A very central location and a well presented building which was well decorated, clean and attractive. The room itself (room 6) was on the small side but was fine for a couple. The fittings and decoration were modern and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice and good quality food. The hotel was good value for money and I would definitely return.

Room 6 seems to be an exit point in case of a fire. This wasn’t explained to us before booking and was a bit of a concern. Because of this there was also an emergency light in the room that glowed green all night and didn’t help with sleep. I don’t think having this kind of exit is appropriate within a guest room and I am surprised it meets health and safety and fire regulations.

Lovely hotel and staff but I had difficulty getting in and out with the steps. There is a ramp but not really suitable for a mobility scooter. My room was accessible by lift and close by which I appreciated. My only disappointment was that the bathroom was not suitable for me I need a walk in shower. The bed was huge and very comfortable.The built in furniture was lovely I'd like it in my own home. Staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my breakfast. Fantastic that dogs can stay 😀

A walk in shower rather than a bath and shower. I had to leave my scooter out in the rain at night as I couldn't access the steps. My fault I forgot to bring the cover.

The location is fantastic, right on the sea front. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful with everything. The barman was great! We ate in the restaurant one evening and it was beautiful food and service. The room was spotless, cleanest room I've ever stayed in. It was an added bonus that it had a full size bath as many rooms of the same size don't usually. Stayed in a room next to the lift but didn't hear anything all night. Although it was dog friendly and we do not have a dog it wasn't an issue. It was clean everywhere and no smell lingering. Highly recommended and will definitely use this hotel again when visiting Llandudno.

This is a hotel created from two adjoining Edwardian terrace houses on the seafront. It has been exceptionally well modernised with very good fittings. We had a room overlooking the sea and promenade. There was ample storage space with many drawers and a large clothes cupboard. A table service breakfast offered an extensive choice from a full Welsh breakfast to kippers and everything in between.

Because of the constraints of the original building the shower room was a shade small. It had been created within the space of the existing room and clearly a balance had to be struck between the size of the shower room and the resultant bedroom. It was adequate in size but extremely clean and well designed

The staff were super welcoming and after a cold long day at the beach with the dog we came back quite late but was desperate for a hot chocolate. The bar and reception was closed and staff were leaving to go home but the lovely blonde gentle man made sure we got our hot chocolate and even served it with cream. He didn’t know how cold we were or that my husband was feeling run down but he made sure we had such a lovely experience and stay and little acts like this make for a memorable stay. I’ve already promoted the hotel on my social Media to friends and definitely will come back. The location is perfect the breakfast was so delicious and the two ladies serving also created a memorable stay for our pooch treating him to sausages for breakfast. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough 10/10

There’s no allocated parking but it’s advertised a lot on their page so you can plan ahead. We had no trouble as there was street parking that’s free from 8pm-10am

great location close to the seafront and with great views of the sea , staff very friendly and coffee machine and fridge in the room and water was good

The main bedroom was great with comfortable good beds and a great bathroom . The sofa bed was however not comfortable at all with a less than adequate mattress . They did add an extra bed for us though which was good but I feel we paid a lot of money for the suite for one night and I was expecting a higher quality sofa bed for the children.

Location is great right on the seafront and close to attractions, restaurants and bars. Triple room booked had a very comfortable bed with quality cushions and duvet, good size tv, and hotel has a lift which is a bonus. Room was very clean and breakfast served in the restaurant was of a high quality produce and service.

I thought the £22 charge for one small dog was excessive for one night compared to other hotels in the area. I was unaware of this until after the room was booked.

The staff are all first class so we had no issues, they even allowed us to check in was a bonus as we found parking just outside, and the parking charge was really reasonable.. the room was too warm for my liking, but my wife found it was perfect. My only issue was that we arrived back from town at 20.30 and the bar was closed which was a bit disappointing, breakfast was first class

Will stay there again ...no issues only what mentioned previously, thank you all...

The staff were great. The shower was good. Liked having chocolate on our pillows on arrival.

That our room was so tiny and that our friends were on the same floor but used a different lift and we could pop along to see them and walk down for breakfast together. It’s a small thing but was a bit weird. We had a dog friendly room and they didn’t so probably why. Our dog didn’t like the biscuits left in the room for her. She’s even more fussy than me it would seem!

Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome, and my dog also had a fuss over her that she loved. The room was lovely and clean, and the bathroom was lovely! Great shower! The food was excellent, and I had Fish&Chips, beautiful fish,crispy batter, and Smashing.Breakfast was top-notch! And the dog got a lovely sausage as a treat. Would highly recommend this hotel, grateful find.

Dog didn't like going up in the lift, and there were too many stairs for her as she's a bit old.
