Excellent views We were "upgraded" to the hotel next door, as we arrived out of season and not many people were staying at the hotel Clean and comfortable
The lack of seating for the balcony The whole place was also really tired and run down, due a refurbishment ten years ago The restaurant was closed for our stay, (new year's eve) The breakfast was also pretty terrible, and the coffee was probably the worst I've had in Italy

The views from the balcony were amazing !! The rooms were charming. The small restaurant on site is a hidden GEM. Absolutely amazing food and service !!!

The opportunity to get a room even after check-in office was closed.
Wasn't easy to find from where the taxi left us. We had to ask someone.

Location was good, breakfast was decent, staff was accommodating, pet is welcome and parking was easy.
Dinner at the restaurant was average and expensive. Hotel was once very charming but neglected now. Can use a kettle, some glasses, cups and utensils.

The dinner in the restaurant/pizzeria was upsetting, poor service and lack of options
