Cosy room, was immaculately clean. had a great heater and electric blanket, because you need it for Ballarat! Separate bathroom. Water pressure was great. Microwave, kettle and toaster and a fridge. Plenty of room to hang your clothes and store your suitcases. Location was great you could pretty much just walk to the supermarket or a chemist and a five six minute drive to Sovereign Hill

We had stayed in this vicinity before so it was easy to find. In driving up we noticed the immaculate garden. The grounds were very well kept and clean. We opened our room and were very happy with everything, fresh very clean and a great bed. The bathroom was immaculately clean . As an older establishment, the room had been freshly painted and updated. We were very comfortable in our two day stay. The full sized lounge and coffee table made us feel very much at home. We would choose this place to stay again. A little bonus was the jams and butter in the fridge. Not so usual in a self catering room.

The location was good for me, quiet, and over the road from the picturesque Eureka Park. It is a brisk 10 minute,stroll to Ballarat East IGA to buy all your fresh food. Good quality TV, placed on a stand and I appreciated the sachets of vegemite and jam . I had misplaced my house keys and the manager kindly checked the room to see if they were there. Fast internet connection, all cutlery were clean. The towels were fine.

The bathroom was basic but adequate. A very cold Ballarat evening and the split system struggled to adequately heat the room. However, when I turned on the booster function it was fine.

I booked this motel for my parents, who were visiting me in Ballarat. The room was clean and comfortable, the blankets were warm enough for my parents, and it is in a quiet location near a lot of tourist attractions. We thought it was very good value for money, especially just before a public holiday weekend. Parking is very easy and it is also right down the road from a big supermarket and just off main roads in/out of town.

It's not a large room so better for shorter stays. There's not a lot of food joints in this area, although it is across the road from an Indian restaurant and a short walk/drive to lots of other places (including an excellent takeaway pizza place next to the supermarket).

VERY CLEAN! we always bring “Exist Mould” spray with us, coz 3 star motels shower drain are usually full of it. NOT THIS ONE! ZERO mould. VERY IMPRESSED. the sheets vey clean, quiet the staff were very friendly and welcoming. would defs recommend to any family who have higher cleanliness habits, coz this defs reduced my anxieties about hygiene. internet also very good!

maybe the floors had some weird stains but we brought our vacuum cleaner and we always wear slippers in motels rooms anyways. there was a big space outside that maybe could of had a little playground. but the bigger playground is literally across the rd. and the bathroom being so freaky clean, made up for it

Obviously an older facility, however presented very clean and great value for money. Beds were comfortable with electric blankets and the aircon/heater unit worked well in the middle of winter. The tea and coffee amenities in the room were great, for a no-frills motel this was good value.

The internet kept cutting out when we were trying to stream Netflix on the TV, maybe adding a few extra routers could solve this?

quite, comfy, clean, friendly, great smell, clean glass, no dust, great toilet paper, cold fridge, instant hot water easily controlled, good bed linen, soft towels, nice body wash and shampoo, big TV, lots of clothes hangers, ample storage and racks, nice carpet, big shower, soft pillows, easy access for parking, well insulated, quite heat/aircon.

The room and bathroom were clean. Location not too far out of town. IGA a short drive/walk down the road with good selection of pre-made food. Internet was reliable and fast, including for Netflix.

The chairs for the small table didn't have any support and need to be replaced. Missing clothes drying rack in room.

The room was as I expected for the price. It wasn't explained to me that the "key" was actually a "touch code" on the back of the motels card so I thought I had dropped the key somewhere until one of the staff explained to me how to open the door. Also if two people were sharing the main bed there should be a power point on both sides of the bed which there wasn't.

Everything was more or less fine except there was not information to explain the workings of the air conditioner so if someone wasn't familiar with them they would have had to contact the reception.

Spacious studio, comfortable clean bed and parking outside your door. Room was clean. 5mins drive into CBD and Eureka Centre right across the road.

Dated/aged. The tap didn’t work properly in bathroom and paint peeling on ceiling. Needs a bit of an update and TLC.
