Staff were very welcoming and helpful on check in and check out. Great to have a kitchenette with fridge and microwave as well as separate sink and kettle. Very clean and modern bathroom with great shower. Bed was very comfortable and there was an opening window for fresh air which I prefer. The room wasn’t huge but similar size to other single rooms in this area and this was better value I thought. Would definitely stay here again.

A bigger shelf in the bathroom would have been great but it wasn’t a huge problem.

I loved the location the staff and my room . It was quiet even though it was over looked the main road. The place looked even better than the pictures in booking. Wfi was excellent.

Two things. 1)The bed was very uncomfortable, i did ask for either replacing the bed if it is possible or supply me with two extra blanket to put on the wooden bed base on which they did immediately. 2) the bath basin was almost blocked and needed some drainage liquid to clear what ever is blocking it, for this I did not mention it to the staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone was kind and supportive in helping me navigate a new country and experience. I was able to check-in early and if the room had not been available, they were willing to store my luggage until check-in time. Everything was secure and safe. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size after reading and being told that rooms were smaller and more compact. There was a fridge and full-size bathroom. Room cleaning was available daily and the team was wonderful about checking to see when I planned to return so that they could do their work and be clear before I returned. Internet was available as part of the room and there were tons of places to eat, shop, and explore within walking distance. The tube was a five minute walk in one direction and about 15 minutes in the other, depending on the line you wanted and where you were trying to go.

A microwave would have been convenient for reheating leftovers. Additionally, an iron and ironing board would have been useful because I was there for business and needed to iron some of my clothes after they were in the luggage.

The room was bigger than any other at this price around the city. The bed was comfortable. There was microwave, so we could eat food at the room. The bathroom was clean and they changed the towels every day. There was cleaning every day. The Earls Court metro station and a couple of bus stops where pretty close. It was easy to go back to the hotel. The staff was kind they even offered us to leave our backpack there because of our late flight.

There was dust in the room and in the ventillatiors, only the 201 room has no openable windows, but there was ventillation.

The location of the hotel is just exceptional. A few minutes from the station Earl's Curt and quite a lot turist attractions as well (national history museum, harrods gallery, parks...) and pharmacies, restaurants... The staff are all great but the one member I had closer contact with was Mohamed. He truly did everything he could to make sure that we had an exceptional stay. The rooms are confortable. I shared it with my brother so I think the size of it was just right. There was a small refrigerator, kettle and microwave available for us in our room. There is a lift. At the end of our stay (check out) they let us leave our luggage with them which allowed us to see a few touristic places before departing. I'll deeply recommend it!

You could hear the sounds outside the corridor (e.g doors opening and closing) and this could wake you up if you are a light sleeper. The room was clean but you could see it was a bit worn out - would be extra nice if they renovated the rooms a bit, but for the price and location it’s not really a big deal. We were told by one of the receptionist that if we needed more still water (on arrival you find these with the other freebies - coffee, tea, milk…- we just had to ask. But when we asked for more the following day to a different receptionist, he said he couldn’t give us any because they were just given as courtesy on day 1.

I extended my visit as I was so happy with the hotel, locatiom and staff. The room was a bit small but I managed fine - space under the bed was useful! Everything was very clean and the microwave, glasses and cutlery were useful when I chose to buy food to heat and eat in my room. The location is very convenient - Earls Court underground station - and the lines that go through it - District, Circle and Piccadilly suited me very well. Very friendlfy and helpful staff and always someone on reception duty - right near the entrance door - made me feel safe and convenient for asking questions.

The original room given was missing the microwave and was just above the dumpsters outside which would have affected my sleep. I was immediately given a different room when the missing appliance was questioned. My room was tiny (as described) but perfect for my needs! Very nice touch with the cookie packet in the tea and coffee supplies. I was greeted every time I came in from the street - lovely!

The stairs leading up from the lobby need updating - but I think that is in process. What looks grubby is, I think, paint stains on the carpet. My original room was lacking, but that was rectified with a switch of rooms when brought to the attention of the front desk.

I booked last minute after trains being cancelled meant being stuck in London. I was amazed at how lovely this little place was. I’m used to travelling a lot and staying in hotels (mainly chains), so wasn’t expecting much for something booked an hour before arriving. It was like a little home away from home. Comfortable bed, super clean and modern little shower room, good air con, fridge, and even a couple of biscuits with my tea! The chap on the front desk was also polite, helpful, friendly and professional.

Nothing - it’s close to the tube, and a bustling high street. It’s not the most cosmopolitan or upmarket part of the city, but the place itself I can’t fault.

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating after our AirBnb fell through and got us two rooms for our family last minute. They were very professional and the hotel manager himself even helped us load our bags into our car after our stay. Rooms were very clean and the location was close to many places to eat/ the tube station. Superb service for the price you pay. Will stay here again if I am ever in London again!

the bathrooms in the rooms were a bit tight but that's understandable considering the area and the structure of the building.
