Location was excellent in terms of proximity to 9/11 Memorial, WTC, Wall street, downtown area, etc. It's also close to the Subway (WTC 1 and Rector 1). While the lobby is small as well as the lifts and hallways, we found the room efficiently built and utilized. Our room had a king sized bed and sofa bed, both comfortable and provided good sleep. We also had a microwave, which I find a necessity when staying in NY. There's an available coffee machine in the lobby (24H) which is a good service! In the mornings, there can be a queue to get ones caffeine fix. There's also a water refilling station per floor (with reusable bottles) and this maybe their best feature. It saved me a lot of money from buying bottled water in stores, plus the bottles are reusable so that's a major plus. You can easily have food delivered also. Our room also had a wonderful view of the memorial from the 17th floor, as well as good view of the Hudson. Sunset was very nice on our first night there. All in all, this is an excellent hotel, with great staff and efficient operation.

We had a winter stay and I found the heating not enough to keep us warm thru the night. While the main area for sleeping was warm, the area for the sofa bed which was near the glass window/door got a bit uncomfortably cold. The heater had an upper limit of 25.5deg C, and while that maybe enough for the main sleeping area, it wasn't for the living room area. Wish they didn't set a limit to the heater.

All staffs were lovely and very helpful. The room easily exceeded my expectation and we are thankful for that! Great location, close to several subway stations and close to Battery Park and One World Trade Center. The rooftop terrace is open between 7 am and 11 pm and we only wish we spent more mornings/evenings there. Water tabs on every floor and the coffee machine on the lobby floor were excellent bonus!

Our shower had some issues, either too hot or too cold, but luckily it was fixed after one day. The room was made after 6 nights and we realized we should've requested it earlier, maybe after 4 nights. Otherwise everything else was simply great!

The fact that they found us another bedroom quickly after the first one assigned to us had bad sewage smell. The room we stayed at, was nice, confortable and had a great view. The staff was very nice and helpful. With the very hot weather, we appreciated the cool water fountain and available empty bootles. The location is nice too.

The room only had 2 chairs, a third one would have been nice since we were 3. The person sleeping on the sofa near the window, could hear the city's noise. The ones sleeping in the queen, next to the door, could hear the other doors slamming. But these are minor comments for us. We will come to the same room any time.

How central it was to everything with the property being so close to the subway it was great

It was clean and nice rooms. There was nice aircondition. Thr area is great, felt very safe - very nice and quiet. There is great coffee at the hotel and we liked the posibility for filtered water in the hallways. The top deck was very nice too. We had a fantastic view of the One World Observatory. The hotel is close to different diners where you can get som delicous breakfast. We can recommend ZaZa😊. We had great coomunication before we arrived at the hotel.

We had booked the room for 3 persons, but there was only a bed for 2 persons. We arrived late in the evening - actually a 4 am in our time(we flew in from Europe) and we had to wait 2 hours for the extra bed. We called the reception after 1 hour and it took an hour more than that. Why is there so little cleaning - the reason was Covid??? July 2023?? We got our room cleaned one time in 5 days. We had to ask for extra toiletpaper at the reception and carried the bin down. We asked for an extra duvet, but it never came. We had to ask again and then we were told that the hotel didn't have any duvets left. We then asked for blankets and that we got.

The airline lost our luggage, there were no emergency or complimentary toiletries / toothbrushes available. Which would have been helpful, just advised to go to vending area. Room was not ready when we arrived 3 hours after check in time as awaiting final inspection. We were asked to wait in lounge area. We waited approx 30 minutes then I asked if it would be much longer. I had requested twin beds, as I was visiting with my son, room we were given was a double bed, then offered something to sleep on floor. More waiting for another room. I asked if we could borrow phone charger, again just directed to convenience store nearby. I appreciate lost luggage was not hotels fault, but I feel that a couple of small helpful touches would have made us feel more valuable as guests.

The location is excellent, as close to WTC as it gets! The two terraces provided excellent views in multiple directions, including the whole Ground Zero. The lounge on the ground floor was convenient and comfortable, with a coffee machine and plenty of sofas and chairs.

My room had a column/pillar awkwardly standing in the middle of it, making the room much smaller, but not every room is like that for sure. The room and the bathroom were fine, but getting old and in need of some renovations. There was some confusion when I was collecting my luggage from the storage, so it took 10 minutes, even though the trolley was standing behind the reception desk, but regardless, I do appreciate that they offer the luggage storage after check out.

Location was really good. All major subway lines were a couple of minutes walk and it was very easy to get to all parts of the city. Rooftop bar with beautiful views and great selection of drinks and snacks. Water and coffee machines available. We could get some coffee for takeaway from the lobby and also I thought it was great they had a water machine on every floor and spare bottles which we could fill and refill. It was great as we were visiting during a proper heatwave.

No breakfast. There are a couple of good spots around, but in my opinion for a 4 star hotel it should be available in the hotel.

The property is well located, near to subway, restaurants, malls and the World Trade Center. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the World Trade Center memorial. The Hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and there has a bar on the 20th floor that is open in the late afternoon and early evenings for guests. The view was magnificent and cocktails were reasonably priced and there was a regular happy hour.

We were agreeable to the room being made up every 3 days, but they didn’t stock enough supplies for 3 people and we had to call housekeeping multiple times during our one week stay for more toilet paper and Kleenex
