Thoughtful little extras you could expect from a 5 star hotel including Elemis products, eye masks, vanity kit, ear plugs, iron with ironing board and a fan!!!

Nothing to dislike!

Perfect location for Llandudno within walking distance of everything you could need, I did not touch my car once, on street parking very easy with plenty of spaces, we will definitely return after my boyfriend proposed to me during our stay so it's very special. The views from the balcony room were spectacular for sunrise, sunset and through the day. So close to the beach, so many gluten free restaurants for us as we're a coeliac couple. The locals were wonderful, the pier was amazing and the hotel staff were perfect. Really lovely atmosphere in the bar downstairs where they had plenty of board games, comfy seating and the bar was spectacular during the evenings. 10/10 for our stay and we will definitely be returning

Staff very happy and friendly...the room was a bit small for a couple but as I was on my own on this occasion it was fine and the view from the balcony well made up for it...everything you could possibly need was provided including a pair of binoculars to enjoy the view even more...plenty of teas coffees hot chocolate biscuits and a coffee machine...even a carton of milk and 2 bottles of water in a fridge which was very unexpected...I would definitely recommend a stay in the hotel

The only thing really was the noise from above which sounded like a very large dog running around...but the ear plugs provided sorted that out ....the cleaners came in every day and tidied the desk and made the bed but the carpet was never hoovered during my stay

Our stay was excellent, and would recommend this hotel to anyone and would not hesitate to book again. We stayed in one of the sea view boutique rooms, and the view was gorgeous from waking up in the morning to the night. The extra touches were so nice - 2ps for the arcade, sleep masks, cold water, espresso coffee, lovely Elemis toiletries. All the staff we encounter were really friendly and helpful - particularly compliments to the evening barmen (think his name was Ben). So friendly and makes a superb cocktail! Location is really good for everything - sea front, pier, tram line, restaurants, main town. Being right by the pier we were concerned about the noise, but could not hear anything.

The only thing that I would say is our room was so hot - it was a very hot few days, but there wasn’t any air conditioning.

Shame still no evening meals catered for , can’t blame covid anymore , as many local hotels guest houses doing food , can do breakfast , pizzas in afternoon , so should consider catering of an evening , there are plenty of places though , so never put us off staying , sadly letting dogs in , might just do that , love animals , but dogs can’t help the smell they give off , as do some people unfortunately and they should now better, but dogs in hotel a definite no no for us sadly , realise its more & more popular for hotels to cater as lots of dog owners , always thought that’s why we had kennels and cottages , sorry dog owners , but that’s that .

My husband and I took my 80 year old Dad for 3 nights. First impressions were great, very welcoming, clean, smart, staff all lovely. We both had superior rooms, one sea view, one at the rear. Both rooms were lovely! Very clean, very, very well equipped, huge beds, robes, slippers, lovely toiletries- even a little envelope of 2p's fir the slit machines on the pier! Breakfast was brilliant! The buffet had everything you could think of and the choices for hot breakfast were all delicious! The location was great- especially for my Dad - not too far to walk anywhere. All in all a lovely stay - we would all definitely stay there again!

Spotlessly clean, well appointed hotel with exceptional staff who were friendly, welcoming and efficient. The room was comfortable, quiet and all the details such as bottled water (still and sparkling) shortbread, selection of teas and coffees, superb hairdryer and iron and ironing board were much appreciated. Take away cup provided for taking a coffee out. The location near the pier is perfect and close to town cafes and restaurants. The outside terrace is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink.

We were so disappointed to find out that our requested dates for next year are not available as they already have bookings!

The cleaning staff who service the rooms need to be told to keep quiet at 7.30 in the morning !! Taking loudly to themselves on the corridor outside the rooms - it woke me up ! Then they knocked on our door at 9.50 to see when we were leaving - it wasn’t even check out time & they should get that info from reception! They were extremely unprofessional.

Very nice Premium room, well appointed, comfortable and nicely designed. Breakfast area was lovely with views over the bay, and very nice bacon and scrambled egg served nice and hot. Very pleasant staff. We liked the hotel and thought it was good value.

The view from our room was disappointing, even though we knew we hadn’t paid for sea view, it was a vet restricted view past the building to the front street. Water in the bathroom was an issue, which we let the manager know about - both taps on basin gave out hot water, shower had hot and cold reversed. Rear of hotel looked a bit forgotten about.

Breakfast was wonderful. So much choice and some delightful surprises. The room was lovely with little extras, especially the dog water bowl, blanket etc.; the location was perfect for my brother who was in a single room next door and was disabled - we were right in front of the pier and prom. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Could not do enough to make our stay any better.

The only little thing that we can think of was that we found the bed too hard for ourselves. A soft topper would have been helpful.
