The 24-hour staff desk gentlemen were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, the property was very clean and located in such a great area surrounded by shops, grocery, restaurants, and the rail station. It was the perfect location. The lift/ elevator is very nice and the place was so well maintained. The location is centrally located to tourist attractions and the area seemed very safe. The apartment also offered great amenities such as a washer/dryer, dishes, refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. And because it is only a few feet from a major grocery store, we actually used all of the amenities. City Prime Apartments is an excellent choice.

The pull out bed couches do not appear to have been shampooed or cleaned in a very long time. It is at a point where cleaning them and the rug are critical. Otherwise, the rest of the room was impeccably clean. Please note that luxurious bed covers and pristinely clean mattress pad cover the couch for sleeping; so, the cleanliness does not inhibit the use of the pullout beds. However, had the couches and rug been cleaned, this is easily a 10 star property! The property, location, amenities, and service are exceptional.

My sister and I shared this flat during our recent trip to London. It is a nice flat in a safe neighborhood, close to the Earl's Court Underground station, with restaurants and cafés nearby. There is also a Sainsbury's around the corner. There seems to be a lot of tourist accommodations in the area as we saw many people pushing luggage. The flat was clean, in a secure building with 24-hour reception. There is a small lift in the building, so you don't need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our flat did have stairs. If you have mobility issues, check with the facility before booking. The kitchen had a refrigerator, a washer/dryer combo laundry machine, a small microwave, and a hob/oven. Dish liquid and 2 laundry pods were provided. There was also a tea towel provided. No dish scrubber/cloth was provided, and there were no baking pans except a grill pan in the oven. There were plenty of dishes/cutlery/glassware. There were several stove-top pans. The refrigerator was large enough to hold some drinks for after a busy day of siteseeing. The laundry machine worked fine. It was too noisy to run overnight, though. Also, each cycle may take up to a couple of hours, so don't wait until the last night to do any washing. The bathroom had a step-in shower stall. Toiletries were provided. The bed had plenty of blankets and pillows. We had to make up the futon. There were plenty of sheets and pillows in the storage area within the unit. It took fewer than 5 minutes to make up the futon each night. Of note: We were told well in advance about the £300 security deposit against damage to the property during the stay. This was provided via online communication. The amount was pended on my credit card during our stay. The room was checked before we left, and the amount released upon check out from the facility. My credit card released it later the same day.

None of these thoughts are criticisms. We liked everything. These are just some thoughts/suggestions. A non-slip mat for the shower would be great. Some hooks to hang jackets. A lamp in the sitting room.

The location is nice and staff are very helpful as well.

Beware that there is a 300 pounds deposit, not that it’s a bad thing but I did not know tht before getting there. Also my room was a bit small for the proce I have paid. Other than that everything was fine.

The building was clean and safe. The front door was staffed. Management let us check-in early at 1130 am after an alright flight, amazing! Beds were super comfortable. Pull out couch was comfortable. Linens and extra towels readily available. Kitchen was OK. Big fridge and freezer. Kettle. Toaster. Coffee, tea and sugar available. Grocery store was a 3 minute walk. Quiet. 2 TV

Bathroom had all new fixtures however it was tiny. If you were a big person, it would have been uncomfortable. Kitchen had very few items. No oven mitts. No baking ware. Would have been a little challenging to cook a meal. I wasn't planning to cook. I could have asked management for more cooking items.

Location is very good, personal is very friendly. The appartment was really nice and clean. There was instant coffee, sugar, salt, toilet paper, soap for the dishes, etc. which was very convinient. The appartment was cleaned quite offen, there was a safe for values. Wifi was good.

The fridge could not house standing bottles (milch or juice). I guess the fridge door had something missing. The window was difficult to close. We were once asked to be more silent at 11:00 pm since the people below us complained that they could hear our steps. We were not dancing or anything and were wearing socks but I think that the kitchen floor is not correctly glued and transmits the noise when walking on it.

Special thanks for all the staff and specially Shuan they made our stay exceptional and very satisfied. This apartment is very clean, air conditioned and equipped with everything things you might need. There is wash machine, full cutlery and cookware. The location is very close to most attractions in the same time you will have less crowded and quiet area. Very good for families. There is a big supermarket near by .. just crossing the road. Argos sale point is available there so any you need it you could find it there. For example i lost my baby trolley and i found many options with very reasonable prices. I will keep always city prime my first option when i will visit London again.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and in a perfect location for our base to explore the City. The check in was friendly and easy & we felt safe & secure in the apartment. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The shower was powerful and hot.

The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable and it was a slightly cramped set up for 2 adults , sleeping separately (as we are sisters), and our 3 children. The living area is very small with the sofa bed. Trying to eat breakfast all together was also a challenge with one small table and only 2 chairs. Thankfully we were not in the accommodation for long periods of time during the day so it wasn't too much of an issue.

Nicely furnished flat with comfortable beds, a good bathroom with plenty of fresh towels and very helpful receptionist. Heating was easy to adjust and there was plenty of bedding. It was quiet at night (especially as we were on a lower floor at the back). Very conveniently located within walking distance of the Royal Albert Hall and museums, with lots of restaurants nearby and 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes. The area felt safe after dark, with lots of people around.

It would have been good to have more than 4 mugs for a flat that sleeps 4. Also there were only 2 dining chairs, and one extra lounge chair (which had a rather wobbly leg). We only found 2 hangers in the wardrobes, and some coat hooks near the entrance door would have been good.

This place clearly stands out by its excellent price/quality ratio. The hotel is located in a calm and safe area of London and conveniently close to two Tube stops, Gloucester Road in Zone 1 and Earl's Court in Zones 1/2 - which means you pay the cheapest fare whether you go into Central London or in the suburbs. There is CCTV in the hotel, reception is open 24/7 and the staff is courteous and helpful. Everything is extremely clean - corridors and rooms including the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of tea/coffee on offer to consume in the room.

The only element that prevents me from giving me a 10/10 is the window - the noise of the cars on the road was still hearable, but it did not prevent a good night's sleep. The foldable table was also a bit wobbly, but it did not have a massive impact on my experience.
