Absolutely perfect for simple, clean, warm accommodation with full cooking facilities. A playground for the kids, super quiet and walking distance from Zeehan Golf Club parkrun. Also walking distance from a delicious dinner at the RSL if you're there on a Friday night (the only night the RSL is open). Staff were very accommodating. Beds were comfy. Plenty of parking. Absolutely couldn't have been better.

Convenient.. available .. It was a functional little space. There were bunks for kids but we are just a couple so we found it roomy enough for us to relax in. Friendly check-in and info experience and a quiet place to get a good nights sleep, so lots of ticks from us.
All in all we were impressed. The cabin is a little tight in the walking space between bed and wall, but that’s likely a common detail in this style and definitely not a deal breaker as all other details were good.

It may not be flash as far as Motel or Hotel Accommodation goes, but neither does it pretend to be other than a “Glamping” option. However, in doing so, it also appears to greatly underate itself. Upon arrival, the manager was very warm in his welcoming and provided considerable information ranging from rules of the camp to sights to see in the local area and districts. The cabin contained a very comprehensive guest compendium. It also had four rooms (including the bathroom). Lounge areas contained a sofa (which could also be converted to a bed), table and chairs and a television. Also in the same room was a well-equipped kitchenette complete with complimentary tea/coffee. Two rooms provided sleeping areas, with one having a three-tiered bunk while the other had a double bed along with plenty of storage space and a desk from which to be able to work from. Excellent for families. The bathroom was of sufficient size, as was the shower. It may have looked basic, but it offered everything (and often more) than could be expected from a Motel Unit. Town Centre was located nearby as was Spray Tunnel.
Nothing.

The outdoor BBQ areas are superb. There is a great fire pit with seating for both cabins and glamping. Toilet block is a huge acclamation to the local area and times gone by. Flowers in the women's bathroom block is a lovely touch! Our cabin was so clean, and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. I look forward to seeing the Camp Kitchen area open next time - it looks cosy, friendly and warm on a dreary day!

It was a nice peaceful environment to stay at and the staff member was very friendly on our arrival. The cabin was nice and clean.
We was happy with everything relating to the cabin we stayed in, the only thing we didn’t like much was the lounge in the living space needed updating for better comfort. It wasn’t good to sit on. Everything else very comfortable.

It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and had all the cooking, serving and eating tools required for a short stay.
The main bedroom was a little small for the bed and it was difficult to walk down the sides of the bed.

The peace and quiet, the location and the manager.
In its heyday it would have been a great place to stay, but now it’s a bit dated and run down. It could be brought back to life with a lot of work though.

warm & cosy. Thoughtful to have the heater on when we arrived, so chill was off the cabin.
looked like in the rundown part of town up a back road, but OK when we got there. Nothing wilderness or particularly attractive about grounds. No bathroom heater. Bathroom exhaust fan needs cleaning.

Basic, budget accommodation. Friendly host. All we needed as a 2 night base to explore the area. There was only the 2 of us, so enough room. Not so much if you were a family of 5.
The master bed is only a double, so taller people, like 6ft husband, will have to draw their feet up. The rusty shower caddy needs replacing.

Comfortable cabin for a few nights on driving holiday. Has everything you need. Handy for supermarket and the heritage museum.
