The Hotel Staff could not have been more helpful and always engaging, the complimentary tours were amazing, both Jocelyn and Hector superb tour guides, and the rooftop bar, well what a view and the cocktails amazing, Ideal location for right in the centre, Subway close by and main attractions either 15 minute walk or by Subway.

There was nothing to dislike, apart from leaving

Excellent location in Midtown, within walking distance of the theater district as well as other major sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Activities available at the hotel including wine and cheese gathering on the house.

Narrow hallways in which sound resonates especially if room is close to elevator.

Location is great. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Air con tends to have a loud noise but it is still bearable. Room size a bit small but acceptable.

They should offer prepayment options for international travelers; being charged at the counter was inconvenient and created unnecessary stress for us

Rooftop lounge was 24hours, we could take food up and get the amazing night view of Empire State Building! Maid service daily! The manager even made sure we had champagne, glasses, and balloons waiting in our room upon arrival for my boyfriends birthday! I requested this and they made it happen!

The complimentary breakfast didn’t have much of a selection and not fresh pastries. All prepackaged. The tea options were good but no coffee options other than just black coffee and some small packets of plain creamer.

Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced at a NY hotel. Entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Had a minor issue with an unrecognized charge that couldn't be resolved until the next morning and was offered two bottles of wine with glasses for the minor inconvenience. Hotel offers lots of cool perks at no additional cost such as walking tours of Central Park, snack/candy bar, wine tastings, etc.

Cleanliness of carpeting in the room could be a bit better but hard to keep clean with people coming and going wearing shoes that just walked on NY streets. Rest of room was spotless.

I loved the room and the bathroom. We had been dealing with showers on a cruise ship for over two weeks so it was nice to take a shower with actual water pressure. The location was great. It was easy to walk to multiple places.

My only issue was feeling pressured to attend the vacation club meeting to try to get me to buy a timeshare. I wish I had known that was going to happen so I could at least mentally prepare after two weeks of traveling and being exhausted.

it was in a great spot and the roof top was lovely . staff front of house were really helpful and friendly .

we accidentally left a charging battery pack worth £160 in our room when we checked out and later that day realized . it was hard to contact list property and it was never handed in by cleaning staff . we know for a fact we left it on the bed and it was a large item so it frustrating to know it wasn’t handed into lost property .

This hotel was so perfect for our trip to New York. The room was a great size and we had the most incredible view of the Empire State Building and a gorgeous New York street. The staff were so friendly and really welcoming every day. The room was cleaned so nicely every day. The extras like the rooftop bar, the daily tours on offer, and even the candy shop in the cafe were such lovely touches and made the hotel feel very special. The bed was so comfy. There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like, we will definitely stay here again when we’re back in New York. Jess, Ireland

Nothing, we liked everything.

Good hotel in a great location. We asked for a city view and could see Empire State Building! Cafes for breakfast within walking distance. We walked from Penn Station to hotel with our luggage, was easy to find and took about 15 mins. Can walk/subway to wherever you want to be. Most staff were very helpful and friendly. Everywhere was very clean and cleaners were super helpful for anything needed. Due to the weather we did not get to use the roof top bar.

As Brits abroad we would have appreciated a kettle in the room but realise coffee is king in USA. We were two adults and 1 child (age11). We had a room with two double beds. There was a lot of furniture in the room which meant we didn't have a lot of room for cases, but we managed as obviously only really sleeping there.
