Very friendly and lovely staff. The room was spacious and clean and had alot of storage for our clothes. Lovely view of the sunset from the balcony. The breakfast was very good and there was lots of options to choose from. Pancakes, omelettes, toast, fruit etc. The location was great as it was very close to Sairee and a couple of minutes drive to Smile Mart & 7/11.

Unfortunately we couldn't sleep that well as the walls are quite thin and could hear the neighbouring rooms and the rooms upstairs, there was also a very cute but noisy pack of dogs that bark most nights for a few hours and they are right on the road by the hotel. They also have construction at the hotel going on from as early as 8am so after not sleeping much through the night there is no chance of a little nap or peace during the day.

We loved the 3 nights spent here, our room was so bright and spacious and we even had a little balcony where we could see the sunset. The room had a fridge, kettle, really good air con and just basically everything you could need. The staff were also so helpful and welcoming

Everything with the property itself was perfect just the location of it is a 10 minute or so walk from the main bit of Koh Tao with a little bit of a hill so just bare this in mind!

Comfy beds, spacious room, good aircon, free water refill. Good breakfast, laundry service, really friendly staff. What more do you need? Location is good, about 10 minutes walk uphill from the main part of town but it is a nice quiet area near a gym, supermarket and some restaurants only a 3 min walk away

Pre arrival communication was very poor. Got delayed coming and let them know - no response. Contacted them about pick up from pier, they said they'd send someone but taxi never arrived. Also the hotel is undergoing some construction, it is very loud and starts at 7am. Keep this in mind if you're not an early bird!

This is my second stay at this house (coming back to Koh Tao for 10 years now) and I would stay there again all the time! The rooms are very nice and the view is also beautiful. The outstanding (!!) friendliness of the owners and staff made the stay even better ☺️

There are currently construction works happening as they make the place a bit bigger. Still, they try to minimize the noise. Once, the owner even let the works stop during daytime so I could have a quiet day. I didn’t even asked for it 🥰🙏🏽

fantastic views, great breakfast 8-10am (banana, eggs how you like it, toasts, jam, tea/coffee, orange juice). there’s bike hire next door for 200bhat/day, but they don’t always have space so make sure to ask the day before or in the morning.

the wifi was quite temperamental for us, some days it worked okay the rest not at all. just as some warning, it is a steep road to the property is you do not have a bike.

Great view out to sea with a lovely balcony area and breakfast was really good and freshly cooked for you. They were really accommodating with early dives for breakfast and the room was very spacious.

Staff were challenging to communicate with via WhatsApp to coordinate laundry and pick up service so check out was a bit of a rush before the ferry but other than that all good. Price was a little more on the expensive side for what you get but think this might just be Koh Tao prices

We have been travelling Thailand for over a month now and this hotel has been our favourite stay so far. The staff were so lovely and friendly it was like they welcomed us into their family. The breakfast was amazing! You could choose from homemade pancakes, waffles, fruits, scrambled egg, toast, french toast, omelet, fruit juices, coffee and tea! The location was perfect, it’s close to everything you need. There were also snorkels there you could borrow. The room was huge with a cosy bed, smart tv, wardrobe, dressing area and balcony area, all for a really good price. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We had a problem with our air-con when we arrived but this got fixed straight away.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this place we loved it!

Spacious room, shower and bathroom were nice, bed was comfy. Balcony was nice too, but my view was somewhat obstructed by a tree, which other rooms wouldn't experience. Free breakfast was nice too!

There was construction happening on site as part of their expansion works, which was noisy every day from 8:30am or so, which disrupted my sleep! I know I was unlucky with my timing, but something to be aware of.

a lot of construction work. it is very loud and makes it impossible to sleep long or take a nap during the day. we were diving early in the morning so it was unfortunate that we couldn't rest properly afterwards. it would have been nice if someone communicated the situation

We were given an updated room - really nice, large, insulated. Great bathroom and super comfortable bed unlike a lot of the hard beds in Thailand. The location is perfect since it is far away from the main street (don't make the mistake of staying there, the noise is unbearable). Stay a little further up here! I read about a generator noise in some reviews and I have no clue what those people are talking about. I am a light sleeper and I did not hear a peep. Bike rental place around the corner.

Mosquitos. But that is island life for you!
