I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very quiet, making it one of the best stays I’ve had in London. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—being close to the underground station made it so easy to get anywhere in the city. Thank you for the great experience! I’ll definitely be back.

One small suggestion that could enhance the experience even further is adding a bidet spray in the bathroom. While it’s not a necessity, it would be a great addition for many guests.

Great location and easy to get to public transport! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but had all the facilities we needed. It‘s definitely sufficient for a few nights in London! More importantly, it was clean and had a comfortable bed. The en-suite bathroom was great (bathtub, everything quite new). The hotel also offered luggage storage without any extra cost. Thanks for a nice stay! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again for a stay in London.

Due to its lively neighborhood, outside sounds can be a bit loud at night. But it’s London, so I guess that’s to be expected.

A small but very quiet hotel with great staff and good location. Very close to Earl's Court tube station but still so quiet. The room was nicely decorated and very clean and a big plus was two armchairs. The staff was very service minded and really listened to our wishes. Very good air condition.

The rooms are a little bit too smal as there is actually no place to put the suitcase and if you have two there would be an even bigger problem. There is no mirror close to the hairdryer which is very inconvenient and not really appropriate for a four star hotel. But of course it is London and this hotel is not so expensive. The beds were a little too hard for us.

Nice-looking classy room, warm day and night (it was December.) Very comfortable king-size bed. Kettle and microwave in the room. Located in a nice area of West London, with lots of amenities and excellent transport connections (Distric and Victoria tube lines, if my memory doesn't fail me.) Yet, the street was relatively quiet. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The window was extremely small, which meant there wasn't a lot of natural light in the room during the day. Also, the TV was a bit too small. But for me, the all the pros compensate these little cons.

I liked everything... the location is perfect the staff was nice and welcoming especially Madalina...if you see this, thank you very much

Only one thing, i tried to book a second night at the hotel, and the morning receptionist told me after 30.minutes of me waitimg for her to be available that there is one room left and the price for it is 130£, i told her that i paid for the night i stayed 68£... she said she cant get me this rate and lowered it to £120.... i said no thank you and booked another hotel... i think she could have consulted a manager and request for me to have at least a similar price to what i paid since im not asking for different services. That is the only bad thing i can say, apart from that issue i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

The location is convenient to the Underground and a short walk to some of the major museums. The area may not be the nicest part of Kensington, but it felt very safe and was near to many restaurants and pubs. There was a lift which helped with the bags. There was also free coffee and some fruit in the lobby most mornings. We had a corner room which felt very open and comfortable.

We were there in mid September and it was apparently before they turned on the heating so the first two nights the room was quite cold at night. They did offer a space heater the second night.

The hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minute walk from the tube station. The bed was large and comfy and the room had everything you needed (including tea, coffee and biscuits)

The room light card wasn't working properly so the lights kept going off and on. I did speak to the receptionist about this who gave me another key card but it happened again when the reception had closed. Luckily there were two lamps that didn't require the key card that worked perfectly fine. My room was on the ground floor so had to keep curtains closed most of the time otherwise people could see in

I cannot fault this property for anything. It was a perfect stay, honestly. The location was absolutely wonderful for what I was looking for. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood and I had a room overlooking a tree-lined street. The staff person who looked after me - Sol - was wonderful! She was attentive, kind, and very helpful. The room had ALL the amenities you need. Very thoughtfully equipped. I had an easy check-in and check-out. There was complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit in the small lobby. Sol kindly let me check-in an hour early since I was so tired having just flown all the way from Honolulu 🙂 And i loved that there were black-out curtains on the window!

My only dislike was the heavily perfumed body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. But since I brought my own as well, it did not really matter.

The hotel is superbly positioned - within walking distance of beautiful landmarks, restaurants and cafes. It’s a stones throw away from Earls Court tube station and there are plenty of parking spaces in close proximity on JustPark that are available for those who wish to drive into London. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, our bed was lovely and comfortable. It was great value for money.

We stayed at the hotel with our 3 month old baby - we booked an infant into the room with us however we did not feel it was clear that accessibility would be an issue. There are several steep steps up to the property and there is no ramp available. Additionally, the hotel provided a cot bed - however this does not meet safe sleep guidelines as it did not have a firm mattress and was instead very soft. Finally the rooms were extremely warm, the air con was not effective and we were unable to open windows being on the ground floor.
