Hotel is situated just in the middle between 5th and 6th Avenue, very convenient to reach Times Square, Bryant park, Empire State Building etc. Room: as on the photos, quite big and very silent and clean. Fully equipped with iron and ironing board, coffee machine etc. Personal: very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was missing variety. Also a lot of plastic things used. However, for NYC breakfast was ok, and it was included in the room rate, hence we didn‘t additionally pay for it, so it didn‘t disturb us that much.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good a/c, great location, pretty quick elevator.

My only complaint is that the bathroom was right next to the beds, with a sliding door that had no lock, and the door was frosted glass which did not seem to provide any privacy. If it was just my wife and I it would've been fine, but we were in a room that had 2 gueen beds, and we were with our 2 teenage granddaughters. This was not comfortable to stay 7 nights. I know you can't help the layout of the room, but it needs a better door for more privacy.

The staff was amazing! We want to give a special shout out to Paul at the front desk who was especially helpful. They were so friendly and helpful. I rooms were nice and clean and the location for this hotel can’t be beat especially for the price.

Only complaint is wish the breakfast had a little more variety. It wasn’t bad, but wish there was more fruit than just apples.

The location was very good! It was walking distance to Times Square, Grand Central Station and the Empire State Bldg. We also felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast had something for everyone.

There wasn't facial tissue in the room and the a/c was not working properly. It would have been nice to have a different breakfast meat during our four day stay.

The beds were very comfortable, rooms had everything you needed apart from a kettle. There was a gym to use if needed which was well equipped and clean, modern and looked recently done. Paintwork was good and it was very clean. Breakfast was basic, but good. Location was excellent. Housekeeping was frequent and well stocked bathrooms.

No room to sit at breakfast, tables were cramped and there was a shortage of chairs. Considering everyone has breakfast included, there isn’t enough room for everyone. Rooms had everything apart from a kettle which we needed.

The location was great. You are close to so many things: shopping on 34th street Macys, 42nd street Time Square and Bryant Park and so many restaurant options and numerous public transportation choices. The staff was helpful, warm and lovely; even the housekeeping staff! Rhe elevators worked well and were quick which is so important when you are trying to move about!

The bed was not comfortable and the King Studio felt crowded. The lighting was not great either

The view from our room was amazing. We looked straight out to the Empire State Building. The location was very central in walking distance to so many New York City sites and very close to the subway to get a little further away. The beds were very comfortable. The daily breakfast in the lobby was really great - especially for an average person with no allergies - and the manager of the breakfast area (I think he was called Jeff) was accommodating, friendly and very helpful. I actually really loved staying here and so did my 13 year old son.

The coffee making facilities in the bedroom were completely not enough. They only gave 1 regular coffee and one decaf (and who wants that!) We had three guests in our room. We needed three coffees. Other than our room, we also booked for my older, first time travelling parents and one other room. Our room and our parents rooms were fabulous but the third booked room was a bit dirty. The front desk staff were also a bit unhelpful to my older parents. My parents asked for help booking a cab and they were told just to walk to Fifth Ave and hail one. It was really rude.

Great central location. Rooms were surprisingly quiet considering the busy roads. Bathroom and room was tidy and clean. Only a 5 minute walk to the subway.

Breakfast was a brilliant add on, however, there wasn’t a lot of variation on different days. Still a great addition to the hotel but there was not enough space to eat, people would be taking food up to the rooms to eat.

Breakfast was OK at best.

Basic breakfast, very small area despite size and occupancy of hotel. Found it extremely difficult to find a seat to eat breakfast with family. One member off staff unhelpful and was borderline rude... In the room only enough coffee for 1 with 4 staying.
