The room was good enough to stay in the central of London. Everything is nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and the most importantly is the Earl's Court understand station, it was around 5 minutes walk. That was really really beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a comfortable stay in Westbury hotel. You will not feel that you are abroad. They treat the hosts like they are one of their family. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended:)

I can't find anything I didn't like. Imagine this is a 3 stars hotel and you have a coffee machine in your room. That's wonderful! Literally, the room has everything you need.

Very comfy clean room. Not enormous but quite a bit of storage space and not cramped. The shower was heavenly. Good and hot and clean

The kettle in the room was tiny tiny so for three people a little awkward.

Location is really great. The staff were well above standard and were very helpful in all way. They were so happy to help for anything we required.

The only things to mention was the bed mattress was a little uneven and the shower screen makes the small shower a bit of a challenge.

The Westbury is a well-run hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with great transport links. The triple room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very good, not the largest, but you could easily store luggage for two people. The bed was very comfortable and there were thick and thin pillows to choose from. There were no weird smells, it was well ventilated and not too cold even though we had minus degrees outside. Everything was clean with no dust in places like behind the curtains. Power outlets were next to the bed and they worked with no issues. The staff was very kind and helpful, there was 24h reception and luggage storage was in a room locked with a key. No noise from traffic, even though the room was on the first floor. Overall, would definitely stay here again if I had business in the area.

View to an alley, but that wasn't important anyway.

Budget but decent accommodation in west London. Very handy for Heathrow, reasonable travel to central London/ tourist spots. The receptionist is super friendly and chatty and knew my name from my room number. Room (209) was quiet and clean. Didn't seem to be many other guests around. Neighborhood is good, felt safe at night. Plenty of fast food and pub options at Earls Court station nearby . Would stay here again in London.

Small and basic rooms, but given the price, that's ok. You wouldn't want to spend much time here, just sleep and shower.

The room was spotlessly clean, which is always a huge plus. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The hotel’s location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city or accessing public transportation. On top of that, the value for money is unbeatable, you really get your money’s worth. A special mention for the luggage service, which is super convenient if you want to enjoy your last day without carrying your bags around. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again !

The room was small but had all convenciences available! The location was great; a 5minute walk to one side to the underground and the other way was a big Sainsbury's, plus a 20min walk to the Natural History Museum. The street itself is very quiet and nothing to be heard from outside in the room. The staff is super friendly; there were a few small non-issues we had that were resolved within minutes. The storage facility was free to use when we checked in and free to use when we left our luggage at the end of our stay. Our room was even ready a few hours before the published check-in time.

The walls were quite thin and we were able to hear our neighbours talking and slamming doors up until 1am, but thankfully that was only one night. We also would have liked a mini-fridge, but we knew beforehand that wasn't going to be there.

The location was ideal for the sights we wanted to see. The facilities were good. Previous reviews stated that the rooms were very small, don’t find this an issue. Staff had already put a fan in the room, which was great at night as very warm. Staff lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Will return but upgrade to higher spec room, which has a fridge.

The shower was quite small. The shower curtain tried to get in the shower with you. Perhaps a shower screen would be better, as compact. Got used to it after a few showers though. The duvet covers were too small for the duvets and one had a few holes in, but it didn’t affect the use. The luggage room could be bigger, as had to pile bags on top of those of other guests.

The location is excellent just a short walk to Gloucester Road Tube served by the District, Piccadilly and District Lines. We found plenty of pubs/restaurants nearby for good reasonably priced food and it was a pleasure to take a stroll around the unexpectedly quiet roads surrounding the hotel. We booked a double room and a triple, the rooms were very clean. We were there for a few days during a hot spell and to our delight we found on returning the first full day that a mini fridge had been put in one of our rooms - a real plus. The staff were excellent, very friendly nothing seemed to be too much trouble - not that were asking for anything but I did hear other guests asking to (for example) use the printer etc.

The double room was extremely small but I guess that is what happens when a former residential property is converted to a hotel and a lot of my friends have commented in that past that on staying at almost any hotel in London that the rooms are small - however, I never thought I would see a bathroom smaller than our one at home! However, it was all very clean and was turned down with fresh towels everyday. Although the room was small we were not there to hang out in the room for long periods of time it was just for sleeping so fine and did not impact our stay.
