Perfect location for an early start on Eurostar. A very comfortable room and very clean.

As it was a basement room there was a fan on all night which was quite noisy- as were the Tube trains not far below me! I was charged an extra £25 for "security " which I was assured would never actually be charged to my card. However, 4 days later, it's still there. I don't understand what this is for and I would like someone to explain it to me.

The owner of the hotel is a sweet heart and the personeel are so kind and welcoming.

The room I stayed was really next to the reception and the exit oft he hotel, so i heard people leaving and guest talking a few moments in the night.

The location was great and the breakfast at a cafe round the corner was a fabulous touch as was very good. The checking and out process was great and the staff were very helpful I also enjoyed the toiletries and free bottle of water was a very nice touch. The only thing that impacted me was the noise of other guests coming and going as I was on the ground floor it was a little disturbing hearing their conversations so clearly. But overall it was a gem of a place and although small the room was perfectly formed

If you are visiting central London especially if using Kings Cross this is a very well located hotel. It is a budget offering but has all the amenities you would expect from a 3/4 star hotel. Ideal for a one or two night stay so long as you are not carrying lots of luggage. The front of house staff were very friendly.

Our economy room was just that - very economical with the space. The bed is crammed into the room so if you are over 6 foot tall it can feel a bit cramped. The bathroom is also compact. Generally lack of space is the issue but it is central London.

I had a last minute stay and needed a central hotel, straight on the tube line from Heathrow and next to King’s Cross for the train the next day! The manager at check in was incredibly nice about making sure I had a room early to sleep in after a long international flight. She was really friendly and helpful and really was a ray of sunshine in a very dark day having to fly back for a funeral. I really appreciated her kindness and ability to be flexible re timings. The room was quiet and dark when I needed it to be and to be honest bigger than I expected for central London.

Be aware not all rooms have windows but for one night it really didn’t bother me, I did have a skylight.

The hotel is a family business, and I liked the personal touch, as everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small but clean and brand new and the location was excellent.

It is a brand-new hotel, only one-month. old, and there is room for improvement, like having more hair dryers, more duvets and for the guests to be able to monitor the heating themselves in the rooms. Also, the lack of interconnection made it hard to talk to the reception. But I am sure everything will be resolved soon.

Really lovely clean and bright room. It was compact but we only stayed for one night so it was perfect, with comfy bed, tv and a lovely relaxing shower. Shower gels and shampoo was provided and they smelt gorgeous. I ordered the same ones once I returned home as they were beautiful. Staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much!

Small corridors and room was on the smaller side so would be difficult for a wheel chair or pram but other than that was perfect and great location.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff ,the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower, only a short distance to Kings Cross, so an ideal location for this trip

The room was a little noisy facing the road and there wasn’t a lift , the stairs are quite steep and narrow for carrying suitcase’s , couldn’t work out the tv but that’s probably just down to me , the hotel rang me a few times while I was out having a meal to get my CVV code from my payment card , as there had been a mix up when I booked the room , I found this to be quite intrusive and mistrusting , I actually thought it was one of my customers trying to get hold of me in an emergency, as I run my own business, surely this could have waited till we checked out the following day

Closeness to train station. Staff were helpful, needed to be with a climb to the top floor with 4 bags!!!! Clean facilities.

Lack of lift to the upper floors. We are an elderly couple (luckily we are reasonably fit), so if traveling with more than a backpack, climbing narrow stairs to the top floor would be challenging. Perhaps request rooms on the ground floor would be the way to alleviate this problem. room was a little snug, so one really needs to appreciate the area provided in the description.
