The hotel and its facilities are good and new, nice and spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, good restaurants. The location is a bit far from the village but it is a 15 minutes walk that can be done. There is a tiny gym. The staff are nice. Unfortunately they are obsessed with rules and extra charging for everything. If only they were more flexible they could please much more their customers (in the end you say no to any stupid charge they come up with).

Very, very nice hotel: quiet, nicely built, nice rooms, great pool As far as we were concerned, you can easily walk to the beach part with all the restaurants and shops. Supermarket nearby Friendly staff Great breakfast, though you they take their time to prepare it We booked trip with them and got cab ride back to the ferry which we appreciated a lot. We wanted to rent motorcycle but the reception girl refused to rent us as we were clearly not experienced, after giving this some thought, I am thankful for that and consider this a proof they are there to look after their guests and not make money out of them.

Close to all amenities, walk downhill and beach area and Main Street is flat. Resort was quiet, had pool to ourselves. Pool table was handy for our family of 6. Breakfast nice and good prices. Staff were nice. Place was clean. They have their own resort van to transport you to pier on departure at ok price for 6 of us.

The hotel is up a hill which was ok for us but may be hard for others. The twin rooms were mattresses on the floor which our adult children found uncomfortable. Our ceiling fan was very noisy as was the AC. But the twin rooms were no issues with that.

Very clean and spacious for 2 people. Couple of shops nearby just down the hill if you need anything. Staff were very respectful and did not enter our room when we had the do not disturb sign up. They left extra toilet roll and waters outside the door for us upon returning to the hotel. The pool facilities are lovely and clean, although beware the tiles are quite skippy when wet. We booked the oxygen snorkelling tour through the hotel which we really enjoyed. Free transfer from the hotel to the pier when leaving as we booked the tour through them which was a great add on. The food down in the cafe/restaurant was lovely, we ate there a couple of times during our stay. About a 10 minute walk down to the busier streets and about a 20 minute walk to the beach area. Staff were lovely and helpful, spoke great English. You have the opportunity to rent mopeds at the property also.

Maybe put up signs to alert guests that the tiles leading to the rooms and by the poolside are slippy when wet and to take care when walking. It took me by surprise the first time.

The staff were exceptionally good, they were so friendly and polite and went above and beyond for us. we were able to book our tours and boat ride through them and they were really accommodating. Our room was huge and immaculately clean. Genuinely one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Really lovely pool area. Good restaurant with good selection and good value for money. Huge bed which was super comfortable. Good cool air con. Good WiFi. We really liked the location, close to a super market and about a 10/15 min walk to the beach. We were here on a couples holiday so it was nice to be out of the busy area but still be close enough we could wander in in the evening. We felt safe walking back in the dark too. Breakfast times were really good! 8-12!! Excellent value for money, probably our cheapest hotel of our Thailand trip so far but so so lovely. Little tip - We did get a huge spider in our room so make sure to close the balcony doors if out on the balcony! They do have fly doors which we should have used!

We got breakfast included and it was from a limited menu, I’d recommend not getting breakfast included and then just ordering off the menu!

really suprised of the quality of this 3* hotel, very nice a modern and clean, with great location. really recommended if you looking for somethimg quiet but near to the centre.

bed wasnt comfi, breakfast was very basic. and i was very disappointed by the staff, especially the lady i suppose manager, not friendly, she didnt smile once and always made us feel like we done something wrong. but it was the whole vibe of koh tao people, not like rest of the thailand

Rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Restaurant on site was good and well priced. Also convenient to have bike rental onsite. The swimming pool was amazing and so glad it stayed open till 9pm, so many places close their pools at 6 or 7pm. Supermarket also close by. Located close to the main area, but not in the chaos of the main street

The hotel was quiet, clean and beautiful. My room was on the ground floor and had lots of space and a small kitchen area. Pool was kept clean and room service was also great.

The ”gym” was a corner with mostly broken equipment, that might be hazardous to use. Also unfortunely the loud music from neighbours can be heard inside the rooms at night.

Clean, pleasant and modern hotel. It is not very close to the beach, but it is not terrible - on the plus side there is a big supermarket nearby and no noise and walking crowds in the evenings. Perhaps the only downside is the extremely monotonous breakfasts, we were very tired of them during the week; it would be great if they were more varied.

Very clean, big pool, spacious rooms and good location only 10 minute walk to the beach. Quiet too very relaxing! Staff were super helpful with booking any transfer and they offered trips too. They have a mini cafe/restaurant where you can get food for a reasonable price too.
