first night of our stay that we only had two top sheets and no blanket but a call to room service rectified that very quickly. Quiet considering how close to Times Square. The water pressure in the shower was so good I felt like it was mad at me. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing. The staff was very friendly.

Learning curve on not getting water everywhere with the shower pressure so high. No fan in the bathroom or lock that we could find. Couldn't figure out the desk lamp so it was a little dark at times.

Trendy and stylish hotel in Midtown, very well located, close to many famous New York landmarks, as well as shopping and food venues. Rooftop bar with beautiful views of the city.

Room was smaller than expected. A few little inconveniences that added up: air conditioner was noisy, housekeeping forgot to replace consumables a few times, and the bed was very squeaky... Front desk wasn't helpful when we asked about the squeaky bed.
