My room was given away, even though I spoke with the staff to try to do an early check in. They stated they would contact me by phone when the room was ready. I was never contacted so I came back at regular check in time and my room was given away, the had to find me another room and because the room was not cleaned and ready I had to come back to check in. It was an inconvenience

The hot breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed the options from eggs & cereal to omelets. The location is close to malls, shopping, & restaurants, though for us not quite comfortable walking distance. The room was well appointed and cozy. The shower was amazing (if you like high water pressure)! The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our room was right by the exit to the lobby and we expected to hear a lot of noise but heard very little once inside. Staff was always welcoming and pleasant. We switched our room from a higher floor and the receptionist was very understanding and helpful.

The parking and elevator were a little chaotic. Make sure you get on your "assigned" elevator! It took some getting used to but once we figured that out it was fine. The parking attached to the building was limited. We prefer to park on site and mostly were able to find parking attached to the hotel. The parking garage across the street was easily accessible from the hotel and had plenty of spaces.

It was very clean and the staff was amazing!!!!!! Very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every night and really was not ready to leave. I enjoyed my night out on the town but I couldn’t wait until I got back to the room. I wanted to bring my Apple TV to cast shows and movies but I was able to cast all my apps directly to the tv from any device. Easy instructions. It was very quiet and peaceful and I like the fact that you can not access none of the living quarters when getting on an elevator without a room key. The breakfast was very good and no need to ask if they had anymore because it was always plentiful and filling. I will be back

The front desk when we arrived on Friday around 5pm was so very friendly Martin (I think that's his name) made us forget we we were exhausted from the long drive and traffic. Told us everything we needed to know and pronounced our last name correctly!!! On check out they were equally friendly. The bed was very comfy and the shower pressure was amazing.

Couldn't get the dishwasher to close so we can start it. That's really not a big deal as we only used a couple items and were on the way out when we discovered it and it could have very well been something we were doing wrong. So nothing bad really.

Perfect for what a family might need. Great and safe location with plenty to do. We bought most items from Publix (about a 3 minute drive) and were able to cook some of our meals. Breakfast had a great variety for all age ranges. They put out water daily for guests and even popped popcorn. The drinks and food ordered at the bar were great. The pool was clean with towels provided.

Only 1 of the 4 washing machine was working, caused some backup in the laundry facilities. I reported this but still had boot been rectified 5 days later. I’m not sure of the logistics but Atlanta has too many options for maintenance techs for it not to be fixed. We made it work though.

Staff, room and food were all excellent. troop was very comfortable, clean and in great condition.

Another guest brought 2 small dogs to breakfast and had them on the dining table and put your dishes on the floor for dogs to eat. Later as I was checking out, his dogs were not on leashes caused a loud disturbance and attacked a golden retriever another guest was taking out for a walk. Your desk clerk saw dogs interactions; I told desk agent about guest's feeding small dogs from house dishes in dining room and allowing dogs on table. This behavior was unsanitary & unsafe and should have been addressed. I am a dog lover and owner and respect safety and rights of others to a safe, clean environment.

All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. Staff including cleaners, cooks, service personnel etc, were respectful, helpful and freindly. The rooms were nice with good facilities I.e. air con/heating, toiletries and towels. Breakfast was amazing! Offering different choices of food each day and the large portion sizes keep you filled untill your next meal, very cost-effective for guest.The gym equipment is top range, the outdoor swimming pool and gym areas are clean and care is taken to maintain high standards daily. I loved the experience here. A lovely hotel! I would definitely stay there again.

Clean as heck and the staff was above expectations

The elevators! You have to select ya floor outside of the elevator so if you get on with someone n forgot to scan ya card n select ya door. Your on a unwanted ride lol
