Very comfortable room (especially the bed). Super convenient for a morning flight from Stansted (a short walk to the terminal).

Just one disappointment: I glanced at the bar food menu and saw nothing vegan. I didn’t enquire further, just went and bought something from the airport terminal. Maybe the hotel would have been able to provide me with something suitable if I had asked, but surely in this day and age there should be at least one vegan option on the standard menu?

The hotel itself is lovely, always beautiful in reception. It is very convenient to the airport and our favourite when flying to or from Stansted. The available water/orange squash in reception is a nice added touch, although the orange was exceptionally weak. We like this hotel, but this time we did experience some problems. We haven't been travelling so much since Covid and before always booked through their app directly. We were disappointed this time, but the guy on reception helped us and deserved a medal.

Given a twin-bedded room instead of large double, long walk, as far as we could possibly walk with suitcase etc. Had to change room twice due to second room being dirty, both were at the end of the corridor. Blood/makeup on sheet, threadbare carpets, dirty overall. Whole room needed a complete overhaul.

Well, the main restaurant has been closed for some time now, the bar area had no places to seat. The service was unbelievably slow but the staff are nice, although you do need to chase them a lot, I mean a lot. Someone on the top is more greedy than ever, hence cutting down on whatever it can be cut down and it's definitely not what it used to be. It's a sad fact, talking to other guest of the hotel and going to the hotel for years.

The location of the hotel a few steps by foot from the airport terminal is ideal for late arrivals or early departures. The hotel gives a modern impression, and was, to my mind, architecutally pleasing. Some parts, like the carpets in the corridors, were rather worn though. For a Radisson hotel in England, the price was OK, though not inexpensive in absolute terms.

Staff was friendly, or at least correct, but the reception worked extremely slowly, needing between 10 and 15 minutes per quest at check-in. Perhaps it was the fault of the computer system, but it was just unacceptably slow. I was looking for a waste bin in the common areas, but could find none. I would suggest placing some there.

The location was excellent, 2 min walk to the airport. I could relax before my early flight. The reception and express checkout was good. I liked the fact there was a health club available, I used the pool and sauna unfortunately it was too late to book the hot stone massage. The bar and restaurant area looked very good, but unfortunately had no time, wish they could do room service for dinner.

The room and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, there were stains on the carpet and walls and the bathroom and shower would do with deep clean and some bleach. On top of it I had a fly in my room so did not sleep all night.

Nice hotel and well situated next to the airport so no need to book a taxi to get to the airport. They also have trolleys next to the reception to allow you to take your luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.

The only thing I would say is there was no one to help with the luggage when we checked in. Our toddler had fallen asleep and we had a lot of luggage as our flight had been cancelled. We somehow managed to get it to the room on the trolleys. However, for the amount we paid for a single night at this hotel, any other 4 star hotel in any other country would have provided a porter service at the very least.

Professional and helpful staff. Perfect location when you travel. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. I have received nice upgrade to junior suite, what was very well appreciated! Well equipped room (ironing, hair dryer, cattle for tea or coffee, but no minibar in the room). Bathroom with shower and all necessary stuff.

The hotel needs some refurbishment, not critically, but here and there you can see some stains, scratches, etc... What I would recommend to improve is cleaning service! The bathroom was not really shining... A lot of lime scale everywhere, on shower glass and all the fixtures. I think that could be improved just with more focused human attention to that detail.

I stayed at the hotel due to an early business trip the next morning. I usually stay off site which means parking at that hotel then I have to get up earlier, drive to the airport car park, then go into the airport. It was far easier to have it in one place. Arrived in the evening - had pre-booked the orange car park but you can use the hotel car park (about £33 a day I think). I just parked once, walked into the hotel, effectively went to bed, got up, put my spare kit in the car and walked into the airport. Far simpler. The hotel is nicely appointed - big reception, bar & restaurant areas. A little area with big live sports TV and a health club. I didn't have any food except for breakfast. From 4am they do a little take out service for really early leavers. The normal breakfast starts at 6am and I was able to get to that. Loads of hot food, pastries and continental food. No complaints. I asked for a quiet room away from elevators and noisy internal fire doors and they accommodated me. Room was nice and more than sufficient with good soundproofing. Overall, it was ideal for what I needed and due to the location and convenience, I would certainly use it again. Price wise it was only £20 more than a hotel further out, without the faff of an earlier start and parking twice.

There was no shower gel in the soap dispenser. No big deal but it was a slight inconvenience. I had to use my own!

Admittedly, we were only in the hotel for a short time, but we take with us beautiful experiences. We checked in quickly and efficiently at the reception with a friendly employee. The hotel thinks about every detail, so at the reception there are wonderful jelly candies that were eaten not only by the children, but also by me. Due to the early flight, we had to leave the hotel, so we didn't have a chance to have breakfast, but the hotel prepared excellent sandwiches for such cases at the reception. Very nice! The beds were comfortable and the room was well insulated, so you couldn't hear the planes taking off and landing. First-class position next to the airport.

Although the lobby is very modern and beautiful, with a small pool table that delighted the children, I must say that the rooms are quite old and show their age. It wouldn't be bad if some renovations were carried out, then the hotel would be a tenner.

Close to the airport as I needed. Has a very nice lobby entrance. The room is spacious and has all the necessary commodities. As I stayed one night, I was able to use the hotel health centre for free access to the swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The health centre receptionist was very friendly.

The hotel receptionist was very diligent but not friendly at all. As I only stayed a night and they have fast track checkout, I can't say I was very impressed by the reception team.
